Spent £3.99 on Royal Mail next day delivery. Item shown it stock! Was then told post check out likely to arrive 5 days after ordering, the day before I needed the item. However item wasn't delivered on that day, I went on holiday. received a phone call from family to say it arrived.... 8 days after ordering! £3.99 to take 8 days to deliver?!?!? Not value for money in my opinion!!!!

The products were of a good quality. However, I had to pay to return items and I still haven't heard if they have been received and if I will be getting the replacement product back.

generally good, except the promised refund and return postal slip failed to materilise until a second telephone call a week later

I bought hiking shoes for children. On website photos they are with laces( also in descriptioN. I received velcro. 2 orders the same ( i thought its a mistake). Velcro still ok but not as I wanted.

I was allowed to order trainers and two training tops on line and pay for them on my gift card, only to be emailed several days later to say the tops were out of stock. I then had to get a code to reuse the rest of the cash on my gift voucher. If items are out of stock surely they should not be allowed to be ordered and take customers money. Overall not impressed.

Good product and price but not delivered on the original date mentioned when ordered. 1 week late so could not use my products for the weekend I had planned to use them

Need to return boys swimming shorts as sizing is not accurate, ordered age 12 and they are tiny!

The 50kg set had a bar missing plus the wheel broke when pulling the set back to the shop to get another bar. But the set is good but will need to buy a few more weights

There is a lot I like about using Decathlon online. The range of goods is wide, they are excellent value for money and made accessible when like me you live far from a store. They process their orders reasonably quickly, and most importantly they give an option of carriers, a choice which matters to me because some are less convenient than others. However, in my experience Decathlon let themselves down when it comes to processing returns. I have had to return two items on two different occasions and each time resulted in such a long delay in their warehouse acknowledging my return that I have had to email and call them before my return order could be processed.

The merchandise (own brand swim top) was good quality & one member of staff at call centre was very helpful, but the delivery date was totally wrong - IF YOU LIVE IN SCOTLAND IT TAKES AN EXTRA DAY TO DELIVER, so you get it the day after the "guaranteed" delivery date. This information is not shown until after you have selected delivery type & payment has been taken, after which the order cannot be changed - you have to cancel it & re-order. This I found out the day after I had ordered, by which time it was going to arrive too late for my holiday & it was too late to select expedited delivery. If I had known this when placing the order I would have chosen faster delivery & had no stress, however the website provided inaccurate information.

When I went into the store it was my first time ever being in and it was a huge place. Not many staff about to ask where the swimming kit was. When u found it there wasn't a great deal of choice. When I asked a member of staff (when I found 1) was that all there was he wasn't really helpful at all. Went home and just ordered online myself. When I spoke to another mum she said someone helped her in store - wish I got that service as it could've been ordered there and then. Items came and I collected and was really happy with them.

Overall, I was quite happy. The only problem was: I have put my work address as a delivery address with the name of my company and my name ( you can see it in my invoice). However, you printed out only half of this, so the driver could not see the name of the company and he was about to return the product for this reason. He was furious. Luckily, our building has 3 floors only, otherwise I would not get my item due to this issue. This made me reluctant to order other items and when I wanted to write to you about this, there is no email on your webisite. Why? Only phone number. Please check details on the parcels in future.

Whilst an excellent service the sizes are a lot smaller than expected. Unfortunately we will have to return garments ordered

Decathlon has some great products at some good prices. Very happy with my down jacket and the cycling socks. my only frustration is the having to pay for deliveries & returns and to be honest this has put me off buying more online. We don't have a store near us so we rely on online delivery and Decathlon's competitors don't charge for delivery or return so i can get things cheaper elsewhere. e.g. i'd love to buy some more cycling socks from Decathlon but by the time you add delivery cost it works out more expensive than buying socks from Wiggle with free delivery......so Decathlon miss a sale.

Great product and arrived quickly. Video is little misleading as does not come with straps for blanket on bottom or ice packs shown and product description doesn't say it doesn't either (doesn't say it does but.....). No problem. Kept food etc cold for hrs
