Found a computer on Dell.ca that I liked. Decided to order it because there is a chip shortage and the Dell website said it was ready to ship. Three weeks later get an email that says it is delayed. How can something that is ready to ship be delayed. Dishonest marketing, Dishonest culture, Dishonest people. Avoid them. Kevin

I think you should make laptops that have shapes next to the buttons so disabled people can use them better

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. The manager in the end took my call. They sent NO information about warranty or technical support when we purchased through a 3rd party vendor. They are refusing to do any troubleshooting with a laptop that is burning my daughter's lap and making awful noises. It cost a small fortune and all they say is warranty expired in August. We wouldn't know that as we received ZERO product information when we purchased through VERY. We explained we have tried to get in contact within warranty and just need technical support to troubleshoot so she can use the product. But they refused plain and simple. He was not only rude but hung up. Disgusting service! For a laptop that cost £1000 we have no-one to help us, it's not a accident/damage etc it's THEIR product that they SOLD US through them or VERY should not matter. Disgusting service and we are now left with a brand new laptop we can't use. I have tried various ways, live chat, phone call. They didn't care AT ALL that it could burn a child as it was THAT hot, they just repeated themselves. I will be reporting the company for lack of paperwork when selling through a 3rd party vendor, the disgusting customer service and the refusal to help diagnose an issue with a product THEY designed and sold. DO NOT BUY A DELL PRODUCT!

Worst customer service , no one knows where to transfer the call, they just put you in the loop for 35-40 mins before you get frustrated and disconnect. I really feel bad ordering their product.

I trued to purchase a Dell Laptop and was approved for credit with no restrictions - until I tried to use it. I placed the order, using Dell Credit. I received a text telling me my purchase had to be validated. I was never told in the check out process that there would be a verification process. When I called I answered questions on an automated call and then was sent to the international customer service agent. I was asked another series of questions, including my SSN and then had to answer questions generated based on my credit report. I answered each question correctly, but was told I did not and my purchase was declined. I was placed on hold to speaker to a supervisor. The supervisor told me she could not tell me the question I missed. BUt, if I had someone at home who could help me, she could approve it. I handed the phone to my wife who was placed on hold. Then here cell phone rang and it was the same Dell employee calling her. NONE of her information was given to Dell. Dell sent her a digital code that she repeated and the sale was approved. And it only took 20+ minutes to complete the validation process. I deal in Bank Secrecy Act and anti-fraud issues and this is off the charts weird. BTW, it was a transaction less than $2,100. This is my first and LAST Dell purchase.

They added a $9.25 monthly subscription to my online purchase, I never signed up for this service. After I paid off my computer in full, I continued to get these charges. They added ridiculous late fees. Worst experience ever!!!

Ordered a printer and was given a arrive by date by Dell. But whoever at Dell had a stupid idea to use a company called "CEVA logistics" as a delivery company! Tracked the order and it arrived at Ceva. Set up an appointment to be delivered and they never showed up or called. Set a 2nd appointment and guess what, another no show. Two lost days of work and I decide to call Dell to complain. So I get the automated call center which is the worst!!! After asking for a operator for five minutes or so I get one that's worst than the robot before. And now all I get is we will look into it and send you an email about a wishful thinking deliver date! Dells Automated phone service sucks, and if your able to understand or get any useful information out of an actual live operators good luck! Dell For me now means DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Do not buy from Dell if you're shipping to an APO/FPO. It takes them 6-8 weeks (most companies take 1-2 weeks) to ship an item. They don't tell you that during checkout, only when you open a ticket. It's been seven weeks and I still don't have my laptop.

I bought a XPS 13 7390 DELL and paid $1270 for the product NEW. In less than a year, the machine wouldn't even TURN ON! I called the company to inquire about a refund or at least a replacement for the laptop and the best they would do was replace the motherboard. Considering what I paid for the product new I would've preferred to just buy a used one or NOT BUY IT AT ALL...as a business owner that relies on dependable technology for my company I'm going to stick with MAC products. I'm truly disappointed in DELL, I had high hopes.

