Despite specifying an offered delivery date the flowers arrived a day late meaning my mum did not receive them on Mother's Day. Two days after arrival half of the flowers were dead. I have ordered before and everything was fine so perhaps this instance was a blip.

I was extremely dismayed & disappointed to find that the Mother's Day bouquet I purchased was rather a let down! I was embrassed a rather annoyed by the poor quality of bloom, the lacklustre appearance, & lack of abundance. Frustratingly, their longevity was short lived to boot, so all round an over priced, underwhelming purchase, which has certainly put me off ordering through Debenhams Flowers in the future. Most disappointing!!

I had emailed to complain about the flowers that were sent as the quality was poor and some petals on the roses were dead already. I have not had a response from you yet despite sending a reminder.

I recieved a completely different bunch of flowers to what I ordered that had completely different flowers in them. I did email a complaint the same day as Mother's Day but never got a response! Never ordering from debenhams again! Complete dissapointment for the money I spent !

Ordered mother's day flowers. Delivered on Saturday as scheduled. However, roses wilted after 3 days. Under the freshness guarantee, I got a full refund (and had the option to receive another bouquet for free).

The roses were quite crushed and did not look at all pretty. The Lilly's never opened up and I know you can't guarantee what the flowers are going to do but it was a bit disappointing.

Flowers were delivered on the day requested.Delivery driver was a bit rude.Arrangement was beautiful,but a little disappointed as the roses were going brown already!

The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day were dying already, the petals had brown edges. Very embarrassing to be told that by your mum. The lilies did not open either. I called Debenhams who were very responsive and sent a replacement a few days later, which seemed fine. The customer service was good after the fact, but I will not use Debenhams Flower service again as the company they are using are clearly not to the standard I’d expect from Debenhams.

Ordered flowers for my Wife for our anniversary and they were very nice. Ordered flowers for my Mother for Mothers day and they were not even as good as flowers from the local garage. They looked absolutely nothing like what I'd ordered.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my Mum for Mothers Day. The flowers were delivered as requested on Saturday 5 March but my Mum was so disappointed with the bouquet. The petals of the carnations were going brown and the roses were dropping. Luckily the lillies were ok. I was really upset that the flowers fell short of the usual high Debenhams standard. After several emails, and a phone call, to Debenhams Flowers Customer Services I have no received my money back.

I usually use Interflora but thought I'd give this a try after receiving an email. The flowers were pretty and arrived on time, but unfortunately were dead in 2 days. The buds were well open upon arrival and petals falling off as my mum put them in a vase. She loved them regardless but I was very unhappy.

It's the first time I have ordered from yourselves and although the bouquet was very nice when it arrived I was very disappointed that it arrived a day late.

Instead of sending oriental lilies, the ones delivered were the normal funeral lilies!!!! My mother was very upset, especially with a recent death within the family. After complaining, I have not received a reply. Ridiculous and never buying from debenhams again.

Order some flowers for my mother. They not only arrived damaged withing 3 days the rest were dying. Took 4 weeks before anyone got back to me from customer service. Really poor service all round.
