I ordered a size 6.5 Nike running shoe in time for a race I was running. But when they arrived it was a size 6 shoe instead. Very disipointed as I have ordered from here before and it has been excellent!!

I went to th and stood next to the sign near the check out which said 'click and collect collection point' (or something to that effect) nobody came and all staff on the checkouts paid no me no attention. I waited awhile then managed to grab someone who was walking by, they told me that i needed to go the check out for click and collect. So, 1: the sign should be taken down and 2: one of the staff on the checkout could easily have shouted over to let me know rather then let me stand there

I would never use decathlon click and collect again. Need to be able to exchange shoes without being charged 4.99 for postage each time.

The sizes were much smaller than I ordered. A swimsuit for my 12 year old daughter was more suitable for an eight year old. Also a swimming costume for myself,size 14 was a very poor fit as it was too small. Very nice items but wouldn't order online again due to the sizing problems

The shelves are always in disarray. Cycle staff on the shop floor are not sufficiently knowledgable. And the new layout of the self service tills is very poor leaving long queues.

did not deliver on date said and still not got the items. even phoned them when they emailed me to say there was a problem with oneof the items. only to be told that it had been sorted and to ignore the email. only to phone back on the date of delivery, to be told there is still a problem with the item. bad customer handling. will not be in a rush to use they home deliver service again.

i purchased a size medium rafel 720 beginning of september at the reduced/sale price, only to find 3 weeks later it has been reduced by another £50 .this is the second time this has happened to me,the last time was when i purchased a triban 7, a couple of weeks later it had dropped another £49.decathlon should have a sale price and stick to it! because this has now happened twice,i will seriously have to think twice if i will purchase another decathlon bike as no customer wants to feel like they have been shafted,BTW if anyone is interested,the rafel 720 is a fantastic bike,shame about decathlons sale/pricing policy

I wanted to buy some sailing boots "Ozean 900" in size 45, price £79. They are out of stock in the UK, and I cannot even place an order. I could buy some in France and collect them in a store there when I go next week, but the price in France is 99Euros (about £90). So not great Customer service really

I ordered a leash for my body board and it arrived broken. There was no padding or protection on the plastic envelop it came in and it obviously needed it. I had to make a trip to Decathlon from Nottingham to get it changed

Lots of companies know how to 'stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap'. What sets a good company apart from the also-rans is its ability to exceed consumers' expectations - especially when things go wrong. And that's not my experience of Decathlon. My first order was cancelled - several days after payment had been taken - apparently due to the item being out of stock. Decathlon's inadequate stock control system meant I was let down - and I had to source the product from an alternative supplier (which cost me an additional £50). My second order was missing some parts. After immediately reporting the shortage I was promised the items would be sent out post-haste. A day or two later I received a huge EMPTY box from Decathlon... Further communications with the company finally produced the missing parts. There are MANY sports equipment companies in the UK that understand their customers' needs. In my experience Decathlon is not one of them. As an outdoor enthusiast I will certainly not be putting it at the top of my list of reliable companies from which to purchase sports goods...

I had a very poor experience with my delivery order. After ordering over a month ago, and thinking the items had all been delivered to my 3rd party, I was then notified that my two large orders had never arrived. The collector did not receive the stated notices that Decathalon says were left, and the items were also not left at the postal office for collection. They were returned to Decathalon without knowledge, and then I was told that many of my items were not longer available. I still have not received a refund for both of my orders, and not with the extra exchange rate costs that I have accumulated (items were paid from a USD account.)

Booked a bike on line had a email to say it was ready. Finish work early to fetch it so I could get back before my daughter but when I got to store gave my details lady went to fetch it and came back with a baby bike under her arm when told it was the wrong bike she said well it's got your name on. At which I let her look at my email off she went again.she did this several times and eventually she brought the manager who said if you can wait we will make on up for you now.when they brought it they said it was all tested and safety check done. Some safety check as handle bars weren't in line with front wheel. Which I altered my self all together this took over an hour to pick up a bike. Two days later you sent me a email to say if I don't pick up my bike in 3days I will lose it and my money?
