I am using dell vostro series and also purchased onsite support and extended warranty i paid the extra amount for the same. But if i faced any issued they never provide any solution and no one visit to fix the problem first time they reinstall the windows second time asking for me to replug the RAM manually even i am not technical person and don’t have the toolkit. If i paid the extra amount then what is the benefit for the same. This is really a worst experience ever in my life. I’ll highly recommend to everyone that not to choose dell and don’t pay any extra amount for any support and extra warranty. They are making fool on the name of support and extra warranty. Even i wasted much time and money.

I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 7710 i7710-7945WHT-PUS All-in-One Desktop, i7-1255U through Costco and has never felt that I am happy with almost $2000 CAD I paid for the machine. The quality is very low. Lots of incompatibilities of components as it freezes sometimes.

My alien M18 facing fan issue only use for few month still covered by warranty and they sent their technician come and replace the fan and finally caused motherboard faulty, and I ask him why you replace fan can caused motherboard faulty and now pc totally not able to use, he said he also don’t know , what an expert technician, and after that I been informed by Dell CS team that I need to wait for them to order the parts, what? They sent a technician come to my house and make my computer down then go back and ask me to wait and repeat saying sorry serval times , that’s all, what a bad service from Dell. No spearpart ,no emergency action and response, very bad purchase

Awful customer service. Bad quality Take me a month to have a replacement system and even the replacement system has issues. Don't waste your time with Dell Support, they are just useless. Don't buy any products from that company.

Dell is worst brand on laptop. I had 3 high end gaming laptop from Dell and none of them worked properly more than 6 months. And Dell Advance customer service and protection plan all false. They replace used item and keep you wait till your warranty expire. After that they say nothing can be done now you need to purchase new protection plan. Also all Dell laptops in the site says wrong like battery runs 4.5 hr but according to customer service, battery run only 1 hr max. Advaced technical team supervisor told me when I complain about my battery died after 6 months of use. I do not rely on Dell product and their customer service. They never accept there mistake and replace my laptop they just simply do the false fix again and again till your warranty expires. I would not recommend anyone to buy Dell laptop at all. I lost more than $3000 and wasted so much time talking to customer service. Also after multiple escalation they are not bother and only one men deal all this and he said no one above me, if I said nothing can be done mean you should not call back again. This ridiculous and I never seen this kinds of word from any company.

I have been waiting a month now on a 75" monitor I bought for a trade show, their shipper has shipped the thing all over the US, and Dell could care less, no response, no recourse, no sorry, no nothing. We invested over 20k to go to the trade show to introduce our new system, only to have every dollar wasted, waiting on Dell to get it here, and their useless shipper is AIT.

Worst customer service have ever experienced. Ordered Samsung 2tb card in Early December and shows in stick ready to ship. Several days later was notified item was delayed till seventh of december. Then was notified item delayed again. Item never arrived before end of year. Used Amex to pay for as get a 200 dollar credit every 6 months, this one had to be paid for by end of year. reached out via phone, they do not answer. Some horrible clueless Indian customer service agent sent and email not addressing a single concern. All they had to do was charge item when placed and would not do this so I lost credit from Amex. NEVER USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I've been buying Dell products for decades for my small business, but no longer. I received my new Optiplex on July 12 and it literally died on October 9. I waited a month for an on-site tech to replace the motherboard. It didn't work. Sent it to Dell tech, who waited for parts, etc., before sending it back on December 22. I was not able to update any programs because the computer was not configured in Admin. It was a hellish time on the phone with not-helpful Dell tech support and hours with MSFT. Then the computer alerted me to yet another hardware problem. I'm done with the product. Gave Dell the options of taking care of me as a long-term customer or refunding me and parting ways. They can only offer more support. That's a non-starter. After this experience I feel compelled to warn other small business owners to think twice before you trust Dell with your small business computing needs!

Awful customer service. Unwilling to refund for a faulty brand new product. Offshored customer service team rigidly follow policies requiring them to just say no. No interest in customer service or lifetime customer value. Don’t buy from Dell.

