“I was so excited about these sneakers—they were adorable! But after wearing them twice, they basically shredded. To make matters worse, the return process was a nightmare. It took nearly a month and multiple follow-up emails just to get a return label, and I still haven’t been refunded. On top of that, they made an unauthorized $179.20 debit to my Visa, which was supposed to be a credit! Their customer service is awful—most of their replies seem like they’re generated by AI, with no real effort to resolve the issue. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the hassle.”
“I placed an order on Dec 2nd and my credit card was charged on Dec 9th for $130. I inquired about my order on Dec 12th because I had never received an email that they had shipped. I was told they were trying to fill my order. I inquired again on the 17th indicating that they were a Christmas present was told they were out of stock but I could not cancel my order because it had been sent to processing. It is now Jan 3rd and I have still not received the boots or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have no idea how they are still in business. Not sure if I will ever get my $130 back!!!! So Angry!!!!”
