“Clothing is priced to make items affordable. Website is very user friendly. In store staff are experienced and very helpful. I shopped mainly in the Winter months for my son's school skiing trip.”

“Poor on delivery times, almost didn't get my stuff in time for my ski trip!! And the free delivery limit £70(?) is too high. Having said that I liked the ease of online ordering and accuracy of sizing guides. Products were well organized by sport and by function, comparison tool was really useful as well (especially when there were that many products serving seemingly similar needs). Enjoyed the product videos, and customer reviews. Products purchased were also of great quality, not losing out to pricier/ branded stuff. My ski outfit held out very well throughout my week in Val D'Isère. Thank you decathlon!!”

“Not too keen on the website, doesn't flow as you'd expect, not particularly user friendly & acceptance of payment details has resulted in double ordering on 2 occasions. Possibly because orders were placed in France but very annoying all the same.. On the other hand, customer service is very good, sorted my double order problems quickly & without any quibbles”

“Most of the items I wanted were out of stock. The ones that were in stock became suddenly out of stock when I came to pay for it. When I phoned customer services to ask why I couldn't pay for item they couldn't understand and were as baffled as me! Love the shop but website needs a bit of work!”

“I called into Sheffield branch to collect my Triban 520. It was ready and waiting for me the staff at the bike dept were very helpful and processed my collection very efficiently. After adjusting the saddle height etc I was riding bike is 5 Star. Two minor grump are the front mech was not adjusted properly I hope this will be addressed when I take the bike back. The other grump I have is paying to have the tyres fitted as an upgrade, other bike shops fit for free.So I fitted them myself saving 16 pounds. But other than that I am completely satisfied with my purchase as I have been for several years worth of dealing with Decathlon.”
