I am extremely disappointed with Decathlon. The bike that I bought does not meet the standard that I was expecting at all. And on the other hand, I decide to buy in your business because is a multinational company and so i can find pieces for my bike everywhere in the world. A few weeks ago I need new screws and there were not available in your store. SHOCKING! On the other hand, the plastic chain of my bike does not work fine and it goes out very often, I am furious. i would really appreciate if you fix all this mess, if you want me to have as a customer in the future. Ordered a jacket from the inside store. Unusual sizing meant that it did not fit as expected,despite having already ordered a size larger than usual, and I would need the next size up. I contacted Decathlon who told me that the size I needed was out of stock, and they would not order another from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer, who would nor deal with me, and directed me back to Decathlon. Poor.

I purchased a badminton racket for a Christmas gift. I was really disappointed that it did not come with a cover. If it was clear that it didn't come with one I would've happily paid an extra few pounds.

Very disappointed I shop frequently in Decathlon and my son bought me a £100 voucher for christmas and I found I could not use it in France, I thought you were all one store so why could I not use it in France.

Delivery was fine but the returns process was unclear and on both occasions staff were unable to complete my return without calling a manager to help. Would not order online again based on this experience although it may have just been the Reading branch that don't understand the returns process.

I was told the bicycle would arrive on the Tuesday but it was actually delivered the following day. We were lucky that it was delivered late in the evening otherwise there would have been no one to collect the package. Kind tegatds

My parcel could not be found because of a glitch in the system, had to return the next day to collect. The tops I bought were fantastic but the mat is not that great, very slippery

Was annoyed that my free next day click and collect order wasn't there in store to collect, despite ordering on time. Also, there is so much on the website that is not in stores, some means of online checking stock in each store would be massively helpful. I've learnt to not expect what I want to be in store! Something like ikea have on their website would be great.

the watch I bought only 2 months ago, the battery is gone or don't know what is the problem till I ring up customer services to fix it, other than that it is a good watch.

Hi. Sorry to vote "poor" but I placed an order and then got an email saying part of my order was soiled, did I want to cancel it? I replied no, please just send it anyway, but by then half of the order had been cancelled anyway and I got another email saying it had been cancelled. Then I got a text saying the rest of my order would be delivered on a certain day (Friday) and it wasn't delivered until the next Monday, so sorry, but overall on this occasion I didn't find the overall service good.

I normally am very supportive of Decathlon and buy all my sporting goods from my local Sheffield store. I went on Saturday to but a new sleeping matt for a trip i was taking. I checked the stock levels before i visited and the website said that there was 8 in stock. I could not find the sleeping matt i wanted so i asked a member of staff, who informed me that they were in the back and were not available to buy until the following Monday. What a waste of a trip and a lost customer. If it was my business i would have sold me the matt that i wanted insead of turning away a customer to go to a competitor

I ordered two pairs of swimming trunks size 36in waist. You sent two pairs size 38in waist! I had to go to the post office to send them back, requesting size 36in as ordered in the first instance. You sent another two pairs size 38in waist!! After a month of frustration , I am less than impressed.

I bought a camel back-pack in Dec/Jan however, I was subsequently given the exact back-pack as a xmas present. I went on your web site on numerous occasions in an attempt to return the one I purchased and was unable to access "my account". I could access all the other areas of the site but not the one to complete a return form. I am now stuck with an extra back-pack. I have bought from Decathlon on several occasions but will think twice if I cannot return an item if necessary!!

I was at the Surrey Quay Decathlon to collect the order I placed online. The order collection is not well managed. I was there a few times. Sometimes, no one is present at the counter. There was one time I was waiting at the queue. The staff was chit-chatting with the customer before me. I understand it is customer service. But I am also a customer, waiting to be served and I don't have time to wait. I just think that click and collect should be fast and simple.

I've used the online service once and the wrong size garment was sent but was swapped in store without any problems. As for the oxford store it's self I've visited on both weekends and week days and have often thought that more staff are required just to keep the store tidy often some of the shelves just look untidy and disheveled, however I've not visited the store since last November so this may not be the case now
