“The chair looks fantastic however it doesn't work, whenever I raise it and then sit on it, it goes down. I would of returned it but just done have the time.”

Hi Chris, At this period of time we were moving into a larger premises so unfortunately we had a lot of delays on orders and the phone lines were down for a few days. i do apologies for the inconvenience.

“Very quick delivery, product was a little difficult to assemble due to misaligned pre drilled holes, but managed to manipulate with 2 people, overall quality of this stool was very good.”

“The service over the phone was very helpful and effective. I ordered 2 Ghost armchairs Kartell style and 6 simple one. Firstly, the chairs were delivered exactly when told, secondly the chairs were extremely well wrapped. The chairs look very effective, are quite steady and are of good quality. So far, I am very pleased with my purchased from MDM.”

“Totally satisfied with the service and product. The chair I originally ordered was sent promptly. However this turned out to be the wrong shade of red and MDM sent a replacement chair straightaway. Delivery was by Interlink who are reliable, helpful and available to speak to by phone. Unlike a lot of other courier companies. My Eames style rocking chair was easy to assemble and looks fab.”

“Chair is great, looks fabulous, is comfortable and came within 2 days. However, the box looked like it had been in a train crash. It had obviously been opened and used before. The packaging contain the screws was sellotaped back together. Everything was present and correct except the instructions, fortunately it was easy enough without. Had to say I was disappointed to be charged full price for a return.”

“This order was a nightmare from Start to finish . I ordered 6 madison chairs every single one arrived badly damaged I tried to get hold of the company their phones don't work ! They said they would send me something else as the whole batch in their warehouse was damaged so i selected another model . I was told these would be delivered and the other ones taken away. This did not happen they delivered the next lot a completely different style of chairs and these were all damaged too. The courier had not been advised to take the first order away I was now sitting with 4 enormous boxes of useless chairs in a property which I was trying to let out ! Mdm booked in a collection ( with no apologies for not advising the driver to collect the previous order ) and I had to now had to wait for the delivery man for a 3rd time to collect this disastrous order when he arrived he had not been told to collect all 4 boxes only the first 2 setting me up for a 4th wait for the delivery Man to collect which he only did because I begged him to help me and come back later in the day . All the time I am trying to call the company the phone line still does not work and then I get rude one line replies to my emails . Basically after 4 separate hrs waiting for the driver and 2 lots of different chairs being sent / countless attempts at phone calls and time spent on emails have nothing nothing to show for it total disaster !!!!”
