“I’ve never had any problems with DPD. No delivery issues, always up to date and on time with my DPD phone App showing exactly where the courier is, unlike the horrors of Hermes!!”

“One delivery was left at my neighbors house until he complained it had been 10 days and why had I not picked it up. DPD WERE SO STUPID THEY DIDNT EVEN LEAVE A NOTE FOR ME!!! 2ndly they didn’t even bother to deliver to my home. I contacted the supplier a week later he told me they had left it at Morrison’s as I wasn’t home. They hadn’t been nor had they left a card. Why didn’t they just leave it in the motorway 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️”

“The driver I believe never went to deliver. The photo he sent me was some other place and not the address he was supposed to deliver. The denied their mistake and refuse to tell the driver to go back and deliver. They just sent an email they did not find anyone.... note that the delivery address was a hotel which makes it IMPOSSIBLE not to find someone!!!! Their drivers just never go anywhere. They get paid to do nothing. The worst courier company worldwide. DONT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!”

“Every single time I have a DPD delivery they say the delivery slot window but they NEVER attempt delivery and then I get a message to say that it has been dropped off at the depot. Once it even got returned to the sender! Truly terrible service!!”

“The drivers for dpd are liars and frauds that just want to be paid for doing nothing. Every time they are supposed to deliver to my house I take a day off work to make sure I am home to accept the delivery yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they send me a message that says "Nobody was home". Even when I have called to complain, the people on the phone at the local depot are rude, obnoxious, dismissive and are not helpful at all. Absolutely rubbish couriers and I advise anyone and everyone against using their service, EVER. 0 stars in every aspect. I quite literally hate it when i'm told that dpd will be delivering anything to me because it is ALWAYS more trouble and stress than their whole company is worth”

“I have just underwent a Radical prostate cancer operation, I ordered some much needed incontinence pads from online. The delivery was supposed to be between 10:22-11:22. To my amazement the driver did not ring the doorbell but I heard the doorknob twice. Within thirty seconds the delivery driver Eu Sarl Brs1 was gone and nowhere to be found, I was still holding front door when message came saying sorry we missed you. I was so angry rang Ddp unsympathetic customer service who categorically told me that, because the driver do not get the normal salary, their payments depends on the number of parcels delivered. This statement made me more angry. I asked the lady if dpd only concern about profits than customers satisfaction. I told her that I presently housebound and it is extremely difficult for me to travel that far to nominated store and moreover I needed those items urgently. She did not show any form of empathy towards me nor any assistance. All she said was I should contact the seller or I should reorder. I was shocked when she told me that dpd do not have any sort of mechanism in place for her to assist me, she also emphasised that, they are not going to re delivered”

“Disgusting people. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. But won't send me any evidence stating this so I can dispute it with PayPal. PayPal was my payment method.”

“So often with DPD they don't even knock on the door, we just get a slip through the door and have to collect it from the depot. A really poor service.”

“Really poor service. Drivers deliver to wrong address, just dump parcels in safe place instead of ringing doorbell and handing it personally. What's worse is the poor customer service. They ignore your complaints and offer no assistance at all to sort the issue.”

“DPD driver Seymour from Peckham was supposed to deliver two parcels ( 1 is heavy) drove up to the block, took a picture of the door (intercom) and drove away, he did not call (I was waiting at home) took the parcels to the collection point 30 minutes from my house ... I live on the second floor with no elevator and this lazy driver didn't want to come in, probably....this driver is a fraud and lazy”

“Driver failed to ring the door bell ( it’s not exactly hidden) tapped on the door in which he would have more noise if used a feather duster. Failed to leave a card , and then had the audacity to mark it down that we had refused the parcel. My wife was working from home , with her office being 12 feet from the door , also if anyone knocks on the door that actually wants our attention the dog goes Bannanas , so that shows how quietly he knocked. Obviously we didn’t know he had been as he hadn’t left a card as per company policy. I rang DPD , in which trying to get to speak to a human was feet in itself. Only to be talked to by someone who clearly had no intention of trying to resolve the issue. She said that a manager was going to call me back , but surprise surprise, no one did. The only information I did managed to get was that the parcel had been sent to company in Wakefield, but she had no contact details for them , which I do find very surprising that merchandise is sent out from DPD , not actually knowing who they going to. As of present 01/04/22 , I still do not know what is happening or where the parcel is. I’ve got CCTV footage of the driver arriving , tapping on the door, not ringing the bell , which I would of thought pressing a bell would have covered in basic training, and then walking away without leaving a card. Ps , I will not be using you again , and are in the process of looking for legal advice to seek compensation.”

“Terrible service first our package went to the wrong address not our house number when contacting Thetford branch we were told it would be delivered by 4:30 pm to address it then ended up at our local hughes store for us to collect the following day after a further two phone calls when we heard laughing in the background which we found very un helpful not impressive at all”

“If I could rate them 0 stars I would. These are an absolute joke. Paid for 24 hour delivery on Tuesday, got to wait until tomorrow Friday.”
