DO NOT ORDER FROM DIRECT VAPOR OR VAPORFI They will give you a " tracking number" and tell you the package was shipped. The tracking number will just show that a label was printed. When you confront them with this information they will tell you that USPS probably just forgot to scan the package and that it's common. TOTAL LIES. I spent around $75 and received NOTHING. Didn't even get a partial order which would have been a couple batteries or a mod! Along with others I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Federal Exchange commission and will also look into a lawsuit. They effed with the wrong person this time and started a war that I'm prepared to fight bitterly. LAWSUIT $75 is a lot of money especially in these times with Corona virus!

Scammers, stole my cc information I place my first order and about twenty minutes later recieved an email saying that the order didn’t go through bc they could verify my age. I’ve never had any issue like this before. So I went back and sent them a copy of my drivers license (foolish I know) then placed another order. They accepted the order, charged me for the first order too, then within five minutes after this I had a 500$ transaction on same credit card. Never had any credit card info stolen. I’ve grown up all my life with computers so I’d like to think I can spot a fraudulent website when I see it. THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MAKE FRADULENT CHARGES DO NOT USE

I loved this company for awhile but they really disappointed me. I ordered cbd cartridges. They were so OLD. The cbd was separated from the oil. I contacted the manufacturer and they haven't used the packing i was sent in MONTHS. Just be aware they are knowingly sending out old product. Customer service is a nightmare as well.

I cannot say this 'is' DirectVapor, but I have ordered from them 2x in the last month, and had my bank account hacked 2x in the last month. I am not a big online shopper, and rarely leave my own city. I shop 2 - 3 major online vapor stores and that's about it. So this happening twice in a month after purchasing from them I am suspicious, and will not purchase again. Buyers please beware, and I would like to hear if anyone else has had this problem with any of the major online retailers recently.

Canceled orders immediately still fighting to get my money back. The next day Direct Vapor made a fictitious order and charged my credit card $58.23. Going to report them to the Government.

Just to let you know direct vapor no longer sells the SMOK TF Mesh Replacement Vape Coils (3-Pack) with free shipping as they did on my five (5) prior orders. Instead of paying $10 they are now charging me $15! There are many other sites where you can buy these coils a cheaper price.

On this day Directvapor has made it apparently clear that they are not interested in the truth. Today they have made a mockery of justice. I will now before the masses illuminate the shadowy dealings which this company has so brazenly and willingly been a part of. They are not interested in customer satisfaction. They want one thing and one thing only, access to your hard earned money. How do they do this? Quite simply, they lure you in with flashy colors, hopeful promises. That you will be able to find the coil that you have so wrongly been denied. You search for hours on end and rejoice my brothers and sisters! You find a website so promising its almost too good to be true, but a warning. It is. They are PREDATORS. Given the chance, they will steal your car. Do not trust them around your infant children. As said before by many people here, they will not honor their end of the bargain. A simple financial transaction is built on the foundation of trust. The heretics have violated that trust time and time again. And unless we band together and put them to the torch they will continue for the foreseeable future. They are Judas and we can only forgive. But the time for forgiveness has past, now is the time for action. I have attempted to spread the word on their website and all my efforts have been met with a vicious gag order. They have systematically blocked all decent. Leaving only a trap for the unsuspecting buyer. These shady business practices can go on no longer. And i cannot legally say this but...if rumor is to be believed...a box of puppies might have once shown up at the corporate office and as it goes the CEO did so willingly kick the entire box of innocent puppies and if you can believe it, not even an eye was batted at the poor yelping of the punted box of unquestionably good boys.

You order, give them credit info, address, phone, etc., then after all that you get a prompt saying due to state laws they can't ship to you?? I'm in NYC. Their site says they're in Florida. What the heck's the problem, and why don't they stop you before giving all that personal info when they already have your address? Left me concerned its some sort of a scam site.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Items on website show as in stock. I was just notified five days after I placed my order and a tracking number assigned that my items were not actually in stock and I would be issued a refund. This was after sending multiple emails and calling. The customer service rep that I talked to said he would have a supervisor call me back. Never received that call. In a world where there are thousands of online vendors you can't conduct business this was and expect to stick around.

i bought a smok 22 pen kit & it does not work . IT DOES NOT CHARGE ! I called & they said i have to go to the post office & stand in line for 30 minutes & pay my money to Return it . WOW ! They should send my a Pre paid shipping label thru email like Every other Good company does . It's not me fault You sent me a DEFECTIVE ITEM !!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I see why there Reviews is ONLY 2 STARS Overall . Learn how to treat customers & do make Customers waste there time going to the post office to Return your stuff that does not work .

I would have given them 5 stars, but lately they're out of stock on most juices I like. Always shipped in a timely fashion and never had a problem.

IN STOCK SCAM! The website will say in stock and they'll let you buy, then after, lets say, TWO WEEKS, you contact them to see whats going on, they'll say its out of stock. I already see people posting this same exact story. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Made an order over a week ago and noticed 5 days later the order was pending shipment. I contacted Direct Vapor asking if there was a problem and they stated the item wasn't in stock... strange because it was in stock when I placed the order. They had no idea when it would be available so I requested a refund. Had I not contacted them they wouldn't have done anything. This company takes orders knowing they don't have the product so now I am without my item or my money. Stay away from this company they are shady.

Ordered a bottle of eJuice, which the website shows as "in stock" (and does to this day). After a week of my order "processing", I called support to ask what was going on and was told it was on backorder but would be in within a week. This was just shy of a year ago. I've gone back and forth with support a handful of times but after 11 1/2 months of this product being on backorder, I finally demanded a refund. They couldn't do a refund but they did give me a gift card for the amount I had paid. Maybe the next (last) item I order will truly be "in stock".

Stay away. This company takes your money and then tells you they can't verify your age and will not ship your order until you SEND THEM A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE. THEN IT TAKES TEN DAYS TO GET YOUR REFUND! STAY AWAY.

Ordered some items, then went on vacation. Expected them to have been delivered while I was gone, but when I got home I had nothing. I checked my email and noticed I had never gotten any confirmation email, so I logged into my account. They never shipped the items, because they couldn't verify my age! They never contacted me to inform me of this, I had to log in to find this out. How long would that have sat waiting? Also, this is the only place I've ever had to do that at, so it seems shady. When the product was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't because it required an adult signature. Again, this is the only place that has ever done this. Also, who is home during the day anymore? I work Monday-Friday like your average Joe. Now I have to go out of my way to go.to the post office to pick the item up.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a Aspire Mod, a charger and some 30ml bottles. That was a Sunday night at 1145pm. Monday the 3rd in the morning it said to was shipped and to arrive by Wed the 5th. Guess what... I got it before Noon on the 5th! Everything was there, everything was in good condition. I paid $3 more for tracking & to get 5-7 days. I got it in 3. I would give a referral to them!

Avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is worse than any online vape shop I have tried. The policies are unclear and cancellations are apparently impossible once the order was "sent" I was given the bs oh since it was placed we cant touch it now. Ridiculous company

I purchased coils that were in stock. When my order never arrived I had to contact them and all they will tell me is it’s on back order. I have repeatedly asked where the one I paid for, that was in stock at the time of purchase is. I would not have ordered if out of stock. There were 2 available when I paid for it and they will not tell me what happened to the one that was available that I paid for.
