They have theives working for them, and the management do not care at all about their customers. They refuse the accept irrefutable evidence that they have my package, or it was stolen from their custody. Do not send anything with their drop off service, unless you are seriously well insured or willing to lose the item. Never send anything with sentimental value or anything that cant be replaced. seriously, these people will make you regret ever considering them. Do not go near them

had to go after the driver to get my parcel it was scanned as delivered and he still had it in the van hopeless service no email or text from the office or from the driver to say that they had my parcel

Diabolical - ordered at 0400 yesterday - paid for next day - company confirmed the item was dispatched and picked up by DPD in the morning - they now say they have not received it - total lies

Wow, DPD totally mess up everything for the second time in a week. New heights of incompetence are DPD's mjor achievement in business. They can't even answer phones.

I send a small parcell with medicine to Romania, on website price was£38 to be delivered between 3-5 Days. The parcell arrived after 12 days, but have yo call, chat ecc, because the DPD app is absolutly rubbish. Do not use this company to send parcells aboard, better use turttle and you spend less money.

Tyre I bought on Oponeo was dispatched on the 7th of Apr. on 28 Apr still not delivered and there is absolutely no information update from them.

Useless! We live in Tenerife and have had successful deliveries by DHL, DeutchePost, Correos, Royal Mail and then there is DPD. We order from Amazon and don’t know the carrier until the order is dispatched. I dread seeing DPD as the carrier. Get your act together! Items have been returned to the seller twice for one order!

Not a great company to deal with , have been waiting and have been in , but keep getting a photo of a gate and saying I was not in. Now having to pay for upgrade just to receive the parcel . rung and ask why this was happening and they could not even locate the driver .

Genuinely the worst delivery service there is, my parcel got delivered to a complete wrong name and address even tho my name and address was correct when I placed the order. Delivery was 3 days later than estimated delivery time. Customer service was absolutely shocking spent over 30 minutes on the phone before anyone even picked up and they gave me every excuse possible. Extremely disappointed.

I have genuinely never had a good experience with Dpd. They always claim to have been at my house and apparently no one answered to them even though I’ve been there all day and no one has rang the door bell or knocked. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days now asking where my parcels actually are and I haven’t received any information.

Driver John left a notice 'we've missed you' twice even though I was at home on both occassions. True, I had a call from an unknown number (possibly from the courier) on the second day but I could not answer and called back literally 2 minutes later only to be ignored and all my calls rejected. A text saying 'Can't talk now. What's up' was sent from that number but no response after my reply. This is completely uneccaptable and is an insult to customers who especially now are often limited to online shopping. The couried ignored my multiple attempts to contact him and clearly did not care about the delivery. After this experience I am convinced DPD is one of the worst courier companies i've dealt with. I hope it will be ignored by customers in the future just like their couriers are ignoring customers now

Once again dpd fail to make delivery, the normal message problems in my area, I've had parcel force, amazon, bed world, today and another delivery from dpd this afternoon, but the one I paid dpd £5.00 For a Saturday delivery, they fail, due to issues in my area, Ie driver never put it in the van, now I have to wait till next Friday for my delivery, as I'm a key worker, and out all week, this company are a joke, this has happened to me about 4 times with dpd, now I'll get the automated message, a company contact number would be great

parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday. I waited all day and nothing. no text from Dpd and no updates on tracking order. so no idea when my item will be coming if at all. compared to other delivery companies this is very sup standard.

Awful at the best of times. But today they attempted one knock at my door before marking the attempt as 'Business permenantly closed - return to sender'. I called them half an hour later and they said there is nothing they will be able to do. Ironically the parcel is being returned to me in the first place because the same thing happened to the address that I sent it to in the first place, so God knows where it is going now. Impatient and thick headed. Really disappointed and will make sure not to use them in the future.
