Service was excellent, unfortunately the roses in the original bouquet did not last as long as expected (only a few days). Having contacted customer service the response was very positive and a new bouquet was sent. Again the roses didn't last as long as the rest of the flowers, however they probably lasted up to 6 days. The bouquets both look really nice so no problem there. Overall happy with service/response and bouquets just concerned over potential quality issue with the roses.

Valentine's Day roses only lasted a few days, certainly not a week as advertised. Would have complained if I had been aware of the mechanism for doing so at the time.

We've had some problems with Debenhams flowers but on this occasion they were good, on time delivery and flowers in good condition.

I ordered flowers for the Saturday the day before mothers day, didn't arrive until the day after, flowers were wilting. Emailed support, three times now, no reply. I spent 15 minutes on phone on hold, before giving up. I received an email 3 weeks after asking for a review, so here it is. Appalling service and flowers.

Would never order from debenhams again. I sent the flowers to my mums on Mother's Day as I wouldn't see them on the day. Found out afterwards that flowers were wilted in the box & the healthy ones only lasted 4 days. Poor service & product ????

I ordered my sister flowers for a very special occation, but she never received them. The only thing she got was stress as she did not know where they are and our surprise was not a nice one then as we only caused her more stress. Debenhams offered to send them again as she never recieved them in the 1st place, but the 2nd time they've sent them she still has not recieved them. All i've gained now is stress, waisted mine and my sisters time and no flowers both times.. very dissapointed! I would like to get a full refund of my moneys at least. I genuenly like Debenhams and have shopped here often for food, this is the first time I have to deal with something like this with them. I am very dissapointed to say the least. Hopefully they improve their flower delivery service

I got these flowers for my Mum on mothers day and they turned up terrible. They were wilting, broken and pretty much half dead. They didn't even last 12 hours. I've emailed complaining about these flowers with pictures 3 times and I've had no reply at all. I will not be buying from here again and will warn my family and friends of the poor service.

Unfortunately this may not be the response you would like to hear. I ordered flowers for my mother in Swindon for mothers day. Using Debenhams as well established retail name advertising their floral facility. My Mother phoned us after receipt/ delivery of her flowers with the following response. 'Thank you for the flowers and the nice thought. I feel however it only right to let you know and hope you do not take offence. The flowers were in very poor condition'. 'The box they came in was very nice but unfortunately the contents did not match'. Later that week when speaking to my mother she told us the flowers had withered within a few days and that whatever we had paid for them she would not want us to do it again. I have in previous years used a local florist to deliver and have not experienced any issues. My choice this year to try a larger retail supplier may have proved to be a wrong decision. I did consider contacting you earlier to give some feedback on this experience but decided not to as delivery of flowers on Mothers day is quite a large logistical event and I put it down to bad luck. I am glad you decided to send this feedback form so you are aware of our/ my mothers experience. I hope some honest feedback helps improve your overall service. Yours Mr Sullivan, Plymouth.

Bought as a Mother's Day gift for my mother in law and was Very dissapointed with the quality and quantity of flowers. Some flowers were brown around the edges and some were broken. Will never use debenhams for flowers again.

Terrible company! the worst in fact. Customer service is in Bulgaria and when you do finally get through (after 8 days of trying) they are completely useless! Would avoid!!

there were only 10 flowers and the rest was foliage. very disappointed as they were especially for a mother's day gift. was not a true representation of the picture online. the flowers looked pitiful.

Flowers were excellent quality, delivered on time and lasted very well. The website was well laid out and simple to use. Not cheap flowers but great value for money. Would definitely use this service again.

Although the flower arrangement contained the number of flowers described I was very disappointed with the overall appearance of this bouquet. I ordered this as a birthday present for my Mum, and so decided to order the large version. I felt that the arrangement did not reflect the price I paid, and I will not order flowers from here again.

I placed an order for a bouquet of freesias to be delivered to my mum for mothers day but when they arrived there was more greenery than flowers!! My mum contacted Debenhams direct with regards to this problem and they arranged for a replacement premium bouquet of flowers to be dispatched along wth a box of chocolates. The replacement bouquet had lillies in the bunch and unfortunately these never opened. I will not be ordering from Debehams flowers again. Extremely disappointed!

Very disappointed with the flowers, delivered late and dead when arrived. Even more disappointed that I emailed customer services with photographs twice without a response. Will not be using again.
