“First time booking with destination 2 Nadine handled my booking and sorted everything out for me I was very impressed and Nadine was very helpful and pleasant”

“Booking system seemed fine although I am very disappointed that I cannot reserve seats until the full balance is paid. Every other company I have dealt with over many years allows seat booking at the time of booking. Given that this is really a contract between myself and the airline and that I am paying extra to secure the seats I do not see why I am prevented from selecting my seats after paying the deposit.”

“I have been using them for many years and generally they are excellent. There is one area which always arises and is disappointing and worrying. each time a quote is given when it comes to confirming the booking the price rises, this occasion it was by £300 and I think this is unacceptable.”

“I have arranged my holiday online without speaking to any advisors. The experience of the website booking overall was good, however it did freeze after making the payment. I was also unware that by placing your booking on the website this is first an "order" and not a confirmed booking which i have realised after the Summary came through to my email, think this should be made clearer without causing any confusion. Apart from that, it was a great deal for a holiday to the Maldives. Hopefully will manage to get there without any hick ups! :)”
