I would give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered my computer 3 months ago. Order was canceled. Reordered it in March, supposed to ship today and they delayed it today. Have not even started it on production. This is frustrating to no end. I was originally supposed to receive my computer March 27th. Now May 27th after the cancel and then delay. Am I ever going to receive it? And no notification of delay. I had to log in to see it has not been shipped yet. As of last night, it was scheduled to ship yesterday. Today it is delayed because they haven't started production. What a horrible company.

I purchased my Dell online 4/9/2022 with specific instructions for instruction manual, touchscreen and Microsoft Word to be included. I received my laptop 4/12/2022 with no of the above. I have called relentlessly and complained. Their customer service is useless and clueless!! I was promised the manual and Word last week via email yet I never received it. Called again today and kept being over-talked, yelled at and tried to tell me I got what I asked for!!!! I’m definitely returning this laptop and will NEVER purchase from with Dell online again!!

DELL FRANCE Délai livraison retardé 3 fois. Sur site Dell : Livraison demain mais un fois la commande passé, la commande est mise en production puis retardée. Le produite est re-disponible sur le site 1 semaine après ma commande et en statut "Livraison demain" mais ma commande est toujours en production. Service client n'est pas très utile. Service commercial vend très bien avec leurs bonne promise mais une fois la commande reçu et virement effectué, eux, juste disparu sans aucune nouvelle.

The worker was nice but the whole time I was on call with service there was in total 3 minutes of talking in a 30 minute call

Absolute Trash customer service. Tried to buy from their website this morning. Was approved for $5k worth of financing. Bought a $1600 computer. They cancelled the order for absolutely no reason. I called. They apologized and said they would reprocess the order for me then transferred me 3 times in a row and left me on an automated system. TRASH. Never buying Dell EVER. Unbelievable.

Their support team is the worst!! I just spent $400 on a ssd for my computer and dell has NO way to move my hdd to the new ssd drive. This is really unacceptable!! No more Dells for me!!!

I bought a inspirion 16 plus I had them replace the motherboard and still does not work they said the motherboard was bad and needs a new one i have had the computer for 3 months not looking good and all there tech support is indian and hard to understand

Purchased a Vostro 7510 laptop for my business 2 weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I have had to call customer service 3 times only to hear that a case specialist has been assigned to my case and will be giving me a call in 24-48hrs. No one ever calls back!. I have spent over $60k with Dell over the years and I will be seriously be re-thinking that for the future.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Bought Dell for years and never had issues until they moved all troubleshooting to India. You cant speak to anyone in the US for anything including Corporate. Its an absolute nightmare of not understanding anyone and being constantly transferred or disconnected or ripped off for outdated software on new computer systems. After sitting on the phone for 7 hours, I finally had to give up. DON'T BUY ANY DELL !!!!!!!!!

Impossible to speak to someone at Dell to ask about estimated delivery times. Terrible support service.I purchased a Dell laptop online (in New Zealand). The website stated that I would have the product in 4- 5 days. After I made the purchase the estimated delivery date was 18 days from the purchase date. The online order information stated that delivery would be 12 days after purchase. When I contacted Dell, they said delivery would be 30 days after purchase.

They cancelled my order to sell for a higher price! I recently ordered some products from the Dell online store which I was looking forward to using for work. 3 days after the order I received a cancelation email with the reason 'due to an issue with your order'. As I went to repurchase the product I noticed they had increased the price significantly. Very disappointed Dell decided not to honour this purchase and instead decided to sell for a mark up price. Profits before customers is appears.

purchased a new Dell Inspiron 7706 2n1. Called for support since it is under warranty. It is April 13,2022 and support service is covered until Aug 13, 2022. They ran a command and then said we will send you an email in 2 hours and you can follow the help and if it doesn't work you can sign up for our pay support. Have a nice day. There was a firmware update last night and that seems to be the cause. Definitely dissapointed in this response.

I placed my order for a Inspiron DT 7700 on March 13. My confirmation advised it would be shipped April 8 and arrive by April 13. On Monday April 11, it still had not been shipped so I called customer service. When the customer service agent looked into it she advised me that I would receive a tracking order within 24 hours and have my computer by weeks end. That very same evening I received a email from Dell advising me that my order has been delayed by ANOTHER month and that the new arrival date was now May 10 (2 months after I order it). I highly recommend that you check to see how long it will take to get your product before you order but beware they may not give you a realistic date.

