Really like the shoes and fit fine, but having gone outside in daylight they are two different shades of taupe! Can't return cos I've worn them outside, can I ?

Ordered UGG boots in the sale. Good service and speedy delivery. Unfortunately had to return the boots as they were too big. To my surprise, NO FREE RETURN ON SALE ITEMS!. My fault for not reading the small print. Had to pay £12 postage to return the boots. Would never buy from this shop again on the basis that they do not offer free returns on sale items, as I could order the boots directly from the company at their full price if necessary.

I ordered at pair of uggs in a size 6 and was looking forward to them being delivered. 2 days later I got a call to say that they never had them in stock. I was so disappointed as I was expecting them and then had to go and source them elsewhere therefore delaying my delivery of them. You did however return my money very quickly.

I ordered a pair of boots online. They came damaged. Had sticky stuff in them and tried myself to get the mark out. Was unsuccessful. I went to the mill hill branch to see what they suggested and all the girls said there is nothing we can do apart from speak to manager Tom and see what she says. The next day I had an extremely stroppy voicemail saying there is nothing they can do they are one hundred and something pounds (which is totally irrelevant) and how I got them reduced in the sale! Faulty goods are faulty goods.. Whether they cost me a pound or 1,000. She then followed with I'll just have to refund you your money! I wanted the boots so I made another trip and got them. Feel very sad as I spend a lot of money in both your Stanmore and radlett store! Anyway I will remember for next time

Unfortunately I received the wrong slippers and because of little time left before xmas I had to travel 20 miles to Liverpool to exchange them. They were very helpful though.

Delivery time far to long picked standard delivery says 2 to 4 working days took about that to dispatch the item then another 4 days to receive it worst delivery times ive ever experienced with any company

Delivery really slow compared to other competitors. Delivery card left but with no details on it, when would redeliver, who the parcel was from etc. When it did arrive, box was bashed and battered and shoe box in which the boots arrived was all damaged as if they have been in stock for years. On returning the boots as they did not fit, there is just a postage label provided which then resulted in the cost £13 to return the boots for a refund. I think this is terrible and postage return should be covered as like all other shoe and fashion companies. I think its daylight robbery where you charge the customer £3.99 delivery charge and then we are expected to pay the more expensive return price. I very much doubt I will use Daniel online again.

I agree that you should of been provided with a free returns label and that it is wrong that you had to pay £13.00 to return a pair of boots that did not fit you. I bought a much wanted Christmas present to be told almost a week later this was unable to be located and I would be getting refunded. Then when I go back online it says this shoe is still available in the size I previously purchased however the price has now increased by £25. I sent an email querying this and I am still awaiting a response.

When the boots I ordered arrived there were two different boots in the box both for a right foot. When the actual order came through after sending the other one back the boots where too tight near the top of the leg and I'm a size 10/12.

So disappointed they sent the wrong Bag even then it was Damaged. I sent it back with a exspantion and hopefully They will redeem themselves and send me the right one. I sincerely hope so as this is a very expensive present for Christmas for my daughter.

I never received item as you said they had sold out after I'd paid for them, I missed out on buying them elsewhere as thought I was getting them from here

It was very frustrating dealing with danielfootwear, going back & forth with emails and phone calls. My delivery was never delivered conveniently. It was honesty very frustrating.

Quick delivery of item but it wasn't wrapped in and paper or bag and was just in the delivery bag. This was an expensive gift and I at least would of expected it to have the paper round the item. When purchasing last year it had lovely Daniel paper round the item before being placed in the post bag.

Having previously purchased from Daniel and been very, very happy with shoes and bags etc, my recent purchase of three scarves will be returned as the packaging is a disgrace !!! The scarves are in crumpled cellophane bags and the scarves folded so small they are all creased as the bags are huge. Sorry to make negative comments however feel very justified on this occasion.

I never received a confirmation email when I completed my order. When I emailed to enquire about my delivery they told me it had been despatched and gave me a tracking code. When I tracked my order it wasn't despatched until another 3 days later. I paid for delivery and it has not been delivered in the time specified.
