The original bouquet I wanted was out if stock despite it being a special one for mothers day and I was ordering 10 days in advance. The one I then chose arrived in a poor state. The roses were very dry and did not last more than a couple of days. Very disappointed and would not recommend or use again.

Absolutely awful service and sheer lack of customer service. I ordered two bunches of flowers to be delivered to two different addresses. At the point of ordering, I requested a set delivery day under the Free Tracked Delivery option as after checking the free standard delivery terms, it stated they may not arrive on the selected date and to choose another delivery option if I needed a guaranteed delivery date. This is what I did and I received an email order confirmation with the chosen delivery date on, yet I was informed by both parties that both of their deliveries did not turn up until after 2 days later! I am disgusted that this has happened. This is the first time I used this company for flower deliveries and I feel completely let down. Why offer the option of tracked delivery with stated delivery days if you cannot meet these needs? That should not be advertised as an option if you cannot fulfill it. At no point was I contacted and informed that my delivery was not going to be on time and at no point since have I received any contact explaining why. I have sent in a complaint and contacted the company again a further two times and still no response, apology or explanation from them. Don't use them....find another company that won't just take your money and let you down.

Sent to London for birthday and delivered on time. Arrived in a box and I was told they very lovely and beautiful

I order flowers for Mothering Sunday and my Aunts birthday on Sunday 29th February. The flowers were all to be delivered on Saturday 5th March. In time for the birthday and Mothering Sunday. My Aunts flowers arrived on the 5th March. Neither of the flowers ordered to be delivered on the same day for Mothering Sunday arrived until Tuesday 8th March. 3 days after they should of been delivered. Plus my Mum and Aunt live in the same house I tried to contact Debenhams flowers by phone (no one answered the phone on either number) and by email regarding my order and apart from the reply acknowledging my complaint I have not heard anything back. We live overseas at present and we were not in the uk for either days so feel let down with the service provided.

The flowers were very poor quality within two days they were dead. As they were for mothers day was very upset with this.

As I am now living in Australia I ordered 2 lots of flowers one bunch for my mother & one bunch for my mother in law for mothers days as I could not give a gift in person, I found your site on line, because it was debenhams I thought I would get excellent service how wrong could I be, both bunches where half dead when delivered and where thrown out often 3 days so much for the 7 days of freshness guarantee. I emailed debenhams twice over two weeks after delivery to express my concerns but all I got back was an automated email that the offices where very busy and would be in touch soon, still no communication from debenhams will not ever be buying from debenhams flowers or debenhams department store again if this is the usual response.

Have bought Debenham's flowers several times before and everything went smoothly. This time, however, there was a mixup with delivery dates. Debenham's sent the recipient a free bunch of flowers as an apology without being asked as soon as they were informed of the mix up which I thought was very fair in the circumstances.

This is the first time I have used your company, they were for a wedding anniversary and I asked my sister what they were like, she said they were not as good as the flowers I usually send. The picture she sent me was definelelt not as good as quality as the ones in the photo. Will not be using you again.

I had a half price offer for these flowers with O2. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price as they were pretty much a let down. The roses were already wilting, in my opinion there was nothing special about these flowers. I would recommend that if you're buying these at full price to shop around as there are definitely better bunches out there.

I ordered two bouquets for my mother in law and my mother on mothers day. Both of whom sent me photo's of the flowers they had received. My mother was happy with hers and they lasted a couple of weeks which is excellent but the colours of the fresha's were not as advertised. My mother in law's flowers however didn't last as long they only lasted just under a week and yet again the colours were not correct. They were supposed to be a bright bouquet of mixed coloured flowers but they were just yellow and white which was really disappointing and not as advertised. The first and last time I use Debenham's for flowers I'm afraid.

I bought some flowers for my Nan for Mother's Day. My Nan thought the Flowers were lovely and were in perfect condition when they arrived. Credit to the courier who returned back for a second time, after my Nan didn't hear the first attempt to deliver. Very pleased customer.

Delivered on wrong day, and left at post office where flowers died. Compensation of box of chocolates was tiny and gave even worse impression as a result

The flowers that I ordered for Mother's Day, looked lovely in the picture but were absolutely awful when they were delivered. I contacted Debenhams on the 8th March to complain, by email, which I then had to follow up with two additional emails, still no response. I then telephoned on the 1st April and have now received a full refund - terrible flowers and terrible customer services from Debenhams - will not use again.

Flowers delivered half dead. As they were Mothers day flowers, my Mother complained to Debenhams twice in email with pictures and only received a automated reply. Finally after 2 weeks of trying to resolve her self my Mother gave up and told me (son) about the dead flowers and the very poor follow up with Debenhams. I spoke with Debenhams who offered to upgrade a bunch of flowers (what was the point as not Mothers day), Then they agreed to refunfd the flowerss. In summary dead flowers and very poor service from Debenhams. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Very poor. Roses drooped in a couple of days before they opened. Extremely disappointing as they had been bought for someone for a special occasion. My first and last purchase from Debenhams Flowers I am afraid.

I wasn't overly pleased by the flowers that were delivered. Quite a few were already dead and a lot had their heads missing. Not a great present on Mothers day really.

Worst. Customer service I have ever received. My flowers were ordered for Mother's Day and arrived damaged. On your website it states that the flowers will be delivered in bud form, but they arrived with every flower open. After £18 worth of calls, I didn't even get to speak to a representative. Seriously! Then after numerous emails and tweets over a number of weeks I finally received my refund after a month and £20 credit which I will not be using! Thank you Debenhams flowers!

In my experience, these bouquets have been of a consistenly high quality and very good value for money. They have been accurately represented on the website in both the detailed descriptions and the images, and the recipients have always been very happy with the packaging and timely delivery. Would highly recommend.
