“First, the customer service is excellent. Once I opened the most impressive packaging ever, I realized this device wasn’t right for me and what I needed it for, I contact customer service for a refund. They responded very quick and set me up for suggest in my return.”

“the device gets hot very quick after turning on and during charging. once turned on i can barely get any hites from it as not smoke comes out.”

“Only vape I'm ever buying. Flavor is great, it's the first thing friends comment on when trying it. Really keeps the terp profile in tact. The miqro is great but the iqc is a whole nother level.”

“I’m in love with both of these. I bought the IQ3 and the Artiq. The IQ3 is huge and I’ll never smoke any other way. It’s just brilliant. Easier to clean than my PAX because it’s all ceramic. I can’t say enough. Then the artiq is just amazing. It’s a simple battery but it’s breath controlled, has 3 heat settings for the perfect draw and flavor. MUAH”

“I have to put up with the device not working properly, even though the customer service has been great. Edgard has made the malfunction issue less of a problem by trying to provide a solution, and he has made me feel that the company has my back and will fulfill its promise. I will update this review once I have been able to resolve the malfunction and provide a full review”

“I have the Davinci IQ3 and I am not able to get it to work any good. Contacted seller for a refund they said get in touch with the manufacturer and they also denied a return but they gave me some advice and sent me a set of ceramic spacers. Still no good? I want to like this so much but it just doesnt work at least for me. I cant even give it away!! Ive tried several times. Live and learn. Sorry Davinci.”

“This is a great vaporizer producing very high-quality vapor unfortunately it's hard to hold onto. I'm disabled with MS so I'm worse than others and I don't expect all vaporizer to be made so disabled people can use them, but I can use anything that's designed well from an economic standpoint at least so anyways I give this vaporizer a good rating, but it would be much better if it was economically designed and easier to hold onto”

“Had an issue where my lid battery detached and my battery would cut off if the lid was open and closed during a session. Registered my product upon purchase, and had a seamless repair. Edgard in the repair department was awesome!!!”

“This is our second Davinci Vap, the first one had battery issues after several years. The experience is smoother and pleasant. The herb cartidge is bigger than the old one, so it requires a larger payload to be effective. I definitely give it a double thumbs up.”
