This is a company anti customer policy that PSA also uses and the reason I left them. I was hoping delta team tactical would be better but just like Palmetto state they have good products and good prices but you have to loan them money for two weeks in order for them to send what you paid for. “I did read the previous reviews and wanted to see for myself whether a good or bad experience was to come. After the package arrived within a week of placing my order, DTT delivered big time! I was first motivated by their very competitive pricing. My order was diverse with TF Tactical lightning Glock triggers, spring kits, LFA fluted match barrel, Recover Tactical pistol stabilizer just to name some. Packing slip included confirmation with everything accounted for. Again, their prices are by far the lowest I found and I will definitely order from DTT in the future. I hope everyone has the same great experience. Wanted to give props to the Delta Team as my experience was opposite from the negative reviews I had read. “You place an order after fighting with their website and after 7 days or so you begin to wonder where your order is because you should have it by now so you check and find out it hasnt been shipped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this. It is an anti customer policy that they have decided to use. Give us your money and dont expect anything soon. It's some sort of new age way of doing business they are trying to push on customers so they have the control and it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. Big mistake. They wont be around in a year when competing agaisnt companies that ship the same day like they should.”
“Well, as others have stated, I'm not one to write reviews and that usually goes for the good and the bad. I think it's related to not having enough data to make a fair assessment and I only sought out the reviews for this organization after I experienced an issue w/ an upper receiver I'd purchased from DTT. Once I read the reviews, I was overly concerned, I wasn't going to see a positive resolution to my situation, which consisted of an assembled upper and an issue w/ the gas tube. While it took some back and forth via email, providing photo's, and specific details to my situation, they were very receptive and willing to resolve my issue, this despite, being outside the warranty period due to unrelated delays completing my lower. I was provided a mailing label, promptly packed and shipped the upper receiver back, where they examined the issue, corrected and promptly shipped it back. All in all, the process took slightly over 30 days, which wasn't a huge concern for me, I just wanted a properly functioning upper receiver.
So again, after reading all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to add my first time purchasing experience with DTT and not having any insight to some of the others who have had issues. My first purchase was not perfect which is why I took a star off however, once I realized an issue existed w/ the upper, I reached out to them, and it was made right.
I will continue to purchase from them and have nowhere near written them off based on their willingness to listen and correct my issue when it was properly detailed. Plus their prices are very competitive and easy on my bank account so anyone who's on the fence and doubting this organization, as I started too, don't. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks where you can, hand to God!”

“First, I never right reviews. However, after this experience, I think others should be warned. I ordered a Glock gen 1-3 compatible, complete lower/upper parts kit. For some reason I never received the confirmation email. I called customer service and we figured out that the email was wrong, we corrected this and I looked forward to receiving the goods to facilitate my build.
Some time passed and still nothing. I contacted customer service again, and was told I never responded to shipping address verification emails. Luckily, the person who corrected this email problem, was the person taking the call. She contacted the “billing” department and advised me they would send me an invoice, and after verifying they had it on hand since it’s now listed “out of stock” online, advised me they would get it shipped out right away once I paid the direct invoice.
Thus ensued an over week long saga of calling them daily to request this direct invoice. To be told each time: “We’ll get it right out.” After verifying my email, making sometimes three calls a day, and still waking up the next day to no email numerous times, I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being told that none was available, but they would call me back I received the invoice finally.
I still haven’t received any tracking information, nor a call from a supervisor and I’ve had no time to call them today. This experience is documented completely by their phone recordings, and email system.
To say I’m confused and disappointed is an understatement. I’ve now paid twice for an item, had absolutely no follow through from this business and unless I call and beg for this situation to be remedied, it most likely never will. If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would at this point.”

“I have been ordering from these guys for awhile now . Always great products , sales , and prices with prompt delivery , and orders are always well packaged ! Recently I messed up and had a " whoops ! " moment " where I inadvertently duplicated a completed order while just trying to add an item . In other words I had two nearly duplicated orders charged to my credit card , which I did not want at all ! I called DTT's customer service number and spoke to Rhet , and explained my screw-up , and the unwanted order was cancelled , and the charge removed from my credit card within the hour ! These are some good folks people ! I highly recommend them !”

“I ordered a AR15 large repair kit and 2 Sig P320 uppers and 2 barrels. The website said free shipping on all orders over $250 and my order was $931.87. On checkout I did not have a choice on shipping because it was free shipping. No choice between UPS, Fedex or USPS etc. Three days later I received a tracking number and 10 days later I received my order. The box had a big hole in the side of it. 4 out of 5 items inside were damaged. I took several pictures and called Delta Team Tactical ASAP. I spoke to Trey for over 1.5 hours by phone sending him my emailed pictures. He finally told me that his email server was down and to try later. Over a 3 week period of time I sent 52 emails with all the pictures and 15 phone calls. Finally yesterday the emailed back and told me that they won't refund my money, they won't exchange the product nor will they take the product back. This was after three weeks of talking with them they had said from day one that they were going to exchange my entire order once they received my pictures. Yesterday their email said because I refused the shipping insurance that I'm screwed. Please remember I had no choice in who, what when or how my order was going to ship due to it was free shipping from then. This is the KICKER, Delta Team did NOT put any packaging in the well over sized box, no bubble wrap, no peanuts, no paper etc. If they had my order would not have bounced around inside a way too big of a box (2FT x 3FT) and gotten damaged. They tried to lead me on for almost 30 days so I could not do a charge back which I did today after warning them and giving them 28 days to resolve the problem. I have read other reviews of other folks having the same problem. When they meaning Delta Team chooses the shipping method you don't have a choice. They told me to call UPS which I did and UPS said there was nothing I could do because I was not the shipper nor did I pay for shipping that Delta Team was the shipper and paid UPS. SCAM folks at Delta Team, lied, poor packing and leading a customer on for 28 days and then trying to screw a 100% disabled Veteran out of my money and my product. This review should be ZERO stars but 1 star is the lowest this site will allow. BE AWARE”

“Buyer be ware DDT has changed and not for the good get email saying 30 days to purchase 80% lowers before they have to be serial numbered. I ordered then get email they need FFL to ship I call the guy says we ran out of non numbers automatically switch I canceled the order then get email they returned my money to account I looked and it’s $21.65 short customer service gives me a BS $4 ea to restock something they did have in the first place. Then before I answer that email I get another saying that all I’m getting back it’s my fault picked the sku# with ( s )in it. How does a customer know what your sku# means I’ll never spend another dollar at DDT they pulled a bate and switch customer service sucks and rude. Look into AR industry
