“ The parcel was left who knows where and signed for by the courier driver with some random delivery proof photo, which does not show any parcel details, or where parcel was left. ”

“ Ordered online as I always do. They sent it to an old address in California (I live in Virgina). They sent me an emailing confirming delivery to the wrong state and STILL refuse to resend my order same day and are telling me it could take up to 8 days for a claim for refund....WTH? I love this product line but DO NOT order online. Worse experience ever! ”

I ordered for next day delivery and did not receive it the next day, when I came to contact the online customer service they were no help and they had no manners. I expect so much more from such a big company. Will not be ordering again and I do not recommend ordering from Dior. ”
