I really wanted the flowers to arrive before Easter but was not given the choice, how ever when they did arrive my sister in law said they were beautiful..(following an accident) maybe next time flowers will be delivered when requested.

Sadly the recipient did not find the flowers for 2 days so they were not at their best. Although they were well wrapped it would have been better if they hadn't been left in full sun.

Flowers were delivered late (ordered for Friday delivered on Monday) so I had to buy more for mothers day. Sent a complaint but it's not been answered.

I ordered a mothers day bunch of flowers in good time and asked for delivery on the Friday (which would allow an extra day for delivery) so they would reach my mum in time for mothers day. They failed to arrive. I rang Debenhams on the Monday and the chap I spoke to was very nice and said he would send an upgraded bouquet within a few days. These did arrive but I have to say I was very disappointed. It was 'ungraded' from my original order but the quality and quantity was not good. I would hate to think what my original bouquet would have been like. I will not order flowers from Debenhams again.

Dead flowers, flowers missing, nothing like the bouquet requested. Emails not answered after ten days, followed by charging me over five pounds for a phone call to complain. Disgusted, never using this service again.

Ordered the Raspberry Delight and it was and still is 10days later. Thank you Debenhams. I didn't even know that you did flowers before this order. Will definitely use again.

Ordered flowers for day before Mother's Day, they only arrived the day after. And they didn't even last a week. Not very impressed!

Having ordered some flowers from Debenhams for Mothers day, I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived in a timely manner on the slot provided - that is where the pleasantries stop. Since then, the roses in the bouquet died within a week (not unexpected for cut roses kept inside), BUT this was a whole 3 weeks before the lilies opened (or rather didn't open) - so much so that the lilies were then thrown in the bin because they NEVER opened. I contacted "customer services" on 18th March as I was unsatisfied with the quality. Having received no response within their "two day" guideline, I then waited and contacted them again on the 24th March. It is now the 4th April and having received no reply on both occasions again in March, I have been forced to send the third email to complain about now not only the quality of product, but the total lack of customer service, despite again receiving an automated reply to say someone would get back to me in two days. The flowers were not cheap, and they certainly were not of a good quality, especially for such a time as mothers day. The service has been disgraceful and to this date, nearly a month later, I still have had no response from your supposed customer services team. Wouldn't purchase from you again.

Flowers were supposed to be closed and open during the next seven days. My wife's were open and dying on arrival. Won't be buying again.

not very good value for money. some flowers arrived damaged although not detrimental to the overall bouquet once in a vase. Not many flowers for the price. Not sure I would use Debenhams again. the quality and value for money has gone down dramatically

The recipients of the flowers said how lovely they were. They did not realise that Debenhams did flowers and they would use you in the future!
