Waited in all day for a delivery between the hours of 15:37-16:37, only to receive a text at 16:35 saying the driver missed me. Nobody had attempted delivery as I was sat in the living room for the past two hours looking outside the window on my laptop. Furthermore, the photograph "outside" my property is that of a property that is least 1-1.5 mile away as we are on a new build estate. Urgent complaint made to Elaine Kerr (DPD CEO) as spoke to Customer Services who told me "This call isn't going anywhere, I'm going to hang up". Disgusting customer service.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Currys and DPD regarding my order. I placed my order excitedly, but my experience quickly turned into a headache due to the delivery issues. Delivery Attempts: There were multiple delivery attempts made, but unfortunately, both were unsuccessful as I did not hear the doorbell during those attempts. I promptly rescheduled the delivery for a later date, only to find out that my parcel was held at the local DPD depot. Communication Issues: I called DPD for an update and was informed that they could not reach the local depot as no one was answering the phone. This lack of communication was concerning. I then rescheduled the delivery again, but once again, my parcel has not been sent out. Frustration with Service: I took two days off work specifically to be available for delivery, yet I continue to encounter delays and ineffective communication. I have called DPD multiple times and have received the same disappointing responses, leading me to question how DPD operates if their depots cannot communicate with the delivery teams. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by both Currys and DPD. The ongoing issues have caused significant inconvenience, and if this situation is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a return to sender for a refund. I hope that others do not have to face similar challenges in their shopping experience.

Was told my slot for my delivery was 11.24am to 12.24pm. Still waiting for someone called Gary to deliver my package and it’s now after 3pm!!!

For some reason DPD drivers are unable to read. We've lived in our apartment for 4 years and not once has DPD been able to deliver to the correct address. Wasted multiple days off waiting only for the driver to not knock and say "we weren't in". Our address clearly says "flat" so why keep trying to deliver to a shop that is closed. Previously spoke to customer services but here we are with the same problem again. I wish suppliers states that used DPD so I could avoid them.

DPD are a complete waste of time. They are impossible to contact so when things go wrong you cannot discuss the issue with them. I'd steer well clear of these cowboys

Delivery driver never rings my bell, instead leaves my parcel in a public unsafe, unmonitored place, on a completely different floor to where I live for it to be stolen, huge sign with red writing says don't leave parcels there, he just ignores it and never delivers to my actual address/door, despite having the address and me being home. Ignores my notes in the safe space option which clearly states to do deliver to my door, and if I am not home leave it outside my door. This has happened over 17 times where he doesn't bother coming to my door.He has delivered to my actual address TWICE. He rings the bells of other flats to be let in, so he can leave it in the public place. Does not do his job properly!

Placed 3 orders now with Yamaha motorcycles for a new seat for my bike, they only use DPD for their deliveries. 1st order never arrived after 10 days. 2nd order was damaged. 3rd order has been delayed at their sorting office now for 10 days. Absolutely disgraceful company. Loiks like this order will have to be refunded again for non delivery / lost again and another order placed, which sadly will also still be via DPD as Yamaha don't use anyone else. I've been trying to obtain a new seat for my motorcycle now since mid July with DPD screwing every order up once it hits the UK. I now have a bike sat in the garage with no seat on it so have unable to ride it for over 2 months now. Worst delivery company ever. I'm sure some of the drivers are decent, but the warehouse and sorting is an absolute joke.

Driver couldn't be bothered to get out of his van in the rain, so lied and said we weren't home even though I have ring doorbell to prove he hadn't even been. Customer service also lied, saying they had a picture of our house when he tried to deliver. Why would you take a picture for none delivery. They're so well known for this. Atrocious

I have been waiting from 11:49/12:49 which was my delivery slot. It’s now 15:26. I called dpd and got the phone put down on my face. I had to call again and this time the agent was a little more helpful. My delivery needs to be refrigerated and I can’t stay at home all day waiting for it. I will never buy anything from anywhere that uses dpd as a delivery service

Every thing i was told it would be delivered last Tuesday waited in then message came up sorry we missed you and the same today the van never turned up because i was checking the cameras out side the building and told it was at my local collection point told customer service that I was disabled and couldn’t pick it up they said they would phone me back never did surprise surprise nothing absolute joke very unhappy

I have a disability and cannot get to the door quickly.The drivers often don't knock very loud or allow for this.They then push a card through giving tracking details which says they'll call again only they don't instead the tracking says it has to be picked up from a shop that isn't convenient to get to unless you drive.No possibility of arranging at date like other companies.

I been all day at home, claimed that tried to deliver- photo of my house done from the van. No knock or ring on the door. Driver even didn't leave the car to see if someone home !

I have just spent two days waiting in for a parcel that has never arrived. Yesterday, I received a one hour time slot and started tracking the driver at the beginning of the time slot, watching his progress as he got closer and closer, then suddenly the screen changed to 'We Missed You' with a blank black image of where the driver supposedly attempted delivery. I contacted customer services through chat and they just said we can't do anything except reschedule. So, today, I'm waiting again for the delivery to be made and I'm watching the driver's progress on the tracking. I'm sitting by my lounge window that looks out onto the street and the front door is open, and this time I'm taking screen shots every five minutes of his progress. The last screenshot of his progress said he was at stop 60, I was stop 68 and he was around 15 minutes away .... then just five minutes later, the screen changed sudden to 'We Missed You'!! As I said, I was sitting at my lounge window which looks out onto the street with the front door open .... NO-ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE!! My plans ruined on two separate days. I tried again with chat but couldn't access it, if you call it is a recorded message saying you must reschedule and the email contact form is defective and doesn't work. What a TERRIBLE company!! The CEO is someone called Elaine Kerr, if anyone has any contact details for her please do post them. I will never, ever use this company or agree to have anything delivered by them.

Delivery was supposed to be to an Argos in Sainsburys - you would expect that to be easy, right? Like BIG supermarket been in the same location for decades - it's on every map. Oh no, DPD delivers it to a "neighbour". This neighbour is supposed to be at 74a - no road name but a close-up of the door. This neighbour's door is 1/4 of a mile from the store (if it's even the right place as nobody seems to be home) and there's no such address as 74A. Clearly, this item has been lost though wilful incompetence.

"It's simply a terrible company, sorry, but when it comes to services, DPD is just atrocious!! Every time I’m supposed to receive a package from this 'service provider', there are problems! Either it couldn’t be delivered (even though I took the day off and was definitely at home), or they ring the bell once and immediately drive away, the package gets lost, they don't ring at all and just leave a note in the mailbox... this happens 2-3 times... then I have to pick it up myself somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Complaints are only answered with a standard email... This service provider is completely misplaced in the market in many ways... they do whatever they want, and the customer is the fool! In my opinion, DPD should be completely shut down and banned. It’s not just me who feels this way!! (Just look at the many other negative customer experiences)."

2 parcells from M&S appear to have been "rerouted". What does that mean for my parcells, am I going to receive them as it is 2 days passed the expected delivery date. They then ststed that they were very busy, that is why my parcells have not been delivered. What is the point of M&S using this delivery service if they can't deliver on time.

Again a driver that could not be bothered to deliver. Again apparently I was not at home. I am sitting on my sofa, got cctv, a huge mail box by the gate so the drivers don't have to come to the house. Nobody came, no card and the photo taken by the driver is not near me and a field entrance somewhere, no house, no farm name. And very interestingly, the last driver messing me about also stopped in that area, for over an our. Yep, it has got a pub!
