“I don't know what yall are talking about, I ordered my stuff on monday and paid a bit extra to have it delivered for Friday. It came today with no problems and was fully updated with emails and texts about delivery and dispatch information. Very happy with the service provided”

“What a shocking Company You order something on a Monday midday and they despatch it on a Monday afternoon - good you might say - only problem is it was one week later When you contact them they say - other customers who Pay for better delivery come first... thats OK - but delayed despatch for one week...!! The confirmation of the order says - we will start preparing your order in Hours - one would assume same Day or next - not 150 Hours .!! In the end said if not despatched cancel order - it was then despatched and arrived next Day..!! Standard delivery means - delayed despatch by maybe a week”

“Dolphin fitness took my money and never delivered my protein, when I enquired all I got was the run around ie it's on its way it never did arrive, not a good idea to deal with these people they take your money but won't deliver.”

“Ordered 2 tubs of protein. One arrived. Still not the second a month later. After much going forwards and backwards was told they’d check their CCTV to see if I was telling the truth! Wow...6 weeks later this be been promised my order but at the end of the month! ..amazons more costly, but better for me.”

“Items on their site stated for immediate dispatch with 4 to 7 days delivery, but even after a week from payment nothing received. They do not ship from UK, but from Hungary. So do choose an authentic UK store.”

“Terrible customer service. really know how to waste your time. They don't email out invoices. think by law they have to. They aren't helpful. I have been back and forth for one product. I work as a therapist and can't afford the time. Awful. Won't use again. would rather order from the USA for what I want. They sent back a snotty email saying I should search their site for who to get an invoice. Cheeky people. It's their job to supply one and they tell me most people don't want an invoice. If you deal with them demand and Invoice. it is yours by right. Horrible.”

“After being a long term returning customer of Dolphin Fitness something has really changed which i feel is dodgy. I received 4 bottles of Sun Warrior fulvic acid minerals and none had a tamper free seal on top of bottles like in the past and today from a different company i received same fulvic minerals however it has good safety seal on bottle and it has properly listed minerals on label which it used to do with Dolphin fitness and now a different address and company in USA and it feels most dodgy and i may well get the contents tested by trading standards.”

“Never again. Horrible or no customer service. Extremely fast to take your money and extremely slow to respond to the issue. Now I'm requesting refund for package which was never delivered... Lets see how long will this take.”

“Will never ever order from this company again.I ordered 2 items and they only sent one but charged me for two items.Ive e-mailed many times and got nowhere.If you call the customer care they say they will ring back.NO THEY DON'T.When THEY get it wrong they just take your money and ignore you. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Appalling customer service. Been ordering from them for a while and last time the courier left the parcel outside the garage door, instead of inside, courier said there is a claim as the parcel was stolen but needs to be submitted by the sender (Dolphin Fitness) but Dolphin Fitness said will not complain because said the parcel was left where instructed, which is a completely idiotic comment because no one wants parcel left outside, instead inside. You would not leave it outside the front door, would you? they just needed ot submit the claim to the courier and they said they won't and now I am out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!”

“I bought two bags of Olimp Whey Protein 22nd of April.I selected delivery option before 5:30 29th of april.Today is 3rd may I didnt get nothing.There is no contact with them.they do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails.I spend 65 pounds.Today I will raport that case to my lawyer. I will not let myself be fooled.”

“Appalling (non existent) customer service. Left repeated voicemails for weeks, and sent emails, nothing in response. Basically I was sent an order of 40 gels that go out of date in a few weeks, unlike other providers who have at least a year. Never again with this company. Cowboys.”

“After a week of frustrating attempts to contact Dolphin Fitness I decided to look for reviews and wasn't actually surprised to see that others have equally bad experiences. Despite what the website says there doesn't seem to be any customer service. Once you have paid your money, that is it, they don't appear to want to know. My order was delivered promptly but a bottle was broken in the package. Simple as that. I contacted them within the hour of delivery and have been trying repeatedly ever since. They haven't got back to me as they said would happen, and the only human voice I have heard was a recorded message. I will put this down to experience but they wont get any more custom from me. I don't usually leave reviews voluntarily but feel I have to in this case... BUYER BEWARE !!!”

“Fantastic customer service. I've been buying from Dolphin Fitness for a while now. My orders have always arrived without delay and well-packaged. In my last order one of the items - a spray bottle - was broken. I contacted Dolphin and a replacement was sent through without delay. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
