FRAUD ALERT! Don't buy from them! What a nightmareI They should NOT be in business. I ordered a $20 shirt that was supposed to be size Large, since I'm a big guy. When it came in the mail, it was extremely Small. The label on it said Large, but it was Not. I contacted their customer service by email because there is no phone #, and they said I could get some type of "bonus points," or that I could return the shirt for a "Refund." I told them I wanted a refund, and I paid the shipping and sent the shirt back in December 2018. After not hearing from them for 3 months or seeing any refund, I contacted their customer service by email again. They told me that they never received the shirt! By chance, I happened to save the Receipt with the Tracking number, and I checked and it showed that they did indeed receive the item back at their Rancho Cucamonga, California warehouse and was signed by one of their "agents." I forwarded the receipt and the Tracking number to them. Now they stated that they did have it! But now they said that they would NOT give me a refund. They said that they would only give me a partial refund of $8 for the $20 shirt because they said that they had paid shipping for it. This was NOT true! I paid for the shipping both times and the last four digits of my credit card # was clearly on the receipt with the tracking number. I was now furious. I repeatedly told them that I wanted a full refund for the $20 shirt, and they plainly refused. What a Scam. As of this date, March 29th, 2019, I still have not received a full refund for the $20 shirt. They sent me $8 by PayPal. I posted this review on here, and it was somehow deleted by Dresslily with a message stating that I was not a true customer and that I was probably lying. So I am posting it again, and this time I will be posting it on numerous other websites online, so other people know their fraudulent business tactics.

This company is in China. All products are made in China and they are known for poorly made ripoffs. Buyer beware.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered 2 of Holiday Themed shirts in December. Only received one that did not fit. Contacted them to ask about a return and they said to wait until the entire order was received. It never came. They have not refunded me for the shirt that never was received, and the one I have does not fit and they are unwilling to do anything about it.

Dishonest. Scam. I attempted to resolve this matter with the seller, DressLily, but the seller refused to refund the full amount of the product (a defective shirt that was labeled Large but was a Small) and was returned to them and is in their possession. I returned the product on January 2nd 2019, and the seller did not refund me for the item. After three months of not receiving a refund, I contacted the seller, whereupon the seller stated that they never received the item. By chance, I happened to find the tracking number and the date that it was delivered to the Seller's Warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga California. To this day, March 17, 2019 and after multiple messages, DressLily has not refunded me the full amount for the defective shirt which they have. They offered me a small amount of refund which I rejected, and they have not fulfilled honest business practices by honoring a refund for a defective item. Will never buy from them again and hope that no one else buys from them.

NEVER EVER Order from these people unless you are DESPERATE for an item only THEY sell, otherwise get it ELSEWHERE and pay more!!! I ordered a sweater for my husband to wear on Valentines day.... I ordered it almost TWO weeks before AND PAID $10 EXTRA to get it ON TIME!! Tracking # provided NEVER WORKED, you can only "complain" via EMAIL and even then they only respond with a LINK TO TRACK THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!! They could care less that you PAID THEM and have no intentions on refunding you!! I asked for AT LEAST the refund on what I paid EXTRA for, for the shipping and was told I can "email" my complaint. The actual product was OK....Not as good as it appeared to be via their ADVERTISEMENT, but overall they will NEVER get a PENNY of my money for ANYTHING EVER!!!

I will never from here again I bought a baby shark it was poorly made the voice box inside floats around which makes hard to find to push it for the music when you do find it it’s not even the baby shark song and it’s not in English!!! They have no receipt in package for return nothing just put in a mail bag and sent!!

Buyer be aware- Very unreliable company - bought a wireless phone charger from November 2018 - As of now (March 1st 2019) it has never arrived. I emailed the Dresslilly after maximum time of 35 days and they replied at it could take more time. I requested and estimated time. They never responded. After several attempts the response from Dresslilly was that I did not purchase a tracking number during the checkout. I am an online buyer and have not dealt with a company with such a poor customer service. They have lost a good customer. Sonny

Recently I was contacted by DressLily to ask me to review my recent shopping experience on certain websites. This is a pretty standard thing for companies to do, IME, but DressLily not only offered me a $10 credit for my review, they also tried to find out what I was going to say before they would give me the links to the review sites. The overall impression given is that they are trying to bribe customers to leave good reviews, while attempting to head off bad reviews before they are posted. This is incredibly shady, and leads me to believe that any positive reviews of DressLily cannot be trusted! My actual experience buying from DressLily was not good. On the date that my package was supposed to arrive, they hadn't even shipped it yet. Customer service tried to blame FedEx, but somehow my package arrived at FedEx the day AFTER I complained. When my product arrived, despite being described as a "sweater," it was actually a cheap, thin cotton top that was only textured to give the appearance of a sweater. I didn't bother to return it since I'd already had a bad experience with their customer service, and I would have simply never done business with DressLily again until they decided to try to buy a good review from me.

