Package arrived by Royal Mail, I knew thug away it wasn't going to be a great experience, the normal unfriendly service from the delivery man just handed me them as I was in the garage with dirty hands no comments from them drove off! Flowers started to die in two days roses didn't open up and one or two lilys failed to open, yes I emailed debenhams to complain with pictures to show what was happening, I am still waiting for a response! Three emails sent so far! Will never use debenhams again!

picture was a poor representation of the real flowers which were nearly white (not pink) with no instructions of how to add flowers to squashed box - with water pouch or not or any other clues.

This was the first time I ordered Mothers Day flowers from Debenhams and will be the last. I had ordered flowers, chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco. Although they were under the heading of Mother's Day they arrived 5 days early. It wasn't until my sister visited my mum that I was made aware that the bottle of Prosecco was not delivery and the bouquet was more like a small bunch of flowers. I complained and was advised they would send a bottle of Prosecco and another box of chocolates for inconvenience. Advised as my parents were away not to deliver until 4 days later. I was assured it would but only to find out that a bottle of wine and chocolates were delivered the very next day of my complaint. On complaining again I was given a full refund. Very poor service and very disappointing from a company like debenhams to give such poor service.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day. They looked beautiful on the web page. This was the worst presentation of flowers, they were sparse and most of the flowers were wilted. This was an embarassment to give to anyone for a gift. To use Royal Mail for delivery of flowers is the poorest delivery service ever for floral arrangements. I would not recommend Debenhams flowers.

Absolutely awful, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Overpriced, dead flowers that came in a box!

I was disappointed. It is nice to get the flowers delivered. They arrived early - on the Friday instead of the Saturday before Mother's day (Sunday) early so it certainly surprised me. I hid them until Sunday in the house and then rang my own doorbell to surprise my wife - ran off and left them on the doorstep :) Anyhow, the flowers themselves were on their way downhill, a bit brown around the edges. Overall I just thought - "Enough of this, I can pick a better bunch myself" so will do that next time.

My mums mothers day flowers arrived dead! And they certainly were not worth the £30 price tag, a bouquet i imagined would have arrived in bouquet form and arranged in a cellophene with a bow or something. I couldnt believe they arrived in no water in a cardboard box!!!! I could have went to a local florist for the same money and had them beautifully arranged and presented. I only got refunded on the 2.4.16 so nearly a whole month after mothers day and i was told i could only have store credit which can only be used on debenhams flowers! I wouldnt want to buy them again after the terrible quality i got for my mum! I cant use the credit in debenhams, only the flowers so i am not a happy customer!!

Flowers ordered, arrived 2 days late than agreed. Two complaint emails sent - no reply. Telephone - hung up after 10 mins of no answer. Finally got through to a very friendly agent, refund paid. Would i buy from Debenhams flowers again, or recommend Debenhams to a friend? Probably not.

The flowers I ordered for Mothers Day were delivered on the day and Mum was delighted with them. I shall order from Debenhams Flowers? every time I need quality, well priced beautiful flowers.

Ordered Lilies to be sent to Mum for Mothers' Day. Flowers arrived on time which is great however the buds never flowered. £20 spent on what was meant to be a lovely bunch of flowers turned into a disappointing and upsetting delivery of buds.

I very rarely would write a review like this but I was very disappointed. I ordered these flowers for mothers day as I couldn't be with my mother. The delivery date was Saturday the 5th of March. My mum didn't get them till one pm on Monday the 7th of March. Just really disappointed.

We ordered 3 bouquets for mothers day weekend. 2 arrived without issue buy unfortunately the Royal Mail took the last back to their depot and they then sat there until the Monday from the Saturday. Even though this happened the flowers survived really well which tells you about the quality. All people that received them were extremely happy. Well done

It was easy to use the website and find the flowers I wanted for different people. On the home page of the website, just in case I had forgotten my discount code, there were discount codes for money off the total price! There was an option to create an account or to pay as a one-off. I have now used both! The flowers were tracked (virtually) and I had email updates as to when they were dispatched, out for delivery and delivered. The comments from the recipients were 'Fabulous flowers! They look and smell very beautiful!' and 'Thank you, thank you, thank you!' The flowers lasted for over 3 weeks for both recipients and were admired greatly.

Received this flower arrangement as a Mother's Day gift. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with what I received. Whole bunch had three roses in total, all of which did not even last the week. For this price I expected more. Will not be ordering from debenham flowers again.

I ordered flowers for my mum on mother's day taking advantage of the ITISON offer for mother's day. They were to be delivered the Thursday prior to the Sunday of mother's day. They were delivered as arranged and I am told the packaging seemed most satisfactory. My mum did'nt say anything about the bouquet on the phone but I visited on the Sunday. By this time the flowers which had not already been removed from the vase were well withered. I thought the greenery could be used with other flowers but noticed that it was beginning to wilt. On my return home in the evening I emailed Debenhams regarding the flowers. The reply received asked for visual evidence of which there was none. I replied to say this and heard no more from Debenhams. And yesterday, a request for a review of Debenhams flowers received by email! I have never been disappointed with an ITISON offer before but this was really, really disappointing.
