“Ordered a set of tein lowering springs ,they came damaged,the box had clearly been dropped by the delivery company,tried fobbing me of telling me that they came like that from the manufacturer...I highly doubt that a reputable company would send out a damaged items.
Told that they would be fine to put on my car.....sorry...did you just expect me to put a set off £900 coilovers on my car that could potentially be damaged? No sorry,not happening.
Then they tried to fob me off with a £25 gift card if I kept them lol.
Told me I would have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and then changed their mind to just over a week!

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a stand for my bike following their filtering to make sure it's the right one for my motorcycle and they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.
I contacted their customer service trying to find a solution but they didn't provide any help at all and said they couldn't refund or let me return the item because I had opened the package.
How was I supposed to know that they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.”
“Original order delayed, needed to replace items - which initially seemed positive. Despite long holds for customer services (50+ mins) it looked like a return/replacement would all be in order. Unfortunately the replacement came short of an item - another 3 hours on the phone and no satisfactory resolution. Sales were supposed to call me back - never called! When I called Sales - they weren't interested and punted me back to customer services. Customer services team did their best to help - but were let down by a poor sales team and appalling levels of communication. Do not try and email them - that is just a waste of time.”

“I ordered a pair of ASV Levers for a GSXR 1000 K6 and a K&N Air Filter on Saturday 14/03/2020. UPS Created a label on Monday 16/03/2020. Two weeks later and I still have received NOTHING. I have spoken 5 times in the last 12 days to a number of different people and they have all sworn to get back to me but I have had ZERO Communication with anybody from Demon Tweeks. Their customer service is completely non-existent. I will NEVER buy anything from Demon Tweeks EVER again. They are nothing but Liars who just take your money and could not give a damn after that.”
“I think it depends on how big your order is depending on how long it takes and whether it is in stock, I had an experience a few months ago where I ordered 2 small items with express delivery which should have came within a few days however when 3 weeks had past I was getting annoyed as I had contacted the dealer on many occasions but no replies, 1 month after ordering I got a email saying they were no longer selling one of the items so I just phoned up and cancelled it. However this wasn't gonna put me down as I purchased a richbrook gear know from the same company and it came within 3 days, exactly what I had ordered and in good condition too so was happy, so I would say if you're ordering a smaller single item they're good but any bigger orders I wouldn't suggest them.”
“I bought an Airhawk Seat from Demon Tweeks and after a couple of months it had a puncture. I asked DT customer service if I should just fix it but was told to return it as it was still under warranty.
After so many calls and emails asking about progress I was told on every occasion someone would call to update me. This NEVER happened....and then today, 7 weeks after returning the Airhawk Seat, it arrived in the post...in exactly the same condition I sent it.
Demon Tweeks have unquestionably the worst Customer Service I have ever come across. They simply don’t care and certainly don’t do what their website suggests (all queries will be dealt with within 5 working days).
NEVER AGAIN.
Update: I find it absolutely hilarious and indeed hypocritical that DT quickly contacted me about my review! Shame you don't treat ALL your customers with the same urgency.

“Your oil distributors in the UK make you anti-advertising. I wanted to buy Amsoil 5w30 Singnature, I asked many British distributors and official representatives of your oil about the production date. Nobody wants to answer me. This is sick and bad. The customer service department has your oil somewhere, it's a shame because I like it very much and I wanted to buy it. I will not decide to buy Amsoil oil without obtaining any information from a distributor or seller. Everyone has no time or has a customer somewhere. I will probably have to buy another oil, maybe Motula, at least the date of production.”

“After sales service is shocking. No response to calls and emails and keeps claiming photos of defective product was lost even though I had confirmation of receipt of first email. Took almost 8 weeks to finally get a response and now I have to wait for another 4 weeks to have seats repaired. Promised call back from manager but needless to say I am still waiting for that too.”
