Since giving zero stars isn't an option I am leaving one just to give my review. I placed and paid for my order on July 9th 2019 and paid for expedited shipping since I was needing the bathing suits for a trip to the beach at the end of the month. When looking at their website it said orders take 1-3 business days for PROCESSING and then 3-7 business days for SHIPPING. Its now July 23rd 2019 and no word on my order. I went to track my order and it still said processing. So I opened a live chat and asked why. I was informed that one item in my order was on back order as it was out of stock when I originally ordered it, no one informed me of this not by email or on the site when I was placing my order to begin with. Had I known that I would not have ordered it at all. Anyways, I then asked them why my other item had not been processed or shipped if it was in stock at the time. Their response? 'oh we were waiting on your other item to be restocked but now we have it processed and ready to be shipped within 48 hrs and you can expect it within 7 business days after that'. So I asked for a refund considering the beach trip I originally ordered them for is this weekend and was told it would be refunded to my D wallet on their site for future orders. I informed them I wanted it back in account as I had no intentions of ordering anything else from them. They then told me that $29 would refunded to my account. My order total was $47.79. I informed them of this and again was told 'yes the $29 will be refunded to your payment method account and the other $18 has already been refunded to your D wallet for future purchases'. I had to tell them AGAIN I had zero intentions of ordering from them again so I did NOT want anything refunded as credits to their site. So now I am waiting another 3-5 business days for my full refund. If it is not received by then I guess I will have to contact them again. One of the worst websites I have ever dealt with and I order online ALOT.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid 18 dollars with shipping for a tapestry. Three weeks later with no word, I receive an email that they cancelled my order. No explanation, nothing. I'm supposed to get a refund, but a week later and I still have nothing-- and it seems whatever 'refund' I get will go into their 'DressLily Wallet' function on the website, NOT back onto my card. This doesn't work for me as I have zero intent on purchasing from them again, and now an identical tapestry is available but the price is hiked way up, so they're clearly just milking the money here. I tried contact customer service and I received no useful information, as all the responses seem to be fake people and automated responses. Incredibly frustrating and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSLILY!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered a swimsuit and paid double for expedited shipping. I waited and waited, never shipped. So I reached out and they told me the item was out of stock and I’d have to wait. I asked specific questions and it was like a robot was replying each time. They never actually answered my questions. It was SO FRUSTRATING. Finally I just asked them to refund my money. So disappointing.

Hi i have ordered off dresslily £341 of clothes!!!! Apparently it's been dispatched I have had an email from DHL saying they want £94 off me for importation costs. No way am I paying it!!! It said only when I went to pay for items free delivery. I have set up a ticket for them to sort it. And no reply. Has anyone else had this problem before?? I am in the UK and All of there clothes looked so nice online and can't get anything like them over here.

DON'T ORDER FROM DRESSLILY. I ORDERED OVER $100 WORTH OF ITEMS WITH 5-8 DAY SHIPPING AND IT TOOK 35 DAYS TO GET HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE, YOU CAN ONLY MESSAGE THEM ONLINE AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A REPLY, AND EVEN THEN THEY'RE NOT HELPFUL!!! HALF THE ITEMS I ORDERED APPARENTLY ARE FROM A COMPANY CALLED ROSEGAL! NOT EVEN DRESSLILY!

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered two swim suits over a month ago, paying for expedited shipping. One arrived about a week ago, and I am still waiting on the second. I will never order from Dresslily again.

Ordered and paid for 3 items, 2 of which were delivered. (promptly). On being informed of the deficient item, DressLily claimed the total order had been delivered. I suspect that is an automated response, clearly their system fails to recognize the delivery status of an order's every item. I am awaiting delivery of the outstanding item or a credit and are hoping for human intervention to correct their system's inadequate response.

I ordered clothes from them on May 30th 2019 I received part of my order on June 11th 2019. I was not happy with the shirt so I wanted to return it. It's now June 26th and I still have not received the other half of my order and I have been dealing with trying to return this shirt since June 11th. They have give me the run around I told them just to cancel the part I haven't received and I will return the shirt just tell me how because I want my money back. After two weeks I have had to open a PayPal claim against them. DO NOT ORDER from them they are a horrible company.

I ordered a bathing suit almost three weeks ago and it's still being "processed" on the site. At this rate IF I get it before summer is over I'll be surprised. I really wish I had read the reviews first and this company site really needs to be removed by the looks of it.

Returned to Spain thought I was dealing with dresslily UK refunds needed parcel tracked and said delivered responce from dresslily like double Dutch sent in ticket after ticket still not. A suitable response

They "cancelled" a paid for order - did refund though. Now have been told going to take up to 5 weeks for new order to arrive. No desire to provide good customer service.

CHEAP GOODS AND NOT RETURNING MONEY TO PEOPLE. - YOU ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I AM HAVING ATTORNEY INVOLVED. YOU BETTER SEND ME MY MONEY BACK AND QUICK! I WILL TAKE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS TO PEOPLE WAY TOO LONG.

Waited 5 weeks for a cheaply made, nothing like I expected, swimsuit. All tags still on it, didn't even try it on. But, they won't give me a refund. I work too hard for my money to lose it to such a horrible company. Will never shop here again!

I had ordered 9 different men's shirts. The size charts are way off. Order three sizes up, if you order from them. I had ordered the shirts in a 2XL for men. The shirt sizes were barely a medium. My roommate, who wears a medium, could barely fit into the shirts, as they were snug. The quality of the fabric is awful. The material are very thin & have a rough feel. The company must use Photoshop to edit their pictures. The pictures on the site appear to be very bold & vibrant. The shirts I had received were very dull & faded. They look like they have been washed over 20 times in the washer w/ bargain soap. Be warned about purchasing shirts w/ patterns. I had ordered a shirt w/ a chevron design. The shirts were sewn in very patchy designs. The chevron design was sewn together in multiple pieces & shapes. It was like a quilt, pieced together with various triangular shapes. The website pictures do not portray the stitching & only depict clean lines. The company appears to be based in China. Luckily, the cost was cheap. You really get what you pay for. I did not bother trying to ask for a refund & I had considered it a loss. I did not have the energy to ship the merchandise back to China & wait weeks for a refund. Maybe this is the general idea of the company.

I ordered my Daughter an item for June 8th. Thinking oh its the beginning of May we will definitely get it on time. IT STILL HASNT SHIPPED. Not only did they not have the item in stock (which is fine) but NOBODY let me know tht I will never order from dresslilly again. EVER. When I called the customer service was awful and they acted like I was the one with the issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered May 9th hoping it would be here by june 7th. It didnt ship until yesterday and it wont be here for 10-18 BUSINESS DAYS. So by the time I do get it it will be almost july . just awful. I have ordered from Korea and it doenst even take tht long.

Purchased 3 items and only two of them were delivered. They were not satisfactory, so I asked to return them and cancel the other that had not shipped yet. They said they would cancel the other item but only offered a store credit. Also did not provide an option to return the other two items. All they did was jerk me around for two weeks with back and forth emails that did not provide a solution. Not impressed.

Size M does not fit a S in the USA. Terrible shipping and no communication. It took them a month and a half. The worst Ebay sellet would do better. Clothes stink by the way! I will use their clothing as a rag for my bike chain, so it can be somewhat useful.

The sizing is completely wrong. I followed the size chart and ordered an xxl and it’s barely medium. No wonder there’s so many body issues.
