DO NOT PROVIDE SENSITIVE CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM! When you make a purchase, unless you somehow know that you have to verify the payment method they will just take your money then cancel your order and you have to pray to get a refund. Otherwise, if you want to verify your payment method, you need to provide them a photo of your credit card (front and back). According to them, you are allowed to block out the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card. Don't be fooled, they are absolute fraudsters! The first 6 and last 4 digits are not considered sensitive information (though you shouldn't really be sharing any digits if I were you). It is the digits DHgate are asking you to unmask along with the expiry date which are extremely risky to share! Also go ahead and click their PCI compliance certificate on their homepage. It is a dead link! DHgate is an absolutely disgusting company and I am surprised people are constantly getting fooled by them in regards to sharing their credit card information.

Seller was dishonest and advised dress would make it before 4/20 but after I paid changed tone saying that they will not meet these expectations. I do have copies of the conversation before and after I ordered the dress. Bestdeals is unprofessional and acted like it was my fault. Took my money knowing they couldn't meet the expectations. Additionally, they also advertised a certain date that I have pictures of knowing this information was not true. Baby prom ruined.Refund requested but given a hard time still nothing. Filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. very sad that you guys operate this way.DH GATE HAS FRAUD SITES. Seller is a fraud!!SHIPPED AFTER DEADLINE AND DRESS WAS DEFECTIVE AND NOT AS PICTURED. Totally different material. Cost me $50 dollars to return and they lied like they were refunding shipping. I will be happy to email anyone that is looking to order from them the video showing defective and lies .Dnt waste Money like I did.Please review pictures.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress that was falsely advertised. After post my negative review of the item i was contacted by the seller via messenger and cellphone asking me to remove my review for a refund of the total cost of the dress plus an additional $30. After i explain my alterations is costing more then the dress and shipment. My review had pictures as well. Needless to say i have not received a refund and DHgate will not let me post my review. Buyer beware this a cheap clothing website so you pretty much get what you pay for....Go to a local or reputable clothing store for these item. Cheap and affordable isn’t always so affordable

I'm missing part of my order. The seller is in China and refuses to make this right. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with someone directly through dhgate to help resolve this. I'll chalk this up to an expensive lesson and never buy from this site again.

NO STARS!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! i got a dress with custome sizing... i received it last week and it is a DISTASTER! arm holes are tight, there is cups for where your boobs sit and they are between my neck and breasts, supposed to be a normal waistline and it is right under my boobs. supposed to be a tea length (shin area) and it touches the floor. i complained and they told me to pay to have it altered locally i demanded a refund and they want me to pay to ship it back. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Very bad dealer. They are scammers. If you receive products that DO NOT WORK then you must return them at your expense. Stay away from this site because they will cheat you too. I can't understand how anyone managed to give him 5 stars. Probably they are very, very lucky customers. Not recommended !!! Sergio Tesio

Absolutely unsatisfied with Customer Service, not even sure if i will ever receive what i paid for ...... buyer protection is just a scam, seller dont reply, customer services just keep asking to wait. Not making a single transaction with ANY CHINESE EVER!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Staff are completely incompetent and give inaccurate misleading information. I purchased a pair of trainers which came in an incorrect size. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for 4 months. Customer service just "file a report". They must have filed the same report 20 times as absolutely no action was taken to help me in any way! I have spent the last 2 months trying to close my account, which again no effort has been made by DHgate's incompetent staff to delete my account. I am currently seeking legal action to get my account closed.

Purchased a dress for my nieces prom and when I tell you it looked as if my little nephew made it.... it was horrible.... the dress was NOTHING to the liking of the pic... they put up luxurious items as if that’s the item you will receive but when you actually receive it, it’s literally horrendous.... my niece was totally disgusted and so was I because this was her senior prom and to get it a week prior to her actual prom date and not be at allllll to what we expected was an extreme disappointment. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on here first. But seeing all theseeee bad reviews, they should closed down services of this company. Complete fraud and fake...

My grandson ordered an item for a mother's day gift which never arrived, but said it was delivered. A request was made resend the item or a refund. All I got was a runaround (see below). This place is a fraud and will swindle you out of your money. Bought flower stands for our wedding. They took 10 weeks to arrive, instead of the 3-4 advertised. The stands were dented, bent, and scratched beyond repair. They were also mustard colored instead of gold. After 3 weeks of arguing through 28 broken-English messages, 35 photos, and 3 videos we got half our money back. Stay far away. This site is a scam

There is serious false advertisement with their listings. Customer service gives you the run around when you want to receive a refund. They had me take photos, videos and send emails. They do this because they want you to miss the refund time frame. You are left with an unwanted purchase and they can care less because they are based in China.

They took my money. Sent nothing and told me the system closed my order so they couldn’t retrieve it. They already gave my money to the seller and they could not reach them. They also sent me a pair of socks instead of the shoes I ordered. In my opinion, They are counting on customers to give up and not try to dispute. They never returned my money and I never received my shoes. It’s a rip-off. They stole my money. ZERO customer service

I ordered the LV purse, outside was damage from the fold but it’s okay still have LV logo. , inside was a joke the fabric say Gucci. I try to message the seller and make many attempts nothing, no return/money back what so ever

The suit was not properly sown when I asked to return the item they refused to accept the outfit and they refused to give me my money I am disappointed with the lack of integrity and professional follow through on botched sales. The least they can do is return my money. I am very disappointed with the experience I have had with dhgate in fact I feel as if I've been robbed

My wife ordered cosmetics and they took a month to get and they were fakes. DH Gate has no customer service phone and the process to return them is impossible. You have to provide photos and a statement from the manufacturer they are fake. The company provides a platform for this kind of behavior.

Wow what a bunch of scammers! DH Gate offers me coupons expires in days I place order coupon never deducted when sent to my CC company charged full price! Contacted DH Gate customer service says oh sorry too bad use coupon on next order! Now really what scammers offer coupon do not honor then ask buyer who DH Gate just screwed out of $6 usd to place another order! MY God I hope no one else falls for this! I placed an order every week and this is how they treat a good customer by ripping them off! So Sad! Plenty of other China Wholesalers!

I received 5/13/19 the WORST wig. I paid $138 which included an extra amount for increase density from 130d to 150d. It wasn't provided. TRACKS were down with hair attached, the cap size and color was incorrect. I contacted Dhgate and the seller An-amer IMMEDIATELY. Neither returned email or messages on the website. THIS WIG WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION - age 14. I am a first time customer of Dhgate and never have been cheated and deceived purchasing wigs online until now.

There is not enough time to return items. Most of the third party distributors have a 30-day window but they have 7. That is not enough time for anyone who works and or has children to make a decision.
