Tossers did not bother knocking or ringing dumped a 20kg parcel in a post office a mile away to be collected by an 81 years old pensioner.

Driver claimed he tried to deliver and no answer. Its a lie as I was waiting for the parcel on the hour slot he didn't even bother to try!

The parcel was damaged and not taken care of at all. No point making a claim as they play frustrating and waiting game. Long claim forms, documentation and photographic evidence. After months if you are still chasing they will find something and say its NOT covered under their policy.

If DPD message you and promise the delivery any time after 4 pm forget it. For the second time in three weeks my parcel has gone to a collection point NOT in my local town. Collection point is over 30 minutes away In a neighbouring town and when I asked them for compensation for the additional fuel to drive to get the parcel they suggested I contact the company I bought the goods from. Absolute joke plenty of other decent courier companies out there do not use DPD

An unbelievably bad experience with DPD. I sent a parcel on the 11/12 next day delivery, two days later it is shown as delayed at Bolton. tracking has shown that ever since. Several calls to customer services who were uninterested and not helpful at all, trying to suggest that it was beyond the 14 days from delivery to enquire about losses. I told them that it had not been delivered but they did not want to listen. Latest is today I have been told it's lost and there is nothing that can be done about it.

The driver stopped at the gate I was walking towards it he just drove off How to describe this sh... non service But then these mega delivery companies don't care about reputation pay minimum wage demand Max from drivers 98 deliveries was my number

Paid for next day delivery been sat at home waiting and apparently my driver knocked and we missed him? Lies! Now they want us to go and pick up from a shop tomorrow and will let me know when it's ready? Customer service don't help AT ALL so no point in calling, apparently there is proof he knocked but couldn't send it to me? AVOID ANY DELIVERIES WITH THEM, seems to be a running theme reading the reveiws

This was an Amazon Prime order. Our delivery never arrived, despite us being at home (both days of DPD attempting to deliver) and a large notice was attached to our gate to identify delivery address. We tried to organise a re-delivery date and the option was not available on the website. When we made telephone contact we were mid conversation with a DPD staff member who told us there were no options for re-delivery and the call was cut off. This is an appalling service. We were left with no product, no option to get it, and £80 short on my bank account. Would have put NO stars if we could. Get Real. DPD sucks.

This is the third day in a row that my driver seems to have experienced delays delivering my parcel to the DPD pickup location I selected. I called customer service today to find out how they haven’t been able to make it in 3 consecutive days and apparently it was because the place was closed and the driver took a picture to prove it. Let me just state that the location I chose is a 24hr/365 days a year petrol station that is always open. I just so happened to be walking on the same road during the call so when the call ended I decided to see if it was closed. I walked in and asked the clerk if they had been closed for the past 3 days and he looked confused and said no they are always open they never close, hence operating 24hrs. The driver has clearly lied about my delivery and I suspect is up to no good. I will also be chasing compensation for being blatantly lied to. Do not use DPD unless you have no other possible option. Service is despicable, what a way to kick off the new year!

I bought a product and unfortunately the only package delivery service was dpd. The package was delivered by dpd on time but after four days my order is still in the Netherlands. If you look at Google Maps, if someone brought the package on foot, it would have arrived in four days. My order should have been delivered at least on Friday and at most on Saturday. It was my worst experience and I wrote on all platforms that even if a seller worked with dpd, don't buy from it. I hope that with this, the companies will not work with you again so that the buyers will be in trouble. I needed this purchase until Saturday, because I am traveling tomorrow and I had to take this product with me. dpd company should be ashamed of this service. I will write about the awful service of dpd company wherever possible.

Bought lap top paid extra for next day service. Got an email saying sorry we missed you lol what a joke We have a business address and dpd driver takes a picture and sends a residential address what nonsense. Looks like he just couldn’t be bothered or the laptops gone missing. Now I got to do the whole process of getting a refund. I think even a 0 is too good for dpd’s service.

Paid these vultures £4.99 for their re delivery upgrade service for next day, which they failed to fulfil. Now I'm having to go through PayPal resolution for a refund because there is no way you can contact these robbing bar stuwerds. The up is useless. I know the value is nominal but it's the principle. Because of DPD poor service the poor retailer has lost out on a £300 order as I decided to cancel my order as I'm limited to picking a delivery day which suits me due to work commitments. I'm not even given the option of picking up my parcel from my local depot.

Waited in for DPD to collect a parcel. The tracking states that the parcel wasn't ready for collection. It was ready, they just didn't bother to turn up

I don’t go out now. The had my new TV from Curry’s. The put a card in my letter Box saying we’ve left it with your neighbour. Well they didn’t it was left in the stairwell for the upstairs Flats. I’m on the ground floor what prompts them to do this. Shocking Service I don’t under stand why they do this I had to ring the door Bell of a flat upstairs for one of the residents to bring it to my flat I’m Disabled!

Just got a message advising "sorry we missed you and we will deliver the parcel on Monday" They supplied a photo of the next street. They cannot even arrive ate the correct address. I raised the issue with their chat facility and got a call back within 5 minutes which I thought was great but they did not speak and hung up. What a shambles of a company

DPD is the only courier company that does not honor its delivery appointment. 4 out 5 times we receive a message saying we were not home - especially if our delivery is later in the day. We adjust our schedule to be home and after latest attempted delivery I was on call with customer care minutes after the so-called delivery attempt. The call center driver confirmed that Christopher, the driver did not follow protocol as there was no photographic evidence of attempted delivery. Clearly the driver, like most other DPD drivers would rather get home by reporting a failed delivery attempt. To make matters worse, the parcel was delivered to a pick up location and we are now expected to fetch a 10kg parcel ourselves. I will personally not be using DPD and will instruct suppliers/vendors to do the same if they want to make a sale.
