This company is a rip off I bought a Pair of shoes and they I never got them Don’t trust them anybody can register in this app

The purchase I made was 3 decorative pillow cases. I was charged 45.00 for terrible polyester fabric that was described as cotton. They are poorly made, feel awful and was about 2.00 worth of fabric. Tried to figure out how to send them back but that’s impossible tonavigate. No return paperwork in the packaging ever. Straight from China, written in Chinese, as well. I left an email for help but no help there either. Worst online purchase ever. I’ve never written a bad review but this time, I had to warn people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. BRWARE!!!!

Absolutely not trustworthy all information is wrong of website because supporting only the seller like PAWELE which sending wrong item intentionally to make money , you complaint but ignoring , you are not able have your refund because not using PayPal , robbery of your trust " IMPUDENCE behaviour "

🤬 We need to get together to make a huge petition to get the US government involved in this worldwide scam company.We need to get together to make a huge complaint to shut them down once for all.They are doing too much damages by stealing people money so easily without consequences. they always say the same thing ( WE SENT YOU A PRIVATE MESSAGE). They ask people to talk with a ghost seller who has already disappeared by closing his account after he got his money. So since there is nobody to talk to, this situation give them the ability to drag the issue forever just to discourage you. THAT'S THE REAL STRATEGY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS. GUYS STAY AWAY UNTIL WE FIGURED OUT HOW TO SHUT THEM DOWN ONCE FOR ALL, BECAUSE HERE IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NOT CHINA.WE WILL GET THEM BE SURE. YOU CAN COUNT ON IT.

I ordered shoes for my son. Started getting cryptic emails about shoes being shipped. Finally, almost 20 days later, I got an email that the package was ready for pickup. The tracking information was very cryptic. I figured out it was US Postal Service and tried to track the package. It had arrived in Ohio! When I logged into their website, it said I had already received the product. I HAD NOT!!! It was almost completely impossible to dispute the claim. The options didn't including "never got the package". This company is the biggest group of scammers. Do not purchase anything from DHgate. You will be very sorry. I disputed with my credit card company and got a refund since nobody at DHgate ever replied to my complaints. Do not do business with these scammers.

Avoid! Avoid! No matter how good the product or the price looks, Just avoid it!!! I ordered paper bags in June 2018. Since I knew it was shipping from China, I expected few month of waiting period. However, it has been 6 month now and no package nor the seller responds to my message(for refund) anymore. I contacted the DHgate.com customer service for assistance but nothing happened. They said they will contact the seller. Now it has been 10 days but no response from seller nor the DHgate customer service. This site is a scheme at best.

Ordered some shoes that didn't fit. Unable to log in to my account, sent 5 emails that were unanswered. Had to open a different account so I could "Chat" to someone online. Did this three times - still no further and now I can't log in to this new account. Doesn't recognize my password which I know is right, can't get any emails to reset my password. They are just giving me the runaround and are waiting until I give up out of frustration.

Expect it to take a long time and have no response from the sellers. We ordered 11/27/18 and estimated delivery of 1/11/19 was not met. Emailed seller three times with no response. Past orders always worked out, but I have seen the service get worse.

i ordered basketball shoes, and go socks only(?). there is no customer service in DHGATE. they have "live chat" option, but it never works, and you only get to talk with very poor BOT (most questions it will answer the same answers, or completely irrelevant answers). only after this happen, i found out that this seller has done this scam to several other customers. which brings the question - why does DHGATE let's scammers sell "products" in their website. bottom line - beware of DHGATE! most chances are that you are being Scammed! Update - as you can see below, the reply just keeps saying the same things... the live chat is not working, and no one from customer service is answering my messages... clearly you put the effort in responding bad review... zero care for the customer itself. shame on you.

Placed one order with them for a total of $55.20 they charged my card the $55.20 and then another $110.40 double the amount they wont return money had to cancel card and file claim then found out today another one of my credit cards that I dont use was also charged $55.20 from DH gate ..and had to close that account as well..not sure how they got that credit card info..checking rest of cards in morning..BEWARE!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company! They are selling products from third parties so that the original manufacturer will not honor a refund warranty. Returns/refunds are impossible.

The shipper Utakata took my money and never shipped the item. I ordered shoes November 29, 2018. It is now January 7, 2019. I still not received the shoes or the money back for the order. Scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Really cheap bad quality merchandise. Misleading by buying New but qhen the seller send me a message they sated copy. I asked for refund as soon as I got my stuff. I took pictures and email them. But if you don't submit sufficient evidence they would close the dispute immediately. I was mislead. They are a third party for sellers in China. I contacted the seller too as the company asked me to. He requested for me to send pictures but there waa no option to submit them to him. It was just a long process. I contacted my credit card company which they back me up with in 24hrs and refunded the credit. The company email me and asked me to ship back the stuff. Do they really think I'm going to be paying to ship these stuff to China? Specially for something that went straight to the garbage. This was back in October and they still disputing with my credit card company. I know better next time. January 2019
