I’m waiting all day today I’m waiting… Rating ZERO(Parcel: my son iPhone 12 and wall mount bracket tv ) My son waiting all day for nothing and the driver delivered to the wrong address (to the street next to my street) and the depot said they would redeliver it @ 6pm to 6:15pm my son stood outside so that he could watch out for the DPD delivery man and no one turned up. He rang customer service and they said the driver turned up but no one was home which is not true, no delivery man turned up. We don’t deserved this kind of stress during the pandemic . This DPD company should be closed . The driver take picture but you will recieved a confirmation that you have parcel even a wrong address this a joke .

Parcel delivered to wrong address and when I eventually got through to Leicester depot to inform them that I believed it had been delivered to a disabled persons property and may be blocking their access I was told ‘Not DPD’s problem contact the people who had sent it’

i wish i could put a lower rating. I am fuming I am paying for next day delivery with asos and with driver called Florin skips my house every single delivery. I have missed 3 deliveries from this driver now. I even went outside my house and watched them drive past as they declined to deliver to me. I wish I could use another delivery service because this is ridiculous.

I am getting a parcel with dpd I have to wait another week or two because their support and management is the worst from all delivery companies. You cannot change address, cannot change timeslot, cannot contact driver, cannot pick your parcel yourself even if you offer to drive by yourself at the depot. Stay away from dpd especially if you are a business and do care about customer service.

Bought a laptop on ebay. Poor guy sent it by this peace of art company. Guess what - it had stuck on collected from pickup shop... 20 days already - no item, no money back, no refund, no investigation outcome. If you want similar experience - you are welcome to join this great company. Just go to dpd online and you're one item less. Great! And I like these fake reviews on trustpilot. Great job if you pay a coin ...

If I could assign 0 stars, I would. The delivery from Italy was supposed to arrive to Poland on 22.12 (with extra fee paid that it would arrive on time). Package arrived to Poland on 28.12. Unfortunately I could no longer stay where I was on Christmas, had to go back to another city than the destination address of the package. Lady on the infoline assured me that I could change the delivery address as soon as the package would arrive to Poland. I was misinformed because as soon as the package turned up in Poland, I called the infoline to change the delivery address, a very rude man informed me that the package can be moved only within the county. No word of apology, nothing, just a huge f... up from DPD side...

Parcel status is delivered but I have not received it. The photo of my parcel on a random door step is a mystery. DPD have been 0% helpful, only telling me to contact the sender for information. I have had no information a week on. Seems like the driver just dumped my parcel anywhere and no one cares. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Not delivered on time, instructions ignored, customer service unable to help, 2 phone calls, 2 online chat calls, parcel deposited at the depot 5 mins away form delivery address, 3 calls to depot, could not locate parcel, parcel stayed there overnight 5 minutes from the address, next day still on a van miles away travelling around. Xmas completely spoilt.

I’m really annoyed that you try and deliver my parcel to a different house NOT MINE AND NOT MY REDELIVERED PREFERENCE due to this I called requesting the correct address and yet again to my surprise you deliver my parcel to a half naked man at the wrong house AGAIN so I have to go and find #SHITSERVICE here’s hoping that in future my parcels are delivered by HERMES

Avoid dpd like the plague (or I suppose these days, like COVID-19). Christmas delivery is currently being sent back to sender. Said they attempted to deliver, but they never did. They never notified. And contacting them is impossible. Live chat doesn't recognize our parcel number, phone number is out of service (or no one answers if calling the French number), emails are never returned, English app seems discontinued, French app seems to only be for businesses - essentially, I have tried ever possible way to contact them, and it's not possible. dpd have totally ruined our Christmas our parcel containing Christmas goose was dispatched monday 21st decemberto be delivered 22nd had Email on the morning of 22nd to say it had been delayed spent 30 mins on the phone on the morning of the 23rd to be told it wouldnt be delivered today so if it does arrive tomorrow will not be eating some thing that has been sitting unrefrigerated for four days . .thanks and merry christmas trothe totally useless delivery company DPD

Driver collected package 21/12/20 for delivery 22/12/20. The driver signed the manifest to accept package from ourselves and left tracking documentation. Went to check tracking of package 22/12/20 and tracking number was not recognised on DPD system. Immediately phoned DPD and met with automated response saying package delivered at 07:40am 22/12/20 and the package was confirmed as being accepted by a person not known to ourselves or the party due to receive the package. DPD have confirmed the package was delivered to an incorrect address and we are still awaiting a telephone call from the DPD manager to explain what has gone wrong and how they intend to remedy their error. The package was a family prepared presentation letter to our young 2 year old granddaughter introducing Father Christmas to her with a lovely message and colourful images of Santa, his reindeer and elves. The package did not contain any monetary value whatsoever but had sentimental value to us as her grandparents. We await further information from the DPD Manager!

Their email says they delivered my parcel at 1233. No they didn't. The photo they took of my delivery is a photo of my front door - no parcel included. This is the worst delivery firm - by a mile.

Incompetent, uncaring, intransigent and not fit for purpose. Could not be more unhelpful when trying to correct an error on the delivery address and then destroyed (so they say) my parcel as they possess neither common sense nor decency.

Waited in for an item to be delivered. Driver Says he attempted to deliver but no one was in. Then I rearranged for Thursday, Waited in all day and the same Thing happened. Now the item is on it way back to the retailer. What a joke

This is the worst parcel company that you can have the misfortune of being stuck with. I had ordered a gift for my son and the package was noted as lost the day it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered two other gifts for my daughter's, and those were also lost period this company has lost three completely separate parcels. I don't understand how such a terrible company even functions. You're much better off with DHL, Hermes, Deutsche Post or literally a PIGEON. WORST COMPANY EVER.
