Had to wait a long time to be served to collect my online order and no one came to help or apologise for being late. Eventually we had to go to the till after about 10 minutes of waiting and the lady who served me was very helpful and did apologise.

Ordered numerous items for our holiday to France. Ordered two weeks before, called after a week to be informed that one item was out of stock and holding up the order (I had not been informed of this) the order was then amended, but DHL failed to deliver before we went away, despite decathlon's guarantee we would have it by Friday. items now sat at home and completely useless to us. Very disappointing.

My new rockrider 580. Had it for 3 weeks and the bottom. Headset bearings were not flush with the frame. Although a rep from btwin tried to rectify. They did not own a compression tool for the job. In a place that claims that they fit headsets.

Website gave UK size 9 as an option for Asics running shoes. I ordered them and received size 8 1/2. I called, received an apology but still wasn't informed that size 9s weren't available until I called again.

Item faulty. Down to the customer to pay the postage and the item being heavy it is costly. Its OK if you live near a store we don't. We won't by again.

The website indicates part availability but the stock as the store does not match. Advice from store personnel - the website is always wrong! Ordered part for click and collect but wrong part arrives. Re-order but same wrong part arrives. The website description clearly does not match the stock.

Arranged for a delivery to a locker, which was meant to take 3-4 days, then got an email saying my parcel would be there the next working day, went to check, no parcel. 2 days later, get an email saying there has been an IT problem in dispatch, it's taken ages for the parcel to finally be delivered. Not great.

The only issues i have with Decathlon are regarding the Click'n'collect. 1. When i went to pick up my goods there wasn't a separate counter to collect the items from and i had to wait in a long queue, whilst waiting there was a special till for card payments who were ushered through in quick fashion whilst i stood and waited & waited, this is not Click'n'collect this is click and wait & wait (Poor) 2. The I.D part, surely showing the member of staff my phone with the e-mail and relevant order number and the fact that they asked my name is more than suffice without then asking for further I.D So to summarise, until you sort these parts out i wont be back and please don't come back to me telling me its for my own benefit etc , the irony is that the customer service could easily have been first class apart from these minor but very very annoying issues

The 2 swimming costumes I ordered were supposed to be age 10 but they barely fitted my slim 8 year old. There were a good price though to be fair - but I had hoped to get more wear out of them.

I ordered a pair of 9.5 golf shoes. I was sent a pair of size 9. I called and was told that you don't have 9.5, and that 9.5 means 9 and 10.5 means 10. I have now got to send these back and wait for my refund once you receive them and pay the postage. Also this doesn't help as I needed the shoes for this weekend. Please can you help.

One item was out of stock, it took so long to process my order without the item that another item went out of stock, this was after getting an email saying my order had been shipped. The email telling me the second item was out of stock had an item I hadn't even ordered. I phoned the store, who to be fair were very helpful, they looked to replace my second out of stock item, but this needed to be sent from mainland Europe. I enjoy ended up having to tell the staff member to put what they had in a box and send that to me, as they kept trying to reorder the second out of stock item...... 4 out of 10, could do a lot better.

Writing a review for a product that I have yet to receive. Product was due for delivery on 8/8/16 (Decathlon was committed to deliver by 8/8) had to call at 3pm to find out more information, as I hadn't had an email, sms or call to explain the delay, lots of talking going on in the background which made it difficult to hear the operator on the phone. I then recieved an email stating that my delivery was due within the next 2 working days 9/8/16 @ 12pm- Still waiting for delivery. Not good enough when I have to take time off work for a delivery that doesn't arrive on its due date and I'm unsure of when it wil be delivered.

Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, it takes within 2 business days to be delivered by DHL. The Customer Service was too slow at PAY&COLLECT point. I've spent 20 minutes into queue of 3 customers in front of me. Secondly, your staff offer me to buy bag which cost 50 pens or for 1 pound, because all other bags run-out. However, when I asked them can I take one bag from the self checkout point the price was 5 pens per bag. I don't mind to pay even 100 pounds for a bag but I don't like to be forced to buy more expensive one because your staff to lazy to get one or two. Finally, your shop looks like some store with very low number of staff on floor and you can have less help than you are expecting from the Customer point of view.

DHL didn't give a rough time on the date of delivery, didn't deliver the next day as notified on their calling card and failed to act on my email not to deliver on the Monday and delivered on Monday. Had my neighbour not seen the delivery and volunteer to take it I would have had to take a 2 hour round devery to collect. Shoddy service from a large company such as DHL.

Well I ordered a gymnastics outfit for my partners daughter and she was so excited to have this on her birthday however when she tried this one there was a huge rip on the sleeve.. I said I would return it but she didn't want to part with it as she still loved it so much just ruined her birthday slightly as she was upset that it was turned with he rip
