“I am here to advise future buyers that are considering purchasing anything from this company. DON'T DO IT! Prior to this latest debacle, I purchased a few items from the Davidson Defense store front. (I live about 20 minutes away) and those encounters were fine. However, DTT is a separate animal (although they are technically owned by the same entity and share the same address). The problem here is they have NO customer service. I have reached out several times via email and by phone which is a total joke. You call and get a recorded message stating there is no one available to answer your call and then you get hung up on. Initially, I just wanted an update, however after several unanswered email and phone call attempts, I wanted to have my order to be picked up since it seems they are never going to ship my order. But every attempt to reach a live human was a waste of time so I reached out to Davidsons and got no response from them either. I don't know how they are still in business. They need to stop taking orders, fulfill the outstanding ones and hire an adequate staff and train them and hire people to answer customer questions and complaints. Frankly this is the last time I will ever use these tools for anything. Getting something cheaper in this instance is not even close to being worth it. They need to understand that one of the MOST important priorities for a business to succeed is largely impacted by their ability to provide at least decent customer service. But these guys just take your money and eventually ship your items (I'm still waiting) possibly. I would ask for a refund but I don't see that happening so for now I will just continue to throw their asses under the bus and keep backing over them!!! BTW, if you look at other posts on here, they seem to mostly comment on positive reviews, no the negative ones. That says a lot about their commitment to provide any solution or excuse for their lameness.”
“Have ordered from DTT several times. Although shipping can be slow the products were as described. Order inquiries have always received a response. From 7.62x39's to .308 battle rifles it has all worked. Does it require attention on your part during assembly... yes it does. The kits they sell are a good starting point for any build as I upgrade/modify all my weapons. Again... shipping can be problematic but will continue to use them.”

Placed an order back on 12/5/2022. Response back was everything in stock could take up to 5-days to ship.
I received my order 12/28.2022 The order was incomplete, missing two items and another was not what I ordered. Upon receiving the order I immediately tried calling and emailed with pictures as stated on their website. I have placed over twelve phone calls and at least 6-10 emails.
Its a shame company's are doing business like this in the United States. A true disappointment!

“I dont know what to say except I will now read reviews on any company I order from them. I ordered a magnifier from this company 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Haven't received order and can get no tracking details or find out anything about my order. I've sent emails and tried to call several times. Today I was on hold 45 min. And 30 min yesterday. Then you get a message saying no one is available to answer phones. Its literally impossible to contact them. They wont even email you back. Getting nervous about it now. Im on disability and every dollar counts for me. Just wanted to treat myself to christmas present. Looks like im not even getting a chunk of coal. Is this even a real business or am I getting scammed. I guess ill wait a few more days and then file a claim with my bank hopefully it will just show up. Super disappointing!”
“I have ordered many times from Delta Team Tactical, shipping was not as fast as expected but never have had a no show order. last order I had was in August of 2022. I am giving four stars for shipping is not super fast but I do realize that at the time there was, and still is, a lot for turmoil in shipping parts. “I ordered two items on 12/9/2022 which were intended as Xmas gifts, since it's been 10 days I am not able to get response by email or someone to answer the phone. Not sure what to do now, very poor customer service and communication. No where on the website when I placed the order did it mention and type of delay issues. It took 21 minutes on hold today for me to get a prerecorded message that no customer service agents were available.”

“They wait two weeks after getting your money to ship your order. You get a notice saying your order has shipped when you shouldnhave already had it a week ago. This is a company anti customer policy that PSA also uses and the reason I left them. I was hoping delta team tactical would be better but just like Palmetto state they have good products and good prices but you have to loan them money for two weeks in order for them to send what you paid for. “I did read the previous reviews and wanted to see for myself whether a good or bad experience was to come. After the package arrived within a week of placing my order, DTT delivered big time! I was first motivated by their very competitive pricing. My order was diverse with TF Tactical lightning Glock triggers, spring kits, LFA fluted match barrel, Recover Tactical pistol stabilizer just to name some. Packing slip included confirmation with everything accounted for. Again, their prices are by far the lowest I found and I will definitely order from DTT in the future. I hope everyone has the same great experience. Wanted to give props to the Delta Team as my experience was opposite from the negative reviews I had read. “You place an order after fighting with their website and after 7 days or so you begin to wonder where your order is because you should have it by now so you check and find out it hasnt been shipped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this. It is an anti customer policy that they have decided to use. Give us your money and dont expect anything soon. It's some sort of new age way of doing business they are trying to push on customers so they have the control and it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. Big mistake. They wont be around in a year when competing agaisnt companies that ship the same day like they should.”
