This company is absolutely rubbish. They don't even deserve one star. Yet again they've messed up another delivery - even after I udpated my preferences to tell them where to leave the parcel in a 'safe place'. I will never use this company to send my own parcels.

DPD Worst service ever experienced I booked dpd to pick up my parcel in London. They sent me the driver for collection. I sticked label on the parcel and gave him. Afterwards I emailed courier people asking them to send me tracking details. They replied me saying "Apologies, we collected your parcel but it was lost through our network and we are investigating on it. Immediately they sent me next email saying that your parcel was not collected at all from the address. Its a shame DPD lying. I have designer clothes in it very expensive ones. I dont know if their driver have stolen my parcel or where it is. It shows how irresponsible those people are. They are trying to fool and bluff customers saying false statements your package was not collected. Even that man has taken my signature on his machine. I hate this service. Dear customers, Please dont trust these people. You will loose your packages. This is my personal experience with London Dpd. I think they dont appoint verified drivers and loyal ones. They just appoint road side people who miss packages of customers.

Terrible terrible terrible. I would never choose to go through dpd as I have always had terrible service, however the company I was buying from used them. Couldn’t deliver to a matalan shop (?!) so I called after hearing nothing and told dpd had had a scanner failed. Said to the guy on the phone a notification of this would have been helpful and had a long patronising explanation on why they couldn’t do this as then people would complain they got too many notifications! Awful every time.

Absolutely useless, still haven’t received my delivery and now dpd,s incompetence is costing me a great deal of money as I cannot work without the inspection camera I’m waiting for, I’m disgusted that the simple task of a delivery is beyond them and even worse you cannot speak with anyone but an automated voice message that after entering your parcel number says your parcel will be delivered in 24 hours, which is a complete lie as they have said this for 2 days now and although we have been home waiting for the delivery they have twice now said delivery was attempted but no one home, another lie. Looking at reviews on line it seems they are consistently useless.

Shame you can't give no star. Changed address in the morning, driver didn't bother reading where my parcel needed delivering and didn't even go to my door and put up a picture of his trousers as proof he went to my door. The customer service is disgusting and they hung up on me for stating the fact that they have incompetent drivers who can't do something as simple as checking delivery address or to follow their procedures to take a picture of the door you tried to deliver the parcel to. Would not recommend dpd to anyone

My delivery driver Steve who delivered my package today was so kind he knew it was a Xmas present and made sure my children weren't close by he then helped me with the parcel into the shed. As a single mum his kindness was gratefully received. Many thanks Steve

I am only giving 1 star as not possible to give Zero!! In my view DpD are by far the worst courier I have ever used. I paid for next day delivery and that was 5 days ago. Hapless and hopeless !!!!

Is this a joke 5 days now av been waiting 3 mobile have rang you as well as me every day now am told its sorted and will be at my door Saturday. Now you have told me its on it way back to sender 5 hours over 4 days i have been on the phone is this funny to dpd because its not to me and it will be going to trading stanards as well as the calls i have of your staff lieing on record i offered this to your head office with no reply now am taking it further notice they reply to all on hear but not mine if you do not reply then dh9 radio and my work place metro radio will be happy to run my story and recorded calls the ball is in your court

Pathetic service. Failed collections, failed deliveries both in time .. and completely ... all year around. Impossible to get hold of anyone in order to resolve the issues. Email don't get replied to and the phone never answered. Will be moving to any company able to deliver properly (any would probably do better), both for my personal as well as company needs.

My package was apparently delivered twice and both times the driver didn’t ring the doorbell, I was home both times. I did see the driver driving away the second time but that’s cause I looked out the window not because he rang the doorbell. Still no package. Useless

Event - DPD delivery at 13.14 on 12 Dec (all recorded on security cam) No early morning DPD notification of any kind of a pending delivery. No DPD notification that delivery has been completed. It's as if no DPD event has occurred today. It has however, rained heavily all day long. We went out and returned late afternoon, to find a "CARDBOARD" package sitting in front of the garage. It was in the rain, and on the ground which was soaking wet. In the box was a Christmas present for our son. It's going to look awful when we hand it over to him. Do DPD care --- absolutely not. DPD drivers seem to be brainless morons who don't give a damn what happens to customer's goods. Whatever happened to REDELIVERY?? No chance, they're not returning --- it's all our fault for not being at home, even though we weren't told !! And when we are at home, we get 5 seconds to get to the door. Our last delivery a week ago, was like this. Doorbell rang. I rushed downstairs to get to the door, and saw the driver opening the front gate and leaving, and our package was left on the doorstep. I called out to him, and he (begrudgingly) returned. I told him that customers should be given more than 5 seconds to get to the door. He replied -- "we're only allowed to wait 5-10 seconds at the door, then we have to go". WHAT!!! And what if I had rushed downstairs to try to get to the door even quicker, slipped and fell down the stairs?? I rang DPD, and was told that the driver lied .... they're given up to 1 minute to wait at the door for it to be answered. Sounds like DPD drivers do whatever they want. At one time DPD were the best, they are now close to the bottom of my list. What a complete waste of time DPD have become!! I shall be writing to the retailer to advise them how unprofessional their courier is, as well as posting my comments on review sites.

Appalling service, paid for a Sunday delivery for four items, one was delivered on Saturday! Nothing on Sunday, so I chose a new delivery date for Wednesday, the driver then delivered the other three items to my neighbour and didn’t even knock at my door. I hope I never have to use DPD again, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I called this morning got through to someone in a Uk call centre who barely spoke English, I politely requested him to put me through to a manager as I am really struggling to understand him, he then, in his broken English told me “oh I have to put the phone down then” and he did!!!

Dpd drivers rob your stuff. Still waiting for this disgusting company to get in touch. Absolutely disgusting customer service and the drivers well. They are scum.

It's true. This company are totally useless. Every time I see that DPD are the delivery company, my heart sinks. We get loads of deliveries from other couriers, never a problem. The problem seems to be because our house has a name and not a number DPD drivers can't find it. I think the drivers are that thick they can't read.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday we have a shop the driver went to a house even though the address clearly said shop, they said they would redeliver on Monday its now Tuesday and we still have not received our parcel and to top it off they want us to pay £6 for the privilege to phone them to find out when they are going to deliver our own parcel which they should have delivered already, we have now completely missed our deadline, never again I have instructed all members of our staff not to order anything from any company that uses a delivery service from the dpd

They gave me a delivery day , took day off work then they inform me that it will be the day after. So as compensation they will deliver my parcel on a day that suits them but i will get a text on the morning of the delivery how great when i am at work.
