I was pleased with the goods when they arrived. I was also extremely pleased with the staff at your Stockport store when I phoned up for some advice. What I was not pleased with was the cost of the delivery £10:00, which I had to pay because the nearest store to me, I live in Southwest Wales, was Southampton. This cost has definitely put me off buying from u again.

I expect more from a store the size of Decathlon. Although I enjoy shopping there and enjoy the value for money, any time I have been there (Belfast Store) it always looks like it could do with a good tidy up! Sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for because of this - stock always appears to be cluttered or in the wrong places. In fairness this applies mainly to clothing - areas with eqiupment seem to be ok. Then there's the website which never really seems to tell you the correct in-store stock levels. One more than one occasion I have made the 30 mile journey to collect something that according to the website is in plentyful supply only to find it isn't actually in stock. Come on guys, get it right - a good store being ruined by silly mistakes!

Good delivery speed and communication. However these days, it's unreasonable to have paid returns. In addition to this, the confusing and non standard (and inconsistent size guides) make it very easy to order the wrong size - in which case you will be returning items at your own cost simply because the information wasn't very clear. I've done this twice now! I am unsure if I will shop from here again mainly due to the inconstancy sizes (or availability of accurate size guides) and the returns policy.

The products are good and there is quick delivery. However, £3.99 for delivery (unless over £75) seems excessive for ordering just one item. Unfortunately I probably will be put off ordering from Decathlon in the future because of it.

Like all companies you have to register, why? Then all you get is emails, which you don't want, all I did was buy one thing! For some reason that give your company the right to keep badgering me to buy more stuff that I don't want! Why are they allowed to do this?! Please stop!

decathlon was fine but delivery service horrific, 3 phone call later and still delivered half product to one place and half to other place very disappointing..

Prices are good and information is ok. I bought two products and in both cases they were a bit too small. I used the guidelines of their website instead of what I though would fit me. In both cases these were just ok but probably too tight, especially the gloves. Another time I filled up my basket but I was undecided about a couple of products. Few hours later when I tried to check up it seemed that nearly all my the products in the basket were not in stock... weird. At the end I did not do a second order. I may use them again as they are cheap but with some precautions.

I placed my order on 24th Spetember and to date, 06th October, it hasn't arrived yet. Apparently still in France but at least no one has phoned me blaming the Migrants yet. I gave you normal as this seems to be normal.... With any luck my order will arrive in time for Christmas.

The equipment I purchased was fine and has all since been thoroughly tested (mainly tents for a scout group) But I was disappointed with the £40 delivery charge; pretty overpriced for what boiled down to 7 boxes; I then had to wait in all day as the delivery time was any more specific than 9am-7pm (I think) on the day.

I ordered something to be collected in store. Unfortunately it arrived 2 days later than the estimated delivery date, which had a knock on effect on my week. Having said this, the products ( saddle pad and half pad) were of high quality for a low price. The colours are vibrant and fit the horse well, would definitely recommend the products. It would be nice to see more equestrian products for rider and for the horse in store, as decathlon are far cheaper than saddlerys in the area!

I wanted a Tribord Easybreathe snorkel mask but was not sure which size I needed. As I live over an hour away from your nearest store, I phoned Reading before I left home. I was told that help would be available to get the right size and that they had plenty of each size available in store to try. When I got to the store, the assistant told me that they only had one medium mask in stock and no other sizes at all. After measuring and trials I decided the medium size was probably OK. It would have been nice to have tried other sizes to confirm this. Had this one not fitted, you would have only had one star after being given wrong information and travelling all that way for nothing.

I was disappointed with the Decathlon service. This was predominantly because I had ordered a pair of trainers size 6 1/2 to be collected from the Southampton store, and when I checked them, found I had been given size 6, which are too tight!!

The whole family loves Decathlon products. However, most online stores now offer free returns via Royal Mail or other courier services. It's a shame that Decathlon doesn't yet provide this service, as it might encourage myself and others to buy a greater diversity of items.
