I’m absolutely frustrated with DPD's service. I received both an SMS and an email saying my package was ready for collection, so I asked my friend to come with his car to pick it up, because the place was unchangable and at a self service at a gas station. However, when we got to the location, we scanned the QR code, opened the hatch and... nothing was there. What kind of service is this? It’s unbelievable that I was notified it was ready, only to find out it wasn’t. Completely unreliable and disappointing. Please also see the photos I've attached.

dpd was meant to deliver to me today arrange via a special time slot took our money an not deliver bloody disgeaceful

DPD has my parcel and had it for 3 days still cannot deliver it for another 2 days probably won’t get it then I am going to ask sellers who they use to deliver the parcel if it’s DPD I will not buy from them we should all do this put these useless people out of business definitely the poorest

Every time I order something from Amazon and I see it’s going to be delivered DPD I get frustrated because DPD fail to deliver every time, EVERYTIME. There’s clearly some numbty at the Hinckley warehouse because it never gets by Hinckley. Another 4 days waited, another birthday ruined because DPD fail to do the only job they do DELIVER PARCELS….. get a grip of yourselves.

driver ""attempted"" to deliver twice. first time took a pic of another place. second time paid £5 for next day delivery but just a pic of driver holding the parcel was given and said "sorry we missed you". i was home both days and their call centre said driver hadnt even been in my area. terrible drivers, avoid at all costs!

To be HONEST, I THINK DPD IS PROBERLY THE BEST OF A BREAK DOWN IN BRITISH SERVICE. EVERY 1 WANTED CHINESE PAPP . YOU GOT IT. LOL 😆 🤣 😂 STOP CRYING 😢 😭 AND FACE UP 2 REALITIES. BRITAIN IS SOLD DOWN THE DIRTYIST RIVERS.

Absolutely awful! Ordered M&S flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift to a family member and the driver dumped them on her doorstep, didn't knock, no card through the door, flowers left in sub-zero temperatures for 12 hours and are now wilted. I had to message to see if my family member had found the flowers which was very embarrassing as it looked like I was fishing for a thank you when I just didn't want them to receive wilted flowers. This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened, last time they lost my partners extremely important photographs for an exhibition and several other times they've said we weren't in when we were! Literally in the kitchen next to the front door! Awful service and unhelpful & next to useless customer service. I've added two photos - what the flowers were meant to look like and what they actually looked like after 12 hours in freezing temperatures ...

After waiting and watching the door for the slot hour l get a picture of main door and message that parcel will be delivered Monday, live chat advisors are useless for they just close chat without resolution. Sadly l was told driver don't use delivery instructions, shocking....... Parcel not received!

Absolutely horrible company, so many reviews saying the same thing about drivers not ringing door bells to avoid delivering parcels. Customer service confirmed the driver did get to my front door but for reasons best known to them, they refused to ring the doorbell ?????? Making a disabled woman pick up the parcel from a shop 3 miles from her home. Customer service apologised and suggested “you could send someone to pick it up”. If I had someone to pick up my parcels I wouldn’t have opted to have it delivered to my house. Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely trashed two wood figures, clearly marked fragile, they must have purposely thrown the boxes around to cause the damage that they did. Totally incompetent.

