The delivery of sporting equipment was fine. But the pestering by emails ever since is REALLY annoying. I asked to unsubscribe over 2 weeks ago, and was told this would happen within 48 hours. I'm still getting unwanted emails about Decathlon, such as the one that asked me to go to this review site... Judge for yourselves whether this is an experience you want to share.

Very disappointed,,,,,,, the service i normally receive from decathlon is very good but on this occasion not so I ordered for collection in store, when I arrived I decided I would pick one or two items up first I then went to the till and explained I had an online order waiting the sales assistant was very grumpy put my items thru the till i mentioned I had a decathlon card but couldn't find it, she totally ignored my comment and proceeded to get the item i had ordered no explanation of what to do about getting my purchase registered on my account infact she was bordering on rude. I think this is a one off bad member of staff i will forgive But also when i got home i went on line to see if i could enter my receipt on line which you can however after 40 minutes trying I gave in it would not accept the receipt for some reason A little poor hope its a one off previous experience has been good

My family did a store collect. The particular person was very unhelpful. Sorry my family will not prefer to do a store collect.

An absolute joke..I ordered items online to be delivered into the nottingham store. These were ordered on a Tuesday and by sat they still hadn't arrived. On going to the store to check I was told it could be at least the upcoming Tuesday..being a week in total..when they did arrive..I went in to return the items as in had now brought them in store..the lady at till said some.of the items where now reduced.I had to firmly.say I want what I paid for them going back on my card..not the price they are now. Whilst I was in store..they had another come who had been waiting a week for delivery of their items as well and we're not happy. Overall I won't be using the online shop again. And I would also recommend having home.delivery as like.myself it's very hard for me to get to the store..as I don't drive.

Ordered cross trainer at end of July (at an additional cost for delivery to NI) didn't receive until end of August. Called mid July, was promised someone would be in contact to arrange the delivery, Nobody called & so contacted customer services again end August. Noone was able to explain why there was a delay.

The fabric part of the upper of the left Arin 500 Grey yachting deck trainer became detached the first time I wore the shoe. I bought at Decathlon's Surrey Quays store and exchanged it for a replacement pair a few days later in the Antibes, France store without any problem.

Raised concerns about btwin alur bike which was delivered in unacceptable packaging. Box was in tatters and had been opened, wheels do not run true, plus other issues. After some communication with Decathlon I was asked to submit pictures of the issues, which I did. I have had no response from Decathlon since sending the pictures to them What a shambles!!!!

Products are fine but took a week to get to me. Expected faster service. Also, the secure shopping certificate has expired. Didn't notice till after I had placed the order. I wouldn't have if I had noticed.

we were surprise that for the price we paid delivery costs were not included or delivery toke so long. For the same item we realised after that we could had better deal via Amazon for example

THE WEBSITE HAS NOT THE BEST DESIGN. iT CAN GET IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN ORDER JUST BECAUSE THE WINDOW "Buy Now" disappears after some time. I have never seen such a website. it should be corrected for the sake of the customers.

Bought a treadmill from Decathlon, when built there were two bolts missing, contacted Decathlon and told they would refund me if I took it back I explained that I wanted the treadmill so please send me the bolts, which never arrived after 4 weeks so had to take a refund. Still needed a treadmill so had to go elsewhere. The treadmill itself was excellent so if the bolts had arrived I would have been very happy with the purchase, I don't understand why they would rather refund then replace missing parts.

I bought the Hoprider 300 City Hybrid Bike (http://www.decathlon.co.uk/hoprider-300-womens-city-hybrid-bike-id_8307663.html) two month ago, I have a big problem with the derailleur. When I bought it I thought I made a big deal, but I'm realy not happy whith it. I hope that decathlon will fix it for me. The problem that I live in Guildford and all decathlon stores are far.

WRONG SIZES PROVIDED FREQUENTLY - IN 3 OUT 0F 4 RECENT ORDERS DELIVERY AND PICK UP. POOR QUALITY WATERPROOF SHOES THAT LET IN WATER AFTER VERY LIMITED USE. DOUBT IF I WILL USE DECATHALON AGAIN OR RECOMMEND. FORTUNATE TO HAVE TWO BOYS A FEW YEARS APART SO THAT WRONG SIZE ITEMS WILL HOPEFULLY GET USED. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO MESS ABOUT TAKING THING BACK TO STORES AS I DO NOT LIVE LOCAL TO ANY STORE. DO NOT HAVE SAME PROBLEM WITH SPORTS DIRECT ORDERS.

I bought replacement tent poles from Decathlon in Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful. I went back to get more but the shop doesn't stock them now so I ordered them on line. The labels on the shop bought ones and the on line ones are the same but the poles are a different size ! So the ones sent are no use!

Paid extra to have item delivered in time for a festival (Site said it would be delivered in 1-2 days). Item did not arrive within the 2 day delivery window and therefore was too late to be used.

The tent was smaller than the video suggested. Also there was not enough guy ropes with it and not all of them had the adjustable black sliders. The zips do not work correctly as the plastic seal is poorly applied. This tent was a little disappointing to use and I am considering not using either it or that product range again. It also does not collapse down very well as a few of us followed the instructions and it didn't twist when the cord was pulled to make the figure 8 to fold it over.
