Impossible to get hold of, they make up delivery statuses... If you're lucky enough to receive parcel one day, do not expect it to be in tact. This is based on repeated experiences. Everyone complains about DW, but companies keep using them? They must be giving great rates. It's a scam, though. I see some big companies have seen the light and stopped using them, now they are preying on smaller businesses, probably luring them in with good rates. If you are a company selling online, you should know, people will stop buying from you if you use DW. It's better to pay the higher rate ffor Fedex or Courier Guy or some other.

Pathetic liars. My wife waited the whole day at home as they sent a message that they will deliver today only to get a message that due to her not being available they could not deliver. No wonder their ratings are so low

This is the worst courier in SA. Use at your own peŕil. If you want to experience the frustration of knowing that they have your parcel but you cant reach them to follow up when theyll deliver it then use this useless company. 2 weeks later im even at a point where i want to drive to all there warehouses and hunt for my parcel personally. Parcel is scanned out of the warehouse and back in for what reason only they know. Tracking tool last updated 5 days ago. I really dont know what to do anymore

Wrong parcel delivered , was told they will phone me , nothing yet , still waiting of ray correct parcel from Herbalife , call centre a joke !!

Extremely bad service. Bought airtime of R50 after each other trying to track my parcel. Will be forwarded to anothercaller line. Taking ages with no answer. Airtime finishes and buy another one. I am still waiting a parcel from Cape town. 4 weeks now. No communication whatsoever of the parcel. The parcel reached JHB but from there its just quite. I am so frustrated

they claimed I gave the wrong address, I had to call them to find out what the issue was and I in fact did not give the wrong address at all, was told my item would be delivered that same day since they had corrected my address. Towards the end of that day I called again and was told I would have it early the next morning (today). It is again, nearing the end of the work day so I called to find out what the status is, APPARENTLY i will have my parcel tomorrow. terrible terrible service and the staff in customer care line are not helpful at all.

Dawn wing Cape Town branch has no regard for customer care. They are not helpful and don’t answer their phones. They refuse to assist me with address updates and delivery delays. Their delivery system is bad too. No phone call when they arrive, just an sms saying you were unavailable to receive your parcel, even when you’ve been waiting for it all day.

Extremely poor service!!! Absolutely no communication with regard to delays experienced and inaccurate information on the website when tracking parcels. Cape Town branch simply doesn’t answer their phones and when they do, they are unable or unwilling to provide any assistance. Thank you to the lady at the PÉ branch who at least went through the effort of making calls and locating my parcel and phoning me back. Even though the parcel is not on time and I incurred additional expenses, I do appreciate your assistance!

They received my parcel on 2020-02-25 in JHB and their branch in Durban only received it on 2020-03-03 and it is 2020-03-06 and I'm still waiting for the package.

Delivery expected 7th. Waiting all day ( took day off) my fault gave wrong address ( well a few houses off), Dawn wing did not call me when they arrived, they just arrived realised that maybe it was wrong and left, btw still waiting for my parcels

Worst delivery service I ever had. Still waiting on my package after they deliver it for 3 days. Everyday they have a new excuse. Hopefully I will get it and never have to deal with them again. I won't even buy from anyone who ships through them. I'm very disappointed and disgusted with this pathetic service and as if we don't have enough stress in life we must stress about this as well 😠

I’m giving a 1 star, as I cannot give no star. I have been very dissapointed with the service received from customs department of Dawn Wing. After Numerous emails being sent to 5 different people, my Aunt’s address Still has not been corrected on the customs generated invoice. The invoice generated by customs department of Dean Wing does not have the correct items on, despite telling them more than3 times. Everytime it takes more than a week to reply to us. My box from the UK to SA still has not been released, after 6 weeks!! Missing my mother’s birthday with presents in it. It is so difficult dealing with people in SA being so unhelpful and not doing their job properly, no wonder I decided to leave the country. All our emails are blankly ingnored. All they have to do, is correct the items on the invoice (after we have sent all invoices and generated ones) and the address, then my aunt can pay and you can deliver the box, but this is not being done!!! Absolutely shocking service from Dawn Wing and I will never use you in my life again!

This is the second time that a parcel has been sent to me via Dawn Wing and both times the service has been shocking! You have one job - to deliver a package. This entire week every day I have been promised that they would deliver. The first day they had the incorrect address, the next day they were quiet and I called asking them if it's with a courier. They said they'll deliver it the following day. But wait, the next day someone else promises me the exact same thing. Still don't have the package!

The online chat staff speedily assisted me when enquirers abiut th location of delivery. A customs invoice was sent to me shortly after I enquired about it.
