I ordered trainers online to be collected in store. The website was easy to use and the cost of the products can't be faulted and were very good. The only let down was the service and attitude of the staff in store. To say he was moody and abrupt is the understatement. He acted like I was an inconvenience, shame as otherwise the process was spot on.

Ordered online for an item that was in stock in the Lakeside store. Went to collect and was told that the item had not yet arrived but could be sold one from stock. So I had to buy one from stock, cancel the online order and wait 5 days for a refund. The logic of this is baffling to me.

The next day delivery I asked for took 6 days in total and 3 phonically to chase it. The member of staff at Decathlon was extremely helpful and courteous and a pleasure to speak to. The problem lay with the courier company I believe. Also the items I ordered are slightly on the small side. I haven't decided what to keep as yet. I don't think they are very true to size. Quality seems ok, but not exceptional.

I asked a couple of people in store for the trampoline, they said 'don't think we sell them' or 'not sure we sell them' and one said' what is it? Not really exceptable, so I ordered it on line.

Some staff are reluctant to help when I said I needed to change my whole order to the next size up. I told the member of staff I bought everything online I would have a clue where to start to pick them up. I spent more than I had anticipated.

Sizing not as expected. Returned goods to shop in Reading where staff told me sizing on most items comes up small. No mention of this on line. I therefore lost the cost of having the goods delivered and even more disappointed to find the Reading shop did not even have the items in stock. Extremely disappointed with my first experience with my first, and probably only, purchase from yourselves.

The size of the garment that I ordered was too small, despite me ordering the size I normally wear. I notice that this has been mentioned in other people's reviews. Also, I didn't like having to sign up for the website when this was just a one off purchase. In the event, it is unlikely that I will ever try to purchase anything from Decathlon in the future.

Ordered 3 mens running jerseys size large Black received 2 blue 1 white size xl the extra large did actually fit but they were the wrong colour. Did not return because too much hassle and they only cost £15.

After buying some bike complements (helmet, lights, glasses), decathlon sent me those items through InPost UK. But the messenger lost my parcel, so I had to contact decathlon to ask for a new order. Finally, after 3 weeks I got my items... The helmet, though, had been packed roughly and it had the size adapter bent and almost broken. I wouldn't definitely recommend buying items online at decathlon. I was a really bad experience for me.

there never seems to be any shop staff working in the tamworth store based in asda ? you have to look or wait a long tinme for staff to arrive or be there other than that the goods and general lay out is very good

The item didn't arrive by the date stated when ordering as a result my son and his fried didn't receive their Judo suits in time for their grading. The product itself was fine.

I did not receive any notification of items being at store. When I checked my account I could see that payment had been taken and the items had been sent. When I phoned the store to check if the item had arrived, they checked the 'system' and said no. I contacted the customer service team who said that they had phoned the store and the items where there but the assistant had only checked the computer. So, no notification and poor service/effort/communication from the store. Regards, Stuart

The DHL delivery was absolutely hopeless. I nearly gave up and just asked them to return the goods to Decathlon.

the size instruction on the website is bugged (doesn't display) and incorrect (when it does display), everything i ordered is 2 sizes too big, although i followed the size instruction also, every item seems to have its own size format (uk, us, europe, M vs 32 vs 42... ), it is extremely confusing, and incorrect.

Cant understand why it costs 4.99 for delivery and then nothing is done about sending the item for at least 5 days. Buy anything from almost anywhere else online and have to pay that sort of delivery price your most likely to get it next day if not the day after. What service are you using, carrier pigeons???

Eight year old swimming costume and bikini barely fitted. I did not check the sizing as my daughter is 8 1/2 and the next size up was for a 10 year old ! Please explain why you are mugging us off with seriously undersized clothing. I am then dragging myself back to the store due to having to pay for postage for poorly sized clothing as returns are not free unless returning the whole order. Highly irregular, time consuming and won't be ordering online again.

I like the store & staff are helpful but when you are spending in excess of a 100euro's the company then want to charge you for a bag to put your things in ?

Realised I made mistake on size and phoned within five minutes of online order to change as per your website instructions and wrong size still delivered. I did get a free exchange, thank you but that was nearly two weeks ago and still not received. I also returned another item for size exchange and still waiting. Your prices are excellent, your staff lovely. But the bottom line - good value, prompt service is not being delivered to me.

The ground sheet you recommend to go with the tent we purchased did not fit the tent it was to small so we could not even reduce it.