If I could give this company less than one star I would! Do NOT Waste Your Time! They do not give refunds and I have tried several times to contact by phone 18888300888 and the phone hangs up automatically. smh

Purchased a jacket that looked nice on their site. I received Jacket and put in a closet forgot about it for over a month. I found the package opened it and it was a ugly garment that only slightly resembled the online picture. It was very cheaply made. Customer service would not accept a return only to offer a 10 percent discount which i will never use. This is unheard of in todays times when you can send things back and forth if you dont like. REAL BAD BUSINESS

I ordered a wig and it was never received. It was returned to their shop and they issued a credit to my wallet on my account. I used the credit to order the same product and paid for expedited shipping of 3 to 5 days. Here it is 10 days after my second order and it has not even been shipped or processed. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

they… I ordered four tops from Dresslily they were rosegal brand. I measured myself prior to placing the order to be sure I was ordering the correct fit. Upon receipt the products they were poorly made and very large in certain areas and super tight in other areas on all three pieces. The fourth has still yet to arrive. They do not have the sizing correct nor are their descriptions and reviews accurate. I honestly think they are scammers...Falsifying information to make you think your getting a quality product at affordable price. They will not return or exchange anything they require photographs and if your photographs are not sufficient to them they will blatently deny the return. The worst part is I can't use the clothes and I couldn't even give them away if I wanted to either because they are so horribly made. Save yourself the headache, stress and money. Don't order from them. Such a huge disappointment!

Order a gift for Christmas on Dec. 7th, just arrived on Feb. 16th. Sent multiple emails, only automated responses. No refund was offered, but it should be.

To anyone ever thinking of ordering anything through dresslily.com don't it's a scammer company. I ordered through them a month ago and my package got "lost in the mail" due to them sending it to the wrong zipcode. I was informed through usps that my package was being returned to sender due to incomplete address, I contacted the company to receive a refund because I will not be receiving my package I paid $40 dollars and they're offering me a $16 dollar refund after lots of me pestering and arguing with them.

I ordered a parka jacket, maxi dress and 2 night lights. None were as pictured. The dress is see thru nasty fabric, the jacket zipper is broke and much smaller then me (despite I did follow the size chart and added 1 size), and the night lights require an adapter (they did include) which makes them stick out several inches from the outlet (looks ridiculous). They want pictures and a lot of corresponding to get a return okay issued. I think I'll just dispute the transaction through my bank. I encourage all to do the same.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Cheaply Made clothes I needed the 2 items for a party and ordered them from Dresslily with express shipping. When there was no change in my order for 2 days, I contacted them using Facebook. I sent the following message "Hello, I am inquiring about my order (#L180**************). I ordered on Sept 9 and it still says processing on your website. I need the outfit for Sunday, Sept 16. I chose 3 to 5-day shipping and I would like to know if I will receive this order by Sunday." I received this message from Dresslily "L180************** We are processing your order. Due to popular demand, the item 233349703 * 1 , Corset Coat is currently out of stock. We would like to offer you the follow options to resolve this issue: 1: Wait a little longer for the item to become available. We expect to have this item back in stock around 7 to 14 days. 2: Exchange the out of stock item for another item. Please inform us of which option you would like to choose. Thanks for your patience" I responded with this message “Please cancel the entire order. If I can't get the coat by Sunday, then I don't need the pants or the coat. Plus, the pants are on sale for a cheaper price now.” Of course Dresslily replies with "L1809092156396464 Are you sure that you want a refund ? We have a lot of gorgeous items available. Why not choose one of them instead as replacement ? Think twice 🙂" How pathetic is this company that they would respond with this statement instead of just refunding my money like I asked? They took the money out of my account and did not refund my money. I find their attempt at humor pathetic and the fact they didn't cancel my order dishonest. Dealing with this company was more than an inconvenience. I found they are untrustworthy and don't deserve to be in business. I did not get the product on time and they refused a refund. Do NOT do business with this company if you need your items in a timely manner. The items finally showed up Sept 30. Dresslily refused to send a shipping label for a return and refused to respond to my attempts to reach them. The items are thin and cheaply made and not worth the money Dresslily ripped me off for. Do not do business with this company.
