They are just another chinesee scam website. You will pay for goods, but they will send "signed for" letter for random address aroud you, or empty envelope to you. Once they obtaining some proof of delivery, goods are delivered. Obviously you won't get any money back, as customer protection is a part of the DH Gate scam. They also can use your payment card details to clean your account to the very last penny. You been warned, stay away. I hope, Americans soon will burn to the ground place called China with all scammers.

not recommended at all, very messy and unprofessional. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for my item and nobody can help me to check where it is. Bad experience

ordered shoes online from this company only to be told 2 dys later that shoes were not available. have been waiting for refund for 3 weeks and now I find the visa has been charged a second time. if this isn't a scam i don't know what is.

Almost everything I ordered was wrong. I sell mala beads and only one supplier out of 5 sent me 108 bead males as they advertised. It' almost impossible to get a refund. I guess they can't count in china. Will never order again. I lost over 400.00 from this site.

I purchased a guitar for $388.00 on Dhgate and I never received it. I have been inquiring for 2-weeks to get an answer from the seller and to process a claim through DHgate. It is a nightmare!! I went to the post office yesterday and had a notice to pick up a package from China. I was excited to finally receive the guitar. When I went to the window, the mail clerk went and brought a 4" x 5" padded envelope with a 3/4" steel ball in it. Long story short, now the seller is denying the claim stating they have my signature that it was delivered yesterday. Went to DHgate to try to start another claim and now they are stating that I will have to wait 13-days after the delivery to file a claim! This is my 2nd time getting burned on the site. It sells nothing but knockoffs and they know it is a knockoff when they ship it. Don't let them have your card information! When I tried to file a chargeback on my card, the seller sent a copy of me receiving the ball in the padded envelope and they ruled in his favor! They are criminals you are dealing with!!!

I order a gift for my daughter - a Dyson - then the seller emailed and told me it was a knock off - not really a Dyson. I then told the seller I did not want a fake and they replied this was too bad - they were sending it anyway!! I then went to DH Gate to dispute and they said this would take months! This is a BIG SCAM! Stay away from this company!!

Worst company ever my products went to another state they have not replaced products or refunded my money,I have been trying to resolve this matter for two months and all I get is the run around, best bet don't waste your money or your time. WHAT A JOKE, AND A RIPOFF!!!

Order electronics from it and shipping was free all Australia. After payment Seller started asking that your location is in remote place( Which is not) you have pay extra money. Asked DHgate customer service but they said they will look into it but no response even after a week for refund. Still waiting for it.Dont buy anything from here .

Trying to get a refund from a company that posted the wrong price. I paid 18.90 and they now want 220.98 for the item. Now they want me to jump through hoops to get my refund. I have done every step they ask me to do any yet there is NO refund button that pops up. I place a order for 5 items wondering if I was scam.

Do not use this company ever its full of fraudsters. I ordered a watch that never arrived and they used stalling tactics for months. I complained to d h gate multiple times and they simply said they had contacted the buyer and that was it. Near impossible to get your money back. This happened with other purchases as well. D h gate have zero customer service and no buyer protection as all not work or do they care

I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago I never received a tracking number the money was taken out of my account but I never received the shoes I tried to do the live help chat but when I made my complaint I never received a response I work hard for my money and I'm not going to allow you guys to take my money and not give me what I ordered if I dont receive my order or my refund I'm going report dh gate to the Better Business Bureau you have until Tuesday to respond

Having an issue getting a refund, my mom mistakenly ordered two of the same dresses. Then she noticed the dresses said out of stock. So she asked me to cancel them. They refunded one item but have yet to refund the other. Very unprofessional

I purchased clothing from dhgate and the item was nothing like what I ordered. The outfit had three pieces to it and they were all extremely different sizes. The quality was poor. I was told I could get a refund if I removed bad review. I removed the review and sent the item back to China at my own expense and have not received a refund. They also will not respond to any of my emails.

Ordered the Men’s Maximo Wave Prophecy 7 sneakers. They sent the wrong size AND the wrong color.... Luckily I talked them into a refund. A couple of weeks later the bottoms rubber started coming off and making a popping/snapping noise. The I found out they were knockoff (fakes). Did some strict comparing with REAL ones... There is a reason they sell these shoes for $65. Normal retail for this shoe is close $200. You pay for what you get.... The shoes looked legit, but don’t trust it.

DHGate Allows Shady Sellers To Do Business On Their Site ; Customer Service Sorely Lacking. If all you want is cheap merchandise and are willing to accept ineffective or no service after the sale, zero technical support, long waits for shipping- and can live with inferior products and/or copies/clones, then you might find a bargain here. But... BUYER BEWARE: My transaction #1: I bought from a DH seller called "Paxseller" what I suspected was a clone/copy widget for about 1/3 the cost of the real US made item. It came well packaged, felt substantial and you couldn't tell by looking that it was a clone (even the trademarked logo was identical). But after a few uses we found its performance was unacceptable and probably was defective. So we asked the seller (through DHGate's messaging portal) for a refund which they agreed to of 30%. But, since DHGate's order was now closed, credit back to my card through DHGate was not possible, so the seller prompted me for our PayPal account where they posted the refund. Then a couple weeks later, the widget completely died. I contacted the seller again and eventually they agreed to refund the remaining balance (70%). They did not ask for the defective clone to be shipped back (to China I presume). So I thought this was all settled until some 6 months later a new charge for "merchandise" equal to 70% of the original sale showed up in our PayPal account from, you guessed it, Paxseller. I contacted them again to dispute the fraud charge and they admitted their "error", however now 3 months later, even with my constant badgering, they still have not refunded their 70% mistake. I call this fraud, so I contacted DHGate service four times now via their online chat and messaging, who basically said they can do nothing because my order was "closed" last year, or they do not respond at all. They won't even allow me to downgrade my prior review for this seller on their site. Transaction #2: I bought a $10 widget for my PC but the software that came with it had nothing to do with the hardware, thus with no drivers it is useless. After several messages to the seller, who could not understand what I was saying or just couldn't deal with supporting what they are selling, I managed to get a $3 refund (and was just glad to get the fiasco over with). DHGate does business with and thereby condones shady sellers, and apparently DHGate values them more than their customers. IF you're still inclined to risk doing business on DHGate, never give their seller your personal account info.

Don’t do it!!! I mail order all the time and this was my worst experience so I felt I needed to write a review. First, the shoes sent to me were the wrong size. Ok. When I tried to return them I spent 5 hours on online chat and no one could help me. They wanted photo evidence, pictures of everything, which even the IT guy at my hospital couldn’t figure out how to upload onto their complaint form. I spent 4 days asking if they had another option, maybe an a website address I could upload the photos to, no was the answer. Most ridiculous customer service ever. Now I have to keep $75 shoes I can’t wear. Worst service ever

Tried to make a purchase, but their credit card system would not process. They wanted me to send them a copy of the front and back on my card, less a few numbers. I declined. I requested that my account be cancelled and deleted, and have been emailing their manager and safety department for weeks. Have not even received a response. Used their chat, also. Useless. Worst customer service and response I have ever seen.