The delivery experience I endured was nothing short of appalling and entirely unacceptable. On the first attempt, the driver, who was just six stops away, abruptly left without delivering my parcel, falsely reporting that I was not present—an outright lie. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also undermined the reliability I expected from the service. The following day, things went from bad to worse. I was forced to wait outside in subzero temperatures for over **four hours beyond the promised delivery window**—a total delay of more than five hours. This level of disregard for customer time and wellbeing is utterly disgraceful. To add insult to injury, as I continued waiting, the app inaccurately displayed that the driver was still 11 stops away when, in fact, he had already arrived. This glaring discrepancy left me completely baffled and further eroded any trust in the system. It was only by sheer luck that someone at my door happened to notice the delivery while I stepped inside briefly to get a glass of water. Had it not been for this fortunate coincidence, I might never have received my parcel. This entire ordeal reflects gross incompetence, a lack of accountability, and a complete failure to provide even a basic level of service. Such unprofessionalism is entirely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that corrective measures are taken to prevent this from happening to any other customer in the future. The best part is on the app it shows the delivery time is between their delivery window which was 16:00-17:00. But the delivery made after 20:00 and the picture was taken at that time which was after 20:00. Check in the attached photo.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a courier and the contact centres. The parcel firstly wasn’t delivered and they said I didn’t answer before the allotted time even though my wife had been in all day and the bell didn’t go. The second attempt I tried following the tracking using the link I was sent in a text, it stopped working about and hour before delivery was due. I tried contact dpd via WhatsApp where the operative honest did their upmost to avoid answering any questions or points I realised and refused to put me through to a manger. They instead sent me the same message a good 10-15 times asking for inflation that I didn’t have. I then called. Only to be diverted to packlink immediately without being able to speak to anyone, the parcel I was enquiring about wasn’t sent via packlink!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I waited in all day and then got the message that I wasn't at home. Checked the photo of the house the driver had been to, and I have no idea where it is, definitely not my neighborhood and possibly not even my town! Saudi they would deliver today. Then told me the depot had a problem so they couldn't give me a delivery time but it would definitely turn up today. Then at 6pm, after canceling my plans, they notify me that it will be delivered tomorrow. I don't know if it's a con or if they only employ highly inept people but they really are ridiculously bad!

Waited in for the parcel to be delivered and received a notification saying we missed the delivery. Checked my cameras and no van in sight. Spoke to customer services who asked me to look at the image the driver had uploaded as they were at my house. The image was a picture of the motorway! Asked for my parcel to be delivered today as they stated and told there is nothing that can be done.

They delivered the PC I ordered to the wrong flat. The address on the delivery slip from the company I ordered from was correct but the courier put on a different flat number. I then had to chase my PC down. To top it all the flat they delivered it to told me no one had been in and it had been left outside theeir door. The message I recieved from DPd said it had to be signed for and said it couldn't be left without being signed for yet the courier just self signed and left it.

LIES from Delivery Drivers & Lack of Customer Service Paid for Next Day delivery as this is a Christmas Gift. Allegedly driver Gheorghe tried delivering today - time unknown - but I was not in. Red blob Photo on the tracking info. Nothing around my house is Red. I have been in ALL day. I also have a gravel drive and 5 dogs. Nobody came near my property. Fobbed off when I first enquired and no answers. Second time then told that my parcel was still actually at the Depot!! So Tracking was FALSE and Photo was FALSE. Photo was red blob anyway and not of any property. Not acceptable. Fraudulently take your money and literally - do not deliver. Raised a complaint - but they will not send me the outcome of the complaint... so have no assurances anything whatsoever will be done. I appreciate it is Christmas but (A) don't lie and say you've tried delivering when you haven't (B) Actually do what has been paid for, ie Next Day Delivery and (C) treat customers with respect and provide the complaint feedback they have requested.

Did not bother to attempt to deliver parcel, but tracking stated they had tried and would have to be rearranged. Through to a chat bot to try and get the driver to attempt to redeliver. Could not arrange to collect and no assurances it will arrive or be attempted to be delivered next time. Could not leave negative feedback on the driver. Awful service.

Do not use this carrier if you can possibly avoid it. In fact, if you are thinking of ordering something and they are the carrier - don’t. I waited in for four days for delivery of a heavy item due 10th December. Didn’t arrive - said it was coming 13th didn’t arrive. By this time, i could wait in no longer so cancelled item with seller and received refund. Then said it was coming on 17th - rang DPD and told them i did not want item and they reassured me it would not come. Now it is Christmas Eve. Bit like the fable of animals talking the night before Christmas, suddenly DPD has the power to text me. They say this parcel should arrive today. So, I should be out but i have had to cancel because i cannot risk them delivering to a neighbour. So here I am miserable again waiting for a parcel which may or may not come because DPD don’t care about customers at all. So avoid avoid avoid

This company shouldn’t exist! I waited my parcel in front of the door during the window delivery time and got the text “we missed you today as no one was in”… without even seing the driver Diego Emanuel Costa or the vehicle on my road. One star is already a huge compliment for such a bunch of incapable people!
