This company is absolutely horrible, instead of giving a reason to why they couldn’t deliver my package they claimed they “missed my package” completely horrible company, absolutely disgraceful on the quality of timing I do not recommend this company

They employ useless drivers that do not attenpt delivery and claim they missed you.

Waiting all day for delivery. No update on tracking. 3rd delivery that has gone missing from dpd in the last month. Can’t contact anybody at dpd. Won’t answer phones. Shocking service.

I watched the Van pull up to my house, he didn't get out. I received a text with 'Sorry we missed you' and he drove off! Literally watched him the whole time not move. I'm avoiding all businesses that send parcels with DPD from now on.

After waiting longer than usual for my parcel to arrive, I received the parcel today. However the item that was delivered was broken in the post! Not happy at all

You fail to deliver without giving an explanation as to why. No attempt made to contact customer by phone to offer alternative drop off ...parcel in Glasgow Eurocental Depot at 10.30 then being returned to supplier at 12.26.....what kind of service is this??

similar to the previous review, I live in a flat , the driver did not ring the bell , I was in the flat all day having taken a day off as a key worker to receive this important package, I suspect he photographed the door from his car as the camera is obviously some distance from the door . This is by no means the first time I have had trouble with DPD , staff on the phone were utterly helpless to do anything. It you can choose an alternative delivery method and avoid these muppets I suggest you do so

Driver didn't even knock or ring the bell as written on the door. I live in a flat but was actually downstairs waiting he just took a photo from the pavement/ roadside and drove off absolutely appalling.

Said that the package was out for delivery on Thursday and still hasn't arrived (on Monday). There was no card left to say that they've tried to deliver if that's what's happened, no phone call to ask for information, nothing. The online tracking says that it is out for delivery, giving no information to its whereabouts. At this moment in time there is no way of me getting my package as there is no number to call. I called DPD and they said that as this delivery is in Italy they can't help me

(Covid-19) I ordered something that should have been delivered within 1 week max. I got an email it would get delivered today (2 and a half weeks after order) but it didn't show up. Next day the same thing. Got an email, didn't show up. Now it's day 3. Still no package. Why send an email at all if they can't deliver.

The first time I couldn’t receive the delivery because apparently the driver didn’t have the right address even though I gave our eir code. So after this I arranged a pick up point, in Oscar Traynor Road to make sure the address wont be missed this time. They again tried to deliver to my address which failed. I got an email on Tuesday saying that my delivery is ready for collection at my Pick up Pont. And now its not in the pick up point either because it says the PIN or Phone number is incorrect. In the tracking history the last update says it was signed by Catherine. No one from my family or none of our neighbours signed for it. Asked everyone. Can I please get an accurate update on this parcel? It was meant to be a birthday gift which is now weeks late. I understand the delay due to Covid-19 crisis but at this stage the delay has nothing to do with it. Can you please rectify as soon as possible?

2 attempts for a delivery, have now been sent a photo of a property that isn`t ours. Everyone else can find us, why not DPD?

Incredibly poor service. Won't answer phones. Dropped packages at my door and left them there when I'm at work stating I signed for them. Their drivers use my driveway as a turning circle. I have one driver on camara cleaning rubble and dirt from his van onto my driveway when I wasn't home. Disgusting company. Automated response email anytime you email them. No one every returns the call or response to the email.

Ordered to clllect a sink from a private seller ,delivered half way and returned to sender all smashed up,when reported a claim they rejected saying it’s a forbidden item witch is absolutely outrageous! Had a look on their forbidden item list and it absolutely everything you can think of so what do they actually deliver?

Admittedly my parcel had no house number indicated on it but there was no attempt to contact me either by 'phone or email so it was destroyed. Thanks, DPD.

Tracked my parcel (a new computer) right to my door and was out talking to a neighbour when DPD turned up, delivered to a neighbour but were about to drive off when I asked the driver if he had a parcel for me too, he looked very sheepish and then his passenger brought my parcel out from beside his seat gave it to the driver who then gave it to me with a look as if he'd been caught out. I'll be watching this lot in future.

Dpd told me they had no record of my phone number or name at address. Called the helpline the automated service knew who I was and my parcel number from the phone number I called on. Wouldn't trust them as they lie and give excuses rather than deliver the items.
