I usually give Direct Vapor 5 stars, but I recently ran into some issues. Customer service is great though. I received someone elses order. I called and the CSR was a great help. She said she would re enter my order and ship it priority ($9.95) at no charge. That was a week ago tomorrow. Still no package. I checked the order online and saw that the priority shipping order was cancelled and a new order placed with 1st class shipping. Plus, I had to send back the wrong order. I hpe the woman in South Carolina who got my order received her replacement order in less than a week! But overall, DV is a great source for vape products.

There is an error on their website.. i wanted to order the replacement glass for the TFV 16 lite smok tank and if u go to the tank it has a reorder of the glass right under it but it’s not the correct glass. They have the TFV 16 smok glass which is for that tank and it won’t fit on the lite tank Anyway, i called customer service the next day when I realized it’s the wrong glass and i spoke to a woman Gayle or Gail and she was so helpful and kind. She took the time to look up what i said and she agreed with me and said when u get it ship it back we will send u a return label by email and u will be refunded for the entire order. I. Definitely recommend Direct Vapor. Their customer service is excellent and that is very important at least to me

I placed an order on June 8 for standard shipping, six to eight business days. In June 22, my order still hadn’t arrived and when I looked at the status, it still wasn’t filled. I had to contact the company for them to fulfill the order. Six days later, the order was still in the pre shipment stage and hadn’t been sent out. I would not recommend buying from them as they can’t fulfill orders until contacted by the customer. If you are an internet company and can’t fulfill orders, then why still be in business????

I ordered from the company three times and on my fourth time they said they were not able to verify my age and I sent them a picture of my driver's license. I don't know what is up with this company but this is not cool. I will not be doing business with them again

I loved Direct Vapor as my go-to for direct sales, but they have mishandled my last two orders badly enough to warrant dumping them as a supplier. They tout on their website that orders placed before 12p ET are picked and shipped same day, and this is not the case. I complained to customer service, who ignored and tried to hone in on the fact I paid for Priority shipping with a 2-4 business day window. Yes, and that upgrade was purchased with the understanding the order would be pulled and shipped same day, not two days later. I've filed complaint with the Florida AG office over this, since they're advertising services they can't apparently fulfill.

terrible service, and they let you order things but hold your products hostage until you verify age. And you cant cancel orders. Why would i go through the hassell of ordering online when i can go down the street and get what i need without even whipping out my ID. fuckin losers

The order status says complete, but the usps tracking says preshipment. As in they have yet to give it to usps. I was already able to order from a different vendor, and received the items while waiting. They still have yet to ship out my products and they have a no cancelation policy. This business does not have acceptable or healthy practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I want a REFUND.

I placed and order from DirectVapor and after reading reviews I could not stop stressing over whether or not my order was gonna be correct, or even show up. After placing my order, they began packing it within a day and it was shipped out within two. Upon delivery, I was nervous to open my package given the possibility that something would be missing from my order, but luckily, everything was there! Not too sure what all the bad reviews are about because this service was on par with amazon in my opinion. Will certainly be ordering from here again!

Upon reading reviews, I was skeptical of ordering from this company, however everything was perfect. I placed the order, paid for 2-4 day shipping, and they got it shipped out and on the road all in less than 48 hours. The package finally arrived about 5 days after I placed the order and received everything I paid for. I couldn’t be happier with it! The service was fast and everything was amazing! Thank you DirectVapor. I would 1000000% recommend buying from this company to anyone!

I purchased glass tanks for my freemax, not realizing they wouldn't fit. When I immediately contacted them they refused to refund, replace, or allow a return of any sort. They are still in the boxes. They did offer a 10% discount on another purchase. Why would I purchase from a business that doesn't stand behind it's products?

I ORDERED A NORD 2 AS A GIFT, IT SHOWED UP 9 DAYS LATER. IT WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT. THEY SENT A NOVO 2, A $30 DIFFERENCE. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES OF THE WRONG PRODUCT AND SO i DID. I HAVE SENT 11 EMAILS TO GET THE STATUS, AND NOTHING, NOTTA, SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOSER THIEVES. THEY STOLE $30 LIKE COMMON THUGS. P.O.S.

Short story: my experience was fantastic! Long story: I ordered a starter kit (Freemax Twister 80W Metal Edition) because it was a great price and free shipping (I ended up paying $10 extra for priority shipping; 2-4 days). Then, I stumbled upon some reviews and, honestly, was a bit scared of how long it would take to actually pack or if I would receive the right product. HOWEVER, my order was packed and shipped the same day (May 30th)! And I received it today, 2 days later! The item I received was exactly what I ordered with no damage to the packaging, at all. I've only just started using the kit, but I've had no problems as far as its function. Overall, I'm very happy with DirectVapor!

They shipped the wrong product so I opened a ticket. It has been a week and haven’t heard a thing from them. They’ve sure sent a bunch of ads to my email though.

Direct Vapor gave me an international number to call to “troubleshoot” defective coils. Um, replace the coils, they’re $10. But I’ve learned that desperate companies practice desperately, so let it ride and hope your products work or find a reliable vendor.

Ordered two weeks ago. Paid extra for faster shipping. Order was still “being packed” a week ago so I contacted them. They only told me that I would receive a notice when it shipped. Still says “being packed” DOES NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS!! So basically they just take your money. ITS A SCAM!!!

I order on the 18th .. it came on the 23 .. free shipping my name is Joe i am real.. they drag there feet on packing ,, but i cant complain so i am all in all happy with the service i got!! i must say all the negative reviews had me stressing .. im hear to say the did good at there job.. i am geographicly close A state away.. so i do think if you live on the east cost the on should order on the east cost if you want to get your stuff with little weight .. like wise north south east west.. you get the point .. im not saying others arent valid complaints in my situation i have none.. thank you direct vapor!

i ordered a nic salt juice “ bundle “ , a individual bottle of salt nic & a nord vaping bundle . i was actually pleased with how fast shipping was & was ready to leave a good review , however upon opening my package , they sent the juices , coils and pod but the nord wasn’t there . they did resolve it by sending a refund but they didn’t contact me to tell me the nord was out of stock ( even tho being listed as in stock , weird . ) , when i contacted customer service they just sent me my email back , but then they sent a response and refund the next day . i won’t use them again but at least i got the refund . the boxes were damaged but so far everything is not broken .

I didn't read the reviews (like I normally do when ordering from a new company) before I placed my order. After I placed my order for my 29 year old son, I checked the reviews and panicked when I saw some of the reviews. Well, I have to tell you. I will definitely order from this company again. Not only did I save $11.00 by ordering it from Direct Vapor vs. other companies but I placed my order on a Sunday and received it by Thursday. I ordered a Horizon Falcon King Sub Ohm Vape Tank. My son said it worked great and was thrilled that it came with an extra coil. As I said, I will definitely be ordering from them again.
