“Usually have a good range of products, some unusual stuff. Branded cycling gear usually expensive, and not a fan of kalenji shoes, otherwise everything else has been a solid product, and they are good about returns if you aren't happy”

“I ordered a package from Decathlon, which failed to arrive by post. Having waited a few days, and checked that the postie had not left it outside or that a neighbour had not taken it in, I contacted Decathlon, who immediately cancelled my order and sent out a replacement by courier. No arguments or hassles. Great customer service. How a company deals with problems tells you a lot about them.”

“Dear Decathlon, I like the follow up support that you provide. Esp when things are out of stock, you do email back when they come on stock. Improvement: perhaps consider giving members discounts on their birthday month. - eg 40-50% off. cheers!”

“Great selection of sports gear and fantastic prices. Customer service great too. My only complaint would be that sizes are smaller than expected and this can cause problems especially when ordering online. Returns are easy though.”
