They sent me the wrong order. This is very annoying and very inconvenient and unprofessional. I will NOT be using direct vapor anymore.

My items were back ordered for almost a month. When I didn't receive the order in a couple of weeks, I contacted the company and was told the items were out of stock and back ordered (NOTE: they'd already deducted the payment from my checking account). When asked if I could purchase something they had in stock, nothing I wanted was in stock. I finally got an email from someone in Customer Service (Chris) who said they had one package of something and asked if I wanted it. When I wrote to him to authorize the purchase and asked him to send it, he never got back to me. Then, when the back ordered items FINALLY I arrived in the warehouse and were ready to be shipped, they tried to bill me for the purchase AGAIN! Not happy.

Very poor experience with DirectVapor. Your order get stuck in the age verification stage but you are never asked to prove your age, so unless you call it will never go through, then in the customer service they offer you gift cards or refunds but you never get them, and when I finally received the vape it didn't charge. I just want to be refunded for the whole thing and finally get a working vape from a shop.

They sell your email and you will get bombarded with spam day after day. I'm honestly surprised my order arrived at all

Direct Vapor makes it very difficult to cancel a subscription. You have to talk to them over the phone. Don't fall for their stupid subscription bonuses. Shop somewhere else!

I get it. They are the number one rated online vape company. I had nothing but problems. I get it. Things happen, but to me it's how the problem is handled. Only 2 times out of the 15 times I called did I speak to someone that actually cared about all the problems I've been having. 80 % of the time I felt like I was the one bothering them. The reps that answered the phone made me feel like they couldn't wait to get me of off the phone. Horrible way to treat customers. Thank God for the 2 reps that were nice, or my problems would never have been rectified. Plus it seems they don't mind sending you a million emails of all their great deals. However, my emails I sent them complaining of my issues. Again only 20% of the time that responded to my emails. I'm not going to bore you of all the problems I had. But to let you guys know how they handle it is something I know you customers would want to know.

I dont know whats up with all the bad reviews. I can only speak for myself. They shipped my order out fast. Everything was there. Didnt have any issues. I would buy from them again

super fast site. i found my Smok coils and signed up for the subscription service which sends them to me bi weekly. cant complain. these guys ship everything on time and have amazing deals from time to time

They took the money out of my account for replacement pods. Days later, instead of receiving my pods I was told to take a picture of my ID and send it to them. Still didn't get pods and was charged plus they lost all the info from the front and back of my ID that I had already sent them. I wouldn't even give them a one star at this point

My first order was an awful experience, but in the end it was because I never proved my age. I think that’s partly Directvapors fault. After that I have never had a problem and when contacted them by phone customer service has been excellent. Prices are amazing compared to local shops. If direct added something on their main page about proof of age I believe half their complaints would disappear. I love DIRECTVAPOR.

If I could give it a lower review I would I never received the product! I received only the juice! I was charged 136.00 Which then refused to refund! Still fighting to not pay 136.00 for a single bottle of juice!!!

I didn't believe post until I experienced this. Bought a vape mod from them and paid 10 dollars for the 2 to 4 days shipment. I called them 3 business days after they took money out my account after I checked out the cart, and i didn't get an email about the tracking number. I contacted them and they gave me bad customer service and told me to wait patiently because my order will be ship soon after 3 days. My order was shipped the day after I called, and the delivery time took 6 days when I paid for 2 to 4 days shipment. Never buying from them again.

signed up for subscription shipments, got a new juice, wasn't a huge fan so I wanted to cancel that but keep my coils on autoship, emailed them and instead of them cancelling the juice like I had originally asked, they told me they wouldn't do it if I didn't call in, then when I said that made 0 sense, they just cancelled all of my auto shipments. customer service is rude. They make 0 sense. I'm not sure who's running that place but they need to get it together.

I order smok22 pen light edition and didn’t order the coils Thanks to Robin and Melinda I was able to get them to help me , Two very nice Ladies ,pleasant voice speaking kind very courtesy and very mannerly and took there time with me !! My hat is off to Ms.Robin and Ms. Melinda!! Thank u Ladies, keep up the good work, U have me for life delivery was on cue as well

Customer service is AWFUL! They act like you're stealing from them if you have a defective product, then they tell you they won't mail you a replacement for 10 days AFTER they look at the product. Never buying from them again. Too many better options out there!!! Not everyone is a THEIF!!!

I had placed an order for a Smok G-priv baby starter kit and 2-3 day delivery on 01/12/19 (0100hrs) and Direct vapor instantly took the money out of my account. I had later checked my email (that afternoon) and they had stated that they had created a sticker for my order and after that, i never recieved an email or tracking number. After the 3rd day, i checked my emails and went back into my account with them and seen that they had posted that they were "taking inventory" and my order would take 3-5 days to be shipped out. Welp on the sixth day it still was not shipped out. I asked for a complete refund and they replied they would but, my money shall be put back into my account in 2-3 business days and that it would also take 3-5 business days for my money to be processed back into my account....? These guys should have shut down their site and stopped taking any orders. In the end, i will not ever buy from them again and will highly recommend everyone to stay far away from this terrible company... BTW this was going to be a gift for my wife (10 years together)... the BBB has 69+ complaints on these guys and this is just from ppl wanting to file a complaint. Just imagine all those ppl who never filed a complaint or a review?

Purchased a Wismec Motive 2 and it quit working just outside of the warranty. I only had this product for 4 months with limited use due to the fact I have other mods I use as well. Also, tried to leave a one star review on the product, however, DirectVapor.com moderates their reviews. So if you don't give any product they sell a stellar 4 or 5 star review good luck being able to leave an honest review on a defective product they sell to warn others. My review did not include anything negative about DirectVapor.com only the Wismec product and trying to warn others to consider another pod setup before purchasing cheap Wismec products.

I placed an order with Directvapor and immediately was charged for my purchase. That would have been ok, had I not then received an email asking me to verify my age. Not sure why I have to verify my age since I used a credit card. Credit card companies won't issue cards - anyway not the point. I verified my age. Then nothing. I tried to call Customer service and was on hold for over an hour. I hung up and emailed. I was sent an automated response. The money was taken from my account, the product not shipped. Don't waste your money on this fraudulent company.
