“They shipped my item and the courier just left it at the door without contacting me. I live in the CBD so it was stolen within minutes. I was home all day they didn’t even attempt to call my door bell. When I contacted disturbia, they didn’t respond on multiple occasions. Expensive clothing, horrible service. You can find cheaper alternative fashion anywhere else.”
“Still waiting over a month for my package I chose the 2-5 day shipping on. They claim to be an ethical brand which is why I decided to try them, but then it’s shipping from China which is an immediate red flag. I don’t even know if I’ll get my items in time for the event I purchased them for and customer service just told me I need to be patient despite my express shipping. I’ll never be purchasing from them again and I haven’t even received my package yet.”
“Dreadful customer service experience. The ordered pants arrived a week after the estimated arrival date, they were so huge, it was like swimming in a never-ending sea of fabric. I reached out to customer service to get this fixed as I ordered a 6 and received an 8 which I would wager was even larger. I was told this was UK sizing, but I accounted for this. Abby was awful at responses, offered absolutely nothing to fix the situation, and was a terrible service manager. I wish no harm on anyone, but Abby needs to lose her position for the lack of any support and for treating us like a number. Do. Not. Trust. This brand.”
“This is a garbage company. I ordered three dresses and they are all awful. No lining, cheap material, faulty craftsmanship. The sizing is woefully off. The UK/US conversion is crazy, and the sizes the brand suggests if you provide measurements were easily two sizes too big, but I trusted their suggestions. The dresses arrived, and they were all huge. So, I need to return. THEY CHARGE $16-20 to return their cheap clothing. And they don't care that the sizing was off because of their suggestions. So, don't buy from them. The clothes are Forever 21 quality at quadruple the price and their customer service is abhorrent.”
“They purposely make their return process as difficult as possible to not have to give refunds. You have 30 days from when the order is placed to make a return even if the items take over a week to reach you. The return portal is glitchy and difficult. The items must reach their warehouse before the 30 days. So even if it’s dropped off with the 30 days if the carrier takes too long shipping it they will not honor the return.
The clothes are just mass produced, poor quality trash that is ill-fitting. So many better alternatives.
This was my first and last purchase from them.”
“Do not buy anything from them. I contacted them multiple times within seconds of paying to change the size of shoes. Given the time zone difference Australia/ UK they would have seen my many emails and ignored them. AVOID THEM.”
“Been trying for a week to talk to them about a return. All clothes are way to big and I can’t seem to talk to anyone about returning items. I’ve sent 3 emails, tried to call, tried the returns on the website and messaged on Instagram with no luck. I wouldn’t both. Items aren’t good quality for the price and the sizes are weird”
“I am a decades long online shopper - at least 2/3 of my wardrobe has been collected across the globe via online portals. I can confidently state that Disturbia has effectively the WORST customer service team on the planet. Furthermore, the site offers to recommend sizes based on fairly accurate input from the customer - beware of this! Many reviews on their site claim sizing that was WAY off and this is correct. I made 3 orders and all 3 were expensive items that were the wrong sizes AND the cost to return due to THEIR errors is a lot a third the cost of each item. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!”
“I'm supposed to fit into a 14 couldn't even zip them up can't return them because it will cost $220 to return $80 pants that don't fit. I didn't want any of the other clothes cuz they didn't look good on me so now I just have to keep $215 worth of clothes because I can't afford to ship them for $220. Companies get a discount because they ship a lot of items if they were to at least offer to purchase the shipping label for you and take it out of the amount that you owe it would still be more affordable.”
“This company and their customer service department are among the worst i have ever dealt with. Due to the postal strike the items i ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. I chased them and when the finally arrived on the 22nd December i no longer needed the items as all my Christmas events had been and gone. When the post offices opened after christmas i went to send the items back but was refused a refund because it was over 30 days since i ordered the items. I will never order anything again as i contacted them by phone and email and they still refused.”
“Sizing chart is wrong. I was recommended the wrong size threw their site. They won't reply about returns and I'm essentially being stiffed. They gave me less than 30 days from the day it arrived at my PO Box in the US to have it back at their warehouse despite the fact they won't reply to emails and I filled out the return information over a week ago and never got an update.. it is extremely wrong to suggest the wrong sizes then ghost and stiff your customers with the cost of your mistake.”

“I ordered a dress from Disturbia. After taking my money and confirming order, days later I get an email saying there is no stock of this dress and can’t fulfil the order. Their email stated the refund should be back in my account within 3-10 business days, it has been more than that now and still no reply to my emails. This was my first order with them and I am very disappointed. I won’t be shopping here again.”
““Same day dispatch” meant a week and a half. No apology, just a £5 coupon. Which I won’t be using.
I also needed to change the delivery address because I moved, but they can’t do that for whatever reason.
So I asked to cancel and reorder because I don’t want to spend time chasing a package around. They won’t cancel orders! It hadn’t even been shipped but they wouldn’t cancel because…cancelling is against policy. Absolutely baffling.
now I have to worry about intercepting the package and messing with returns. It’s also hard to tell if returns are free or what. Probably not. Please make sure you REALLY want what you order and that you’re willing to be treated poorly by customer service.”

“I sent two different packages back in December, one package had already been sent back to me after the return, yet Disturbia it’s been over two and a half months and they’re telling me “they HaVEnt GotTeN iT to CoNtACt tHe CoUrIeR” which is absolute bs. I order across seas and this hasn’t happened and I got my other returned package back already…makes nooo sense. I also sent of video of returning it just in case, I had a feeling. They fail in customer service and probably just trying to rip me off since it’s be easier considering I’m across seas. Absolute bs.”