We ordered this online for an emplyoee. A few days after ordering the empyoee decided to buy her own and no longer needed this one that was ordered. We attempted to cancel the order online but it directed us to call customer support which we did. The representive refused to cancel the order because it was in the ship status and told me that we could simpley return it once it was delivered. He never said that there would be a 15% restocking fee. I kept an eye on the status of the order and it did not ship out for another 6 days. Once we received it we started the return process. We received an email stating that we needed to consent to a 15% restocking fee before processing the return. I attempted to call someone to discuss this and after trying to get in touch with a live person for over 4 hours he was rude and refused to budge on the restocking fee. I aksed to speak to a supervior and he merely tranfered me to a survey which at the end it disconnected the call. I have emailed dell twice trying to get this computer returned and they are not responding. It is clear that they only care about money and not making happy customers. We will just dispute the charges with the creidt card compnay at this point and never purchase another Dell product for our company or personal use.

Purchase Dell Inspiron Desktop. Initial I had an issue with Hdmi port. Avoid the chat support they read off a script because they did not respond to any of the information I was giving them.. After 3 hours of doing updates and running test over and over again. How can you run a test when the monitor does not display. These muppets came up with No resolution. I was told I had to use Dell Monitors. Anyway with the help of a local IT guy I fix the problem. There was another problem Windows had been installed on the wrong drive after 5 hours of following there instructions the migration failed. Dell support wanted me to reinstall Windows after I paid for a pc with windows installed, and they were not going to offer me anything for my time and efforts. So after much gnashing of teeth and refusing to install Windows Dell finally agreed to send an engineer out to replace the SsD with a working copy of windows. Guess what after waiting in for 4 hours. Telephone call he stuck on a job and will have to reschedule for tomorrow so another day of waiting on Dell. All there staff are paid for their time. I am sure if I was not at home when the Dell engineer arrived Dell would have billed me £100s for the engineers time but my time is worth nothing. I have wasted 12 hours, I have asked Dell for some goodwill gesture, not heard anything. Since Dell moved their support teams from EU to India, it has been a disaster. Dell was a great company with their support was excellent one phone call and resolution reached...no more. I will never buy Dell again. It is not the computers it is the absolute shambolic IT support. Should call it amateur support or bargain basement support there is nothing Premium about Dell Support. It should never take 3 hours to reach a resolution let alone 12. There are better companies even Aldi PC are better my Dad has a ADLI PC still going after 12 years, 3 year support included, never had a problem with it. Dell need to move their IT Support back to the EU, and improve quality control. I must add I asked for a refund under the 14 day distance selling rule on day 5, and was told by customers care I could not have one as the PC was faulty and technical support had to tried and fix. I then as technically support on day 10 for a refund because I was sick to death with incompetent support I, was receiving and they refused to authorise it. Clear breach of UK Trading Standard Regulations.

Long story short, it's been a hassle for Dell to fix my computer that's under Warranty and under a year old. Basically calling Me a liar. They fixed one issue and created another one. They replaced my new perfect lcd screen with an lcd screen that is a metallic reflective color. They won't change it to my original lcd screen. Calling me a liar and saying it is my original screen when it is not. It's their replacement lcd screen. My lcd screen was perfect. They act like it's a $3,000 computer. I just want my computer back.

Dell computer. Worst product and customer service. I am so sorry that I did business with Dell. Less than 3 months in and my computer is a black screen and no parts available so can't send an engineer.

Dell update corrupted my laptop. engineer cme round could repair it, it is dead. some one tor ing me back, so i rang them and they denied saying somone would ring me back.I have requeted my money back as it is in guarantee , but all they said can we do some trouble shooting , the laptop top is dead. Even the engineer said it couldnt be fixed. unless i have a new hard drive put in and that is not happening. Dell is rubbish, dont buy from them. I have requested money back but all they say we will look into the engineers report and get bck to u. DELL I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This is the second laptop i have from them and that went faulty.