Dell's customer service is honestly the worst people I have to work with. I purchased a standing desk that arrived with a missing part. I called the manufacture and they indicated that they can send the missing part if a customer representative from Dell reaches out. I called Dell (since I bought the product through the website), they indicated they can do a return for the whole product (110lbs) and cannot just send the missing part. This item has a 5 year warranty so I have no idea how this is going to work moving forward. Dell refused to help with this and offered a 45 dollar credit to find one on my own. The manufacture stated they do not sell individual replacement parts. Dell was no help and the problem is still ongoing. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more. You willl have more knowledge people thats willing to work with you to solve any problems that may arise. The absolute worst service ever.

This company customer service is sending to people fraud/scam emails. I brought a computer and my son did not want it because it does not had a card so i decide to returned. they told me to wait around 30 days to get the return money back. I have almost 3 months and I still not get my money back instead I got scam/fraud emails saying that my money was deposited in my bank account which was not true so, I was keep calling the customer service and I still getting messages with fake recipes saying that the amount of money was deposited in my account. amount of money that was not even the amount of the computer I brought. I talk with around 5 different people of customer service, and all of them sending emails saying that the problem was resulted but not. I still waiting for my money return into my bank account and my child almost finish his school without computer. really how can a good company send fraud/scam emails to their clients. I do have proof of all the mails, people of customer service who sent those recipe. I do not recommending anymore this company to anyone instead be aware because their are people who can still you information and do bad things to you like they did with me when they send fake recipe of computers that I never brought or those scam/fraud emails saying that they returned the money when is not true.

I brought a computer but my son did not want it because was not game card so, I decide to return. The operator send me a email with all information of return. I went to Purolator and send the computer back. I have almost 3 months and my money return still not pay back. I got a lots of fraud/scam smails telling me that they deposited the amount to my account but was not true. That was no even my computer amount. I cannot believe that a good company can send scam/ fraude9email to their clients and not give the return at time. My son was need the money to buy other computer since he was need to using it in the high school. My son school is almost ending and not returned money back. I am completely upset with dell technology service. I will have to call the police because I have copy of those scams emails and probably demanding the company for the bad service and not returning the money. So sad, complete sad

My Dell laptop (XPS 13 7390) has been returned 3 times to Dell for repair of the same issue. The issue is that the screen is completely black and I'm not able to access anything. I've been through all the troubleshooting and the result is to mail it to Dell for repair. This 3rd time, I lost everything that was on my computer. I've written books, have a business and all my data was lost with this last service. Everything gone. It sucks. I would never, ever trust a Dell computer again. In addition, my laptop will be returned AGAIN to Dell because when I opened it from this last return, it had three dings on the outer case and a chip in the side of it. This laptop has been in Dell service repair the same amount of time as I've had it. Trash computer.

Worst experience with Dell support team, they are incompetent in resolving the issues. They have only one solution for all the problems is to upgrade the software even If it is an Hardware issue. Please don't buy Dell products.

ok....my laptop is out of warranty., but my problem is that I cannot redistribute partition space because seemingly the partitions are encrypted. Nothing that I have done, or was aware of - I read that this is done at manufacture time - so really it IS DELL's fault I managed to speak to technical support who stated there would be a charge of £48!!! - to undo Dell's own procedure. I was still half tempted as I need to increase the OS partition running short of space. What was their solution? a) new hard drive b) new laptop.......in their dreams. This is quite a high end Dell XPS 15 laptop - Dell are certainly less than helpful.

Ordered laptop. the shipping address is incorrect (wrong city & state). Dell says that I have to wait for it to be shipped to correct it AND I am the one who has to contact Dell. There are two things on my invoice that I don't want/I don't think that I ordered them. Dell says that they cannot be removed so I am stuck with paying for services that I don't want and don't need. Mind you, my laptop has not shipped so there is no way that I could have used these services. I am going to contact consumer bureaus as well as state and federal officials about this
