If I didn't need to select a star I would not. Your dispensary at N1 City Goodwood gave my husband the wrong blood pressure medication to what was on the Dr's prescription! Why this was upsetting is that I am highly allergic to blood pressure medication & landed up in emergency with an allergic reaction to blood pressure tablets. When we got the prescription with the new blood pressure tablet that the Allergy doc prescibed and is the only tablet I can take, your dispensary gave my husband Bilicor instead of Amloc which was on my prescription. Luckily I checked & called my daughter who is a doctor to ask her if I could take it, she said no I must take the Amloc. My husband then had to go back to Canal Walk as N1 City Goodwood who dispensed the wrong medication was closed already. 2. You charged medication to my daughter Dr Kelly Dick's medical aid which was medication for my husband NE Dick's Medical Aid - which Dr Kelly Dick then had to call your N1 City Dischem Goodwood pharmacy to have reversed off her Medical Aid. 3. I use the Pack My Meds med service and twice now - August and Sept the deliveries have arrived with medication that was confirmed telephonically to be packed, not in the delivery!! Yesterday, 9th Oct - I called the Pack My Meds number to ask them pls not to deliver my meds as I was called in the office unexpectedly& would not be home to accept the delivery and pay for it. They firstly also said they did not see any pack my meds ready to be delivered for me. I said I spoke to the agent on the 7th Oct, then they said which branch do I deal with, I said N1 Goodwood. Then they told me no I must call Canal Walk Dischem I called & spoke to the lady Ashe' who confirmed the delivery would not be sent yesterday. I am at the office & get a message to say the delivery is on its way to my house.???? Luckily my father was home to accept & pay for it when they arrived. Then I open the delivery last night only to discover the Stilpane that was confimed on the 7th Oct to be packed did not arrive. I called the Pack My Meds line today, 10th Oct to tell them the meds did not arrive. They said they will call the N1 City Goodwood Dischem pharmacy to have it delivered today. My delivery arrives the delivery guy says while I am opening my package- Oh I have two waybills for delivery. I tell him well there is only my Stilpane in the package where is the delivery for my husbands medication which was on the other waybill to be delivered. I told him take my meds and the package with all the information back to Dischem N1 City Pharmacy Goodwood and tell them to get the story right!!!! Its pathetic service and you are dealing with medication for people and they can't get things right!!! At this point I am going to find out what other social media avenues and media avenues I can access to expose Dischem for their poor service and lack of consideration for their customers.

I have tried two days on a row to call and talk to the dispensary at Farrarmere, Benoni Branch but the just don't answer the calls this is totally insane eventually the call gets cut off. I'm totally disgusted to how the service in general with Dischem has deteriorated

Annoying and upsetting experience. The service of the call-center is absolutely unprofessional. Promises are not kept, empty words....don't rely on them.

Delivery is a total nightmare. You literally wait all day for a delivery for medication and not receive in time. I think when a person is sick and on a script they should get them in a timely manner. Won't be ordering again.

Dischem left a nasty taste in my mouth. As Pensioners with my husband, we sacrifice an amount of R1526 monthly. He went to the specialist and paid R900 cash on the 31st August. It was the money meant for our daily needs. Today, I am told the refund will be done in 72hrs because my gender was captured erroneously. Why should this become my problem!!!!!! Very inconsiderate. How was I going to know if I had not phoned them😭 Disappointed and extremely angry. Why are we treated like this at every point of service in this country!!!!!!!

This morning I went to krugersdorp dischem to buy sinutab 12 tablets pack and relief coff. It was packaged for me sealed inside a plastic then they put it in a small cage, locked for me to go and pay at the till. I paid and came me home. When I got home I opened the plastic and found an old used box containing an empty blister tray of sinutab. I couldn't believe it because I trusted dischem. I drove back to the shop to complain and provide proof that I was scammed. When I got there I was sold that they did not have that batch in stocks anymore since May and they can't refund me. The lady by the name Rhoda at the pharmacy said its a first time this happened. She made a copy of my till slip, took a picture of the empty box, took my number and said she will call me after she has complained to the company. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied because I paid for nothing. I even left that empty old box with her because it was useless to me.

Asked my dr to sent my child's repeat prescription to Dischem Cresta, to be updated on the system then we can obtain the medication at any Dischem. Went to Dischem Ferndale to find out that it was never loaded, needed to call the Dr on the spot fir him to email the prescription again. The whole process took a long time, at they weren't able to tell me what had happen.

I am exceptionally happy with the service I get from Refilwe in Dischem woodlands mall. I now resort to getting a delivery rather than going to the store because she always makes sure I get items I need with no fail. Keep up the good work we value you Refilwe at Dischem Woolands Pretoria

The service ques at the dispensary is way to slow at retail Crossing Dischem , they take their slow time , and them when one pharmacist is finished with a client it seems like they go take 5 to 10 minute break before the next is served.Gosh

Discem in Glen Marais, their Medicine dispensary side is extremely slow. To a point that they cause a que. You go in there with little ones that are sick to pick up their scripts and it takes forever just to get the medication. Some days they don't have enough staff, some says they have alot of trainees that needs signatures and finding someone to sign seems to be the problem. Got there 15:05, 4 people to help. By 15:15 I have not moved.

Dischem Whale Coast Mall has just the best staff delivering on excellent service delivery! They always go the extra mile running back to fetch something while you pay at the cashiers and always make arrangements for their clients. Thank you team, you are the best!

I ordered a product online and did not receive the sms confirmation that the product was available for collection. I was told at the store there was no alternative way they would allow me to collect and must have that sms. I logged this issue on their on site form and was telephoned and told they do not re send the sms leaving only an option to cancel. I was told an email would be sent which in fact did not happen. I then received a email the following day stating the item was now marked as collected. I telephoned the shop and they connected me with the department that manages the online orders. The person was very rude and difficult. I explained that all the store and organizations involved had provided me with was a notification that the item is collected. I had noting to show I was due a refund. The lady preceeded to anounciate at me and interrupt me. In the end she was not at all helpful or understanding and she put the phone down on me. I never received anything stating the order was cancelled or that I was due a refund. I was thankfully refunded strangely without a request for banking details. I will never use the on line order system again and I recommend you do the same. No customer service and no customer confidence.

On friday 19th July 2024 i got the call from dischem by the lady who called Mathapelo she didn't say which dischem she is calling from ,she advise me to fetch a baby bag..On Sunday 21st July went to clearwater because i did mention that i will collect my baby bag there at clearwater mall because nearby where i stay ..i got a bad service from Nomsa and Michael the store manager ,Nomsa was advising me that she won't give me the baby bag i must go and collect it at midrand ,i advise her that i am not staying there and its far from where i stay she said its not her problem and she wont request for the bag to be transferred this side i must make plan to fetch it with an attitude then requested to speak with the manager Michael he was also rude towards me telling me that Nomsa says the bag is allocated for someone who is not even at store while i am at the store ..they say that because last purchase was at midrand that why the bag was allocated to midrand and when i was registering for the bag the terms and condition didn't mention that ..i said the store Manager if last purchase was at Durban it mean i was suppose to fetch it there he failed to answer me .. I am truly disappointed by Clearwater dischem.. The store manager was racist if it was white person that bag was going to being gaven..I am hurt, never thought i will get bad service..After spending money there to qualify for that bag then i get such a service

Table Bay Dis -Chem. Pharmacist: Corine Howard Yet again, Corine was extremely helpful, professional and competent. Her attention to detail, communication and thorough approach when processing our requests, scripts and the dispensing of our extended supply of medication were all very reassuring and much appreciated.
