“We ordered on-line and were able to pick up at the designated time as per confirmation of order. Everything was perfect, the size for the clothes, the time of delivery and the easiness of use! Will definitely use the service again!”

“Decathlon made me happy because it had exactly the ski bobble hat I could not find anywhere in Canada. What was difficult was not being able to directly ship to Canada. We had to ship to a mate near Sheffield and have them mail it on to us. Please ship internationally to your Commonwealth partner Decathlon!”

“As always with Decathlon, the quality is good and I knew I will get a good product. It was easy to put together and my son is making good use of the basketball post. I prefer to purchase this from a reputed sports company than an unknown on ebay.”

“I have been sent (and charged for) an item that I had not ordered. This came after the correctly ordered items. I then emailed via the correct channel to report the problem, received an email back to say my issue would be looked at and then.... Absolutely nothing!!! I don't want to send the item back at my cost and risk, this is Decathlon's problem, you sort it out.....”

“I ordered something online to click and collect before Christmas. The product wasn't in store when I went to pick it up, despite having ordered it a week before. I then asked the assistant to cancel the order but it wasn't cancelled. Very disappointed.”

“Super quality items at very affordable prices. It's my first port of call for my sons outdoors equipment for scouts, my coaching equipment for football. The app is so easy to use even able to check stock and prices at stores. The staff are always super helpful and friendly.”

“You didn't have what I wanted in store so the member of staff made an online order for me with delivery in plenty of time for Christmas. The order never arrived - turns out you were already weeks behind with orders when you accepted mine, promising delivery you knew you couldn't hit. I cancelled the order and requested a refund - I still haven't received my money a month later, despite several emails to customer services. Woeful. And I came to Decathlon so not to have to deal with Sports Direct's poor service!”
