“We ordered a Bosch dishwasher at a much lower price than the competition and were not disappointed. Delivery was a little slower than some companies but well worth the wait as the savings were considerable. Delivery itself was excellent and good care was taken of the product.”

“Found them to be friendly and efficient. Ordered an induction hob and set of pans, one of the pans arrived dented which was replaced immediately after a short phone call, would certainly use them again.”

“My main worry with deals4U was the lack of communication. After spending nearly £500.00 on a cooker hood, I received a confirmation email. 2 weeks later I had heard no more and began to worry that something was up. The money had been taken from my account, but no communication about a delivery date, or even that they were still trying to organise for delivery. I did suspect a bogus company so wrote an email, but had no response. On phoning, I was told that my item was due for delivery that day, between 2 and 6. Communication with the delivery driver was good from then on. If it had been sent to the delivery company earlier that week, a simple email stating that would have saved a bit of worry. People are still nervous about buying online, I buy frequently from amazon, john lewis, marks, as well as smaller companies and have always been reassured in emails etc. that I was going to receive my order. I don't think that I'd use Deals4U again and certainly wouldn't recommend it. In hindsight, I would have spent £20 more buying it from another trader. Sorry, but communication is vital in developing customer confidence.”

“Ordered a hob which was delivered in perfect condition 10 days later by a most friendly and helpful delivery man. I was at work all day so had requested him to deliver to my work. He brought it in to the building and, when I said I would get someone to help me to my car with it later, he promptly picked it up and took it to my car in the car park. He put it on to the back seat and even put a seat belt on it! Bless! Pretty rare to come across this level of service and much appreciated. There was a special offer of a set of pans with the hob, which did not get delivered at the same time. The delivery man said he expected they would be sent separately on purpose. When they did not arrive after another 2 weeks I e-mailed Deals4u who responded within an hour with an apology. My pans were dispatched and received a few days later. Very happy with using this company and would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I ordered a dishwasher through the Amazon website, which was to have been fulfilled by Deals4U. Out of curiosity I visited the Deals4U website to see what price they were charging, and I noticed that I could get the item more cheaply if I cancelled the Amazon order and went direct to Deals4U. I am glad to say that Deals4U were very helpful in this respect. My dishwasher was excellent value for money especially at the price, and the delivery was very speedy and efficient.”

“I ordered an electric fire from deals4u as yet it is still boxed up as we are waiting to move into a bungalow which is being renovated at present. The service and delivery of the fire was excellent,would definitely use them again if they had what I wanted. I would certainly recommend this company . Thank You P.L. Bateman”
