“Hi, I am in Portugal. I ordered indoor climbing shoes for my son, nr. 44.5 (European size). Got a 41.5. 3 numbers too small. The parcel arrived very quickly by courier, but completely useless, of course. After many e-mails (no tel. number for Portugal...) they finally replied saying I had ordered the wrong number and they could not replace the product, only refund. I have *not* ordered the wrong number but understood arguing would get me nowhere and so said ok, refund then. Deporvillage asked me to take a picture of the whole thing, box, shoes, price tag, everything. I did so. Not a word from them after that...... I kept pestering them and, again, after a whole week, same request (take pics, etc), plus a girl called me to say that they would send a carrier to pick up the whole thing, after which, they would refund. They gave me a date/time for the pick-up. I repackaged the whole thing ready to return and stayed home waiting for the courier to pick up the parcel...... NOTHING ! After reading other reviews on here I understand it really must be some sort of a fraud. I reported them on Twitter for fraud and think other conned customers should do the same on other social media, as much as they can. I really hope this can help other people not being deceived by Deporvillage. In an era where e-commerce is so widespread, companies like this should be wiped off the market in the interest of all other honest retailers to whom Deporvillage is giving a bad name.”

“Urgent Warning. This "online trade" systematically steals money by not replacing returns. Questions are brushed aside with stand phrases. Since the company is based in Spain, it is increasingly advertising in foreign markets, as legal prosecution by foreign buyers is unlikely. Absolutely avoid - the money is gone!”
“Ordered running shoes on August 28th and they accepted the order and charged my card. Then sent multiple emails week after week that there is a delay and finally told me that they do not have the shoes available. I was supposed to select a different color. I did and all of a sudden they wanted 30 more Euros. Customer Service is difficult to deal with. After 10+ emails back and forth with Yasmine I had them cancel the order. Thez did return the funds. Waste of time. Do not buy from them.
I would have expected that the company sends me shoes of the same size in a different color (after my approval) without wanting extra money! Deporvillage did not honor the original purchase agreement they entered with me.”
“Return is not being processed despite being recieved (in unused condition) .
I ordered a pair of shoes in July that were too small. I requested a return and ordered replacements a size up.
The return was made using the stores recommended courier. It took several days (and some chasing) after the agreed pick up date for the courier to actually collect. The package finally reached the destination in Spain two weeks later.
Despite the courier and Depor Village showing receipt of the return being delivered, for some reason this has been rejected with no explanation given. I have been chasing this with the customer service team for over a week who are apparently "claiming the parcel to the courier" for some undefined reason and have not issued the refund as due.
Overall a really disappointing experience which is a shame given Depor Village have some well priced and interesting products”

Size was too big so i had to return. They offered me to keep an item and refund 30%, item was 3 size too big wtf ?
After long months of customer service super late replies i had to return an items with my own money as I left Italy and return home.
FRAUD ! After some time I received an email that my items were returned because of a wrong address, however i never gave them tracking number and only I knew it - so it was a LIE and a big FRAUD.
End of the day money for 2 items never been returned (i have sent back 2 items as never wanted to have any business with such a disrespectful company)
I opened a case in PayPal and didn’t reply on time, and PayPal has closed a case.
I lost 200+ euros

“Tactical rip off. Wanted to cancel the purchase almost imidiately after realising that the shipping cost was twice the value of the item. Deporvillage.net doesn't allow to cancel from the platform. You raise a ticket but Deporvillage.net makes sure that they change the status to shipped before they respond thus tactically making it impossible to cancel. Still waiting for the item to arrive. If I return it I will loose the shipping cost which is much greater than the cost of the item. Greedy!”

3rd was to confirm my cancellatio ( which i had not requested )
4th was to say order would be cancelled due to the package being overdimensional for air mail and that I would be refunded, but no details were provided.
I have not recieved any further contact despite emailing them.