If I could put -5 I would. Purchased DELL G15 RYZEN EDITION (5515) on August 18 2021. The first surprise was delivery date Sept 22. The assembly lab is in 4 hours of driving from my location. It was assembled in few days and the saga started. I was trying to get the status of the parcel in two weeks and got lies from absolutely every Dell support person - it's coming in few days, it's coming in few hours. At the end I heard another story from a support guy that computer is assembled in Asia and there delays in transportation. And that's was the red line, cause in history of the product was written it was sent from Toronto. I asked to recall the package cause I had a feeling I'm not going to get it ever. The answer - we need to send this request to special team cause you cannot return the product when 30 days passed from the shipment date😁 Finally they realized that they lost it. Meaning, all the days I tried to get the status of the package none of 6-7 support guys didn't bother to check that something is wrong. They just kept lying to me. They haven't sent me appoliggies even. Years I was buying from Dell, you could call me loyal Dell customer. But enough is enough. The company that allows to itself to lie to its customers should not be on market. There is enough fish in the sea and the Dell fish is rotten

Rubbish. Estimated delivery date for my order was 5th Oct, I contacted them on 4th Oct because the status of the order was not even in production. On 5th Oct they replied sorry, the order will be delayed and i will now get the monitor around 2nd Nov. What a stupid respond. I needed to find this out by myself? I gave you my money to get the monitor on 5th and you took the money and said nothing knowing you would only be able to send to the monitor to me on 2nd Nov? Basically this people took my money to use for investments with no interest. The revised ship and delivery dates, by the way, were not there til 5th Oct after I contacted them on 4th Oct.

PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU DO YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!! I purchased an All in One Dell P in February 2021. I continues to extremely slow down to painful, un-usable levels. Dell technical support says it's a software issue but will not fix it. They say it is not covered under my one year warranty!!! Seriously! A new computer! Why wouldn't software be covered; a PC is one unit that cannot operate without both hardware and software!!!! and why wasn't I told this by the sales person who sold it to me????? This is very POOR service and very POOR support for the product being sold by DELL. I can't believe that you get away with this. Obviously you have not faith in the software you are using if you won't stand behind it! after 6 months!!!! CRAPPY PRODUCT AND EVEN MORE CRAPPY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been lied to several times by your so called service people. They set up times to call and never do! I have better things to do than waiting around for you to call. This is the 3rd day that I've waited ......lies, lies, lies! Unbelievable!!!!!

I purchased a Dell Precision 7750 Laptop on the Dell.com Website on June 6, 2020. The computer arrived on June 26, 2020. The computer in question worked fine until Dell released a BIOS update that throttled the CPU down to 0.8 Ghz. I contacted Dell Pro Support about this and they instructed me to restore an older BIOS to correct the problem. I did as instructed (dell support walked me through the process) this appeared to fix the problem until I booted the system the next day, it then went into a loop of upgrading and downgrading the BIOS. Dell sent service techs. To repair the system but it was too no avail. The Pro Support department determined a replacement system was required. The order for the system was placed on Aug 8, 2021 went into production on Aug 20, 2021 and shipped on Aug 27, 2021, I have still not received the system it is Sept 30, 2021. I was informed yesterday I was told by the rep was going to file for a replacement system. This would be ridiculous as one has already been filed for and approved and built and have to wait another 2 to 3 months for the system.

Camera hasn't worked since day 1! I didn't really need it initially. It is now out of warranty by a few months and I need it. Dell wouldn't help at all! My fault for not dealing with it before, but Dell's customer service is terrible!

The worse buy i could ever do is an Alienware, I thought it could be a good change but my MSI, that has almost 5 years is faster than this piece of joke call Alienware, it is a nightmare to have it. It takes 35 minutes to turn on, 35 MINUTES!!! AND ANOTHER 20 MINUTES till all the programs start. It was supposed to be a good buy for my graphic design projects but all I have is an expensive piece of nothing. I have call many times to customer service and for them the only solution is to pay 500 dollars so it can match with something regarding to Windows, why I was not tell about it, i asked, i consult to their sales department but I guess they only care about selling because, we the customers, have a plant where we get money to fix their incapacity to sell a good product. I wan very very very disappointed, the worse buy ever. If you are thinking about it THINK TWICE AND READ THE COMMENTS. Save your money but most of all buy something that can help you with your projects not something to be beging to star and pray for it not to restart. WORSE BUY EVER. Expensive and useless.

I ordered a laptop directly from Dell. After waiting 3 weeks my laptop had not arrived, so I cancelled the order. I had paid through PayPal. The money is still pending in my bank account and it has now been 53 days. I have made many calls to Dell and each person in Customer Care tells me this will be rectified within 24 to 48 hours. I constantly ring, but all managers are too busy and the customer care workers tell me it will be 24 to 48 hours. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. I have contacted PayPal and they say Dell has to release the money...
