“This place needs closed down. After many emails and phone calls with 0 response to my order I finally put in a dispute with the BBB. Well now I finally get a response that they refunded my money but charged me a fee to cancel my order. This company are crooks. If anyone ever files a class action law suit hit me up because I'm in.”
“Had items lost in shipping ask what could be done to repair this. Was ask am I sure I ordered from them. After giving order number never heard from them again. Had route insurance also. So I will know better next time. Just a warning take it as you will. I would not order again myself.”
“Order an "everything but the lower kit" and received the wrong take down pins and other missing pins to the set. It took 3 weeks for them to acknowledge one of my emails and it was an automated email saying new parts will be sent and nothing else. The replacement parts they sent were wrong making it seem like it was left up to a machine to send out the parts, not reading my email/s at all and grabbed words from it sending out parts based on those. After that I tried an calling them multiple time during their hours, waiting on hold for about 45 mins to an hour each time just to be told no one was there to answer my call and it would say to schedule an appointment to talk with Davidson Defense. Then I tried calling Davidson defense to set up an appointment as well just to get no service there either, not even a place to set an appointment up. The worst part of all this is that I don't even know what other parts are missing since I can't put anything else together to find out. IN SHORT, they were speedy on delivery but once they have your money they are done with you.”

Can’t get a real person on the phone or any response to customer service emails, other than the automated customer service memo stating “we’ve received your request”. I’ve been waiting over a month, as of today. I seldom have regrets, but this is pitiful!”

“I am still waiting on a serialized polymer 80 frame. Granted I'm still within the shipping window but I don't have a lot of hope that I'll receive the item on time. I have sent numerous emails and they say that my case will be reviewed but then I don't get a reply. I have called their number multiple times only to be put on hold and hung up on. I tried going to their website, Delta Team tactical and that is a dead end as well. What's crazy is they go by Delta Team Tactical, Davidson's Defense and MMC Armory. I learned this the hard way through my own stupidity because I really wanted my serialized Frame so I ordered a second from MMC Armory which is the same as Delta Defense. All I was trying to do was get confirmation That they received my FFL information and that we were good to go. When making FFL purchases I always send and email that if there are any issues to call me.”

“Ordered Davidson Defense Caravan build set 1/14/23, received 2/9/23. Considering I opted to pay $50 for the upper to be assembled and test fired, the time seems reasonable. It doesn't explain why the extractor rarely works. Even with Hornady Black Label SP, I had 1 jam out of a box of 20. The extractor looks to have been filed on to increase the distance from the bolt face, so they noticed it wasn't working right, but sent it out anyways. When I went to log in to my Delta Team account, my account had been closed out, just 2 weeks after receiving the parts. Also the Lakota Ops polymer sight set lasted about 120 rounds before the rear sight fell off broken. If you are planning to buy one of these kits to base a build on, I would recommend looking elsewhere as this company cares little about customer service, customer safety or parts quality.”
“The email I received said $6.99 for the Recovery Tactical MG9 pic rail mounted angled magazine pouch for Glock. I ordered 3 and after I checked out I noticed they charged me $9.99. I sent multiple emails and called with no response other than the automated email saying they received my request and it is under review. Terrible customer service, actually no customer service at all They didn't process my order until 1 week after I placed my order. I will not be making a purchase from them ever again.”
“Order Date 1/12/2023 I have contacted multiple time through email and phone. on email Tue, Feb 14, 9:45 AM no response. Call on your phone line. no customer service agent at the moment call back later. After waiting 20min!!! What kind of callback is that? try calling a lot of times. On Feb 16 got someone on the phone. they said they are trying to verify my FFL on email. i call my FFL to look out for the email. but still nothing. I have no response back yet. Need to file dispute because I can't even cancel the order.”
“Buyers Beware! You will be waiting a very long time. Placed an order 1-22 and 1-27, my ffl dealer sent their ffl same day. I cant believe a company is allowed to operate like this. It is past 17 business days already. Still have not received my ffl order. Sent 2 email inquiries, no response. Does not have customer service available on the phone. I asked for a full refund, hopefully I get a response. If not Im hoping my CC company can help me initiate a chargeback.
They should not allow online retailers to take funds without shipping the item especially if they have a massive backlog like this company.”
