is anybody happy with their bed/mattress from Dreams, wish I had read all of these reviews before falling into this trap. Their customer service is truly appalling and unless I get my problem sorted I shall be going to the Furniture Ombudsman or Small Claims Court. I thought with all their advertising they were a good firm. I think they sadly let down their showroom staff who are the ones doing the selling but as soon as there is a problem they cannot deal with this but you have to contact the terrible customer services, if you can get through. They need to get things sorted as word is spreading and they will not survive with such bad reviews.

Why are dreams double beds 2 inch shorter ( width) than the standard 4ft 6inch double bed. I bought a bed and mattress from dreams live the bed but the mattress (already had it changed once) was swapped for exactly the same and still short in width?????
